Not sure about veracity of this but Janice does have a rep of as the No woman: How gangster is Janice? -
Pete Rosenberg interviews his friend Mark Henry for an hour: These are typically excellent.

They are on a kick of one named Divas: Emma, Bayley, Paige etc.

Anyone check out Ashley Flair's debut on NXT this week yet? Unlike some I don't think she is a massive departure from the Diva look besides her height. To me she comes across more like a Von Erich daughter than a Flair daughter. She has this tall athletic body, with leaping ability and blondish hair instead the skinny upper bodied Reid and David.

TNA seemingly went on the road with no Plan B. Good job, Hogan and Bischoff. Even Dixie knew it was a bad idea. Wrestling Observer: They can't even go back to the Impact Zone if they wanted to or even find a new permanent home on short notice Wrestling Observer: Apparently, even Hogan wasn't safe from getting paid late either. -

The former WWE talent Luke Gallows and Victoria are gone: All getting very Game of Thrones here. -
I wasn't a fan of Bray Wyatt in NXT as a wrestler. I felt he still hadn't found his "voice" in ring as a skinnier wrestler and for his character yet. On the hand I was a massive fan of Husky Harris and Harris's agile fat boy offence - Running Sentons, Rolling Firemans etc. His finish in NXT the "Sister Abigail" did noting for me either:

For those who might be interested the Wrestling portion of The Gathering of Juggalos 2013 is fairly poor this year in terms of message board favourites here and hold overs from the territories:

Think she was at the last NXT tapings.

Can't tell you how badly I want The Shield vs Kane, The Undertaker and Ultimate Warrior at Summerslam.

Paul Heyman's Twitter posted a picture of his children visiting the ECW arena: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BPKVVRdCAAA7gdi.jpg Unless you count this as ribbing on the square. Vince shaking their hands kind of like that skit where CM Punk smelt booze on Serena Deeb: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8yFoeZb2as Also two weeks ago the Cranky Vince account tweeted this:

So is Mark Henry more or less likely to win the World title tomorrow after the Zimmerman verdict?

Yeah I don't think it was desperate at all. Rather shockingly progressive and non-po faced. One of the videos hyping it was sublime too (Scarlet Bordeux's recruitment of Jimmy Jacobs specifcially) this is coming from someone who has abhorred Truth Martini prior:

As I said she is very, very anti-professional female bodybuilding given her experience. It is more of a competition to see who can break their body down the most. Should be called Body Breaking!
-
Hopefully she has rebelled against Teri and Dustin and became the sensible.

Really not that sure to be honest on the hydration front but she was doing the no carbs thing and was the leanest she ever was. She did a podcast where she admitted she should have never stepped in the ring in the condition she was in - a dangerously low body fat zombie essentially. These days she is very, very anti-professional female bodybuilding and is all about achieving fitness goals in the healthiest way possible. I have heard varying accounts of how untrained the woman that hurt her was from earnest trainee to glorified backyarder that had no business in a ring. Her opponent just sits on Rebecca's head on a German suplex and busting Rebecca open above the eye. ClickWrestle actually has the full match for sale and uploaded a clip on youtube where don't see whatever happened to her just she was bleeding from her head:

Not a neurologist but going off what I was ever told it seemed to be both a one off and temporary issue. Her injury had to do with her Wrestling while doing bodybuilding competitions, being so depleted and with the nerve endings on her face being exposed. Rather just being naturally susceptible to brain trauma like someone who suffered concussions might be. Again she worked as an airhostess since her injures and has done all these crazy physical pursuits without any re-occurrence of the symptoms she had - dizziness and her ears ringing constantly.

Re: The Shield Court Bauer mentioned on his podcast with Pollock today that Vince has "cooled on one of the members." I would guess that was Ambrose given they were going in the direction of Ambrose vs Christian at Money in the Bank but that got dropped.

Cliff notes version: Like you said she was quite the in ring prodigy and has the IT factor. After dropping out of the first year of college she blazed through Europe, North American and Japan generating huge word of mouth from fans and Wrestling people just before the social media era. Around the time she got WWE serious interest she suffered a pretty bad head injury. Which made her reassess Wrestling and her life. She really agonised over a return and even announced dates but only to cancel them. She then worked as an airhostess for a spell. Then came to the realisation she wanted to Wrestling again but didn't want to work the indies and get hurt badly again. She contacted WWE and WWE told her she has a standing offer but they would prefer if she got a Degree first. So she got a B.A. in Acting. On top of that she joined the stunt guild learning everything from sword fighting to stunt driving, learned clowning, took gymnastics, Yoga, MMA and god knows what else. What more do you need for a career in Sports Entertainment! She got a bad rep online in some quarters for being unreliable and flaky due to her period of indecisiveness and cancelling shows. In her defence she was 21 and her Wrestling career blossomed so fast. In the present day she is very driven towards succeeding in WWE, fulfilling a genuine dream and meeting the Rock!

I know a lot of people here have had friends sign with WWE but let me have my moment here. I really can't believe after all these years and knowing her Rebecca Knox (middle) is finally a part of WWE for real:

The LAW in Canada did an hour interview with Lance Russell talking about Jackie Fargo as well as other stuff: http://fightnetwork.com/news/39782:intervi...phis-wrestling/ Nothing ground breaking but it is an hour in Lance's warm, reassuring company.
