  1. Wow who didn't see this one coming Okay he is just trolling now Was that the cage match that ended Jameson's son blocking the cage door. That was bad but come on probably not the worst match on that PPV This is my favorite category for all the wrong reasons. In order to be a 'promotional tactic' it has to be something deliberate by the person. I have a hard time believe that Dixie knew about the typhoon when she made the tweet Dixie's tweet included a photoshop of James Storm's face over a weather radar photo of the typhoon. So that's far more "disgusting" than WWE making fun of people who can get the Network paying 60 bucks for a PPV.
  2. That'd be odd since Bundy and Hart were tight according to Bret himself in his book.

I watched that ending of RAW on youtube and it was fucking awesome.
  4. Call me simple then, because that match was awful. Awful finish, not much going on and two guys trying to do an epic match and failing miserably. The match on RAW a month prior was much better. Holly v. Brock sucks too since no one took Holly seriously. Eddy v. Chavo is just odd You should watch it all again cause you're just wrong.
  5. Ali eventually became the beloved guy who did ads for Roach Motels and played a white friendly role. But if anyone thinks it was always that way then they're nuts. The racial and society aspects of the Frazier fights are some fascinating stuff. Because as you had Ali calling Joe a gorilla and all that shit, there was also a counter culture vs the mainstream aspect.
  6. Racism is ridiculous period. Is it some sort of a shock that how it occurs is ridiculous as well?
  7. It was a throw away angle based on Brock breaking his neck that time. It served it's purpose on the show. I remember being disappointed with the Eddie/ Chavo match but I've never watched the show since being there live. I remember loving the HHH/ HBK match live. Edit: so now I've decided to watch it. I totally forgot I saw Batista/ Flair vs Dudleys in a table match. Edit: It's amazing that I remembered us being disappointed with Eddie/ Chavo live and on TV this was great. Man, the Holly vs Brock match was good shit. And the promo shit to build it up ruled. I also forgot I saw Noble vs Rey in a fun match as well. Edit: Do people shit on this HHH/HBK LMS Match? Cause if anyone does they're simple . This is just as awesome on TV as it was live. What a great bloodbath of a match. I remember people hating the finish , but it worked given the ongoing nature if the story. The finish pissed off the crowd cause the match was so awesome and it really seemed like HBK was gonna win. But looking back it's just a fucking great match that was as bloody as the cover of a random issue of The Wrestler from 1979.

The inevitable Sheamus heel turn is gonna be great.
  9. Not that I'm trying to blame anyone, but Trips and Steph dating behind her back - with Vince keeping it a secret too - didn't exactly help her mental state. I understand that shit happens, and Steph and H shouldn't be crucified for feeling whatever they felt (nor should Vince for protecting his daughter), but they could've been more upfront with Chyna from the beginning. But hindsight and all of that. As for "dragging her out from under an overpass," Tony Atlas - who was living under a bridge - was allowed a second chance. She did a porn fucking a fake Gene Okerlund , Atlas was living under a park bench, and it's a fucking Pro Wrestling Hall Of Fame. It's s a work. And therefore Bruno would be the worst guy to induct Larry, that Judas Frankenstein. Besides, Larry will just sell his HOF Ring and status to Killer Tim Brooks.
  10. Dude, we already have a thread for complaining about the network. lol
  11. Me and Wolfman went to the Rumble in Philly that Benoit won. That was a fucking fun Rumble match. And Will's right, each countdown live just gets you stoked.
  12. But they were. So were Powers of Pain, the Blade Runners, and a shitload of other teams. It had nothing to do with working style.
  13. So, Chyna wasn't a major part of the WWE during the Attitude era? She certainly had a bigger impact than Koko B. Ware, who was a perennial jobber. (I liked him, but let's get real here.) I won't pick on James Dudley, who I honestly know nothing about. Doubt he was just a limo driver though. Anyway, it's just annoying how Chyna's role in DX has been erased from history - almost like she's Benoit 2.0. That is BS. Just because she wasn't Lou Thesz doesn't mean she deserves to be deleted from existence. She's deleted because she's a train wreck addict who's mentally ill. You really think they should find her under whatever overpass or dive motel she's living in currently and drag her out on the stage?

You gotta listen to HHH talk about that on Jericho's podcast, its hilarious.
  15. Haha, " it's BS" . Bro, what're you smoking?
  16. I'd love to know what it's from. It almost has a deposition feel to it, but going by the location he seems to be in I doubt it. I'm wondering the same thing. I watched the Monday Night War episode about Vince Russo. I love, love, love that he allowed himself to be interviewed for a show devoted to burying him. Yeah, I'd imagine that everyone who bitches about the Monday Night War show absolutely love this one. They just savage Russo.
  17. I have no idea what Shawn was thinking, but from every interview I've heard with Nash and Hall they really liked Savage. And man, that new doc is heartbreaking.
  18. Oh, I just thought of one. I resolve to not boo the good guys and cheer the bad guys at the house show Im taking my four year old nephew to in February. Unless he decides that he likes a bad guy. Then it's time to bring him to the Dark Side.
  19. But why? Why does wrestling get treated different? That is the part I don't get.Because wrestling is unique and has been, is, and always will be. I'd rather talk this than type it . Book the podcast bro.
  20. I don't think of movies and music the same . And my general point is, if you can draw money, you're good at being a Pro Wrestler. And there's a lot of factors to drawing money, of course. But if you can get people to pay to watch you then you're a good Professional Wrestler.

I actually usually watch it on Saturdays, and by then everyone's moved on. And I'm not giving a shit about arguing about it. I like what I like, others like what they like and I'm bored with arguing about it. Waste of energy.
  23. I haven't seen this many bad hairstyles since my Junior Prom.
  24. That tag title match was fucking great . I loved it.
