I don't think of movies and music the same . And my general point is, if you can draw money, you're good at being a Pro Wrestler. And there's a lot of factors to drawing money, of course. But if you can get people to pay to watch you then you're a good Professional Wrestler.

Or, they're reaching their target audience.

I actually usually watch it on Saturdays, and by then everyone's moved on. And I'm not giving a shit about arguing about it. I like what I like, others like what they like and I'm bored with arguing about it. Waste of energy.

That tag title match was fucking great . I loved it.

Don't see why this disqualifies it. There are a lot of elements that go into making something a MOTYC, not just that the match is competitive and back and forth. Totally. It's an amazing Pro Wrestling match. And you can't consider matches "out of context" when rating them. The story is intertwined in wrestling matches and can't be removed. That's like looking at a painting and removing half the colors and then judging it.

I resolve to be more positive. And watch Portland stuff.

The chanting for Bryan thing was during the Slammy awards when Reigns won "Number One Guy' or some shit. It was more of the crowd being all, "Wait, Bryan was last year's guy" than some sort of rejecting of Reigns.

This prediction of a Roman Reigns backlash is just so weird to me. It's like certain pockets of the internet are just so upset that WWE sees more in Reigns than they do Ambrose that they have just manufactured this whole scenario. Roman Reigns is over. He's not getting negative reactions. Exactly. The only place I've seen a negative reaction to Reigns was at the NXT show. And that's a small audience full of smarky fans who chant "We're marking out!" And the idea that Philly is still some sort of smart fan paradise with a crowd who will hijack a show is silly. At a WWE show in Philly it's still mainly the core audience. Parents with their kids and people who just watch WWE and don't go to message boards or read the sheets.

Punk was on the Opie and Jimmy Show, (the former Opie and Anthony Show), and was a total blast. He sounded totally relaxed and pleasant and completely over it all. Lots of fun and a really funny show. It's available on the O and J podcast. Edit: Oh and Foley is on the same show later and is also really great.

This is like Lt. Commander Data trying and failing to understand comedy on that one ep of ST:TNG.
