You're nuts. Those are just forehead wrinkles and his hairline. I know that. Doesn't he look like he spent a good deal of time in PR feuding with Abby, though? Looks like Dusty up there. Not quite New Jack or whichever Villano has the horrible scars, but you know.

Did Meltzer blade a lot? His forehead looks like Carlos Colon's.

Boston's Finest feels like the first thing to come to mind. I wouldn't count on that. I know for a fact that The First 48 had a ton of staged stuff. Obviously, not stuff with the case. Just things like the guys shooting the show getting cops to say shit like, "Damn. I was just sitting down to dinner!" when they get a homicide call when really they were on the clock.

I guess I'm lucky. I work with a bunch of wrestling fans. We talk about it all the time. Being in Louisville, it's cool because people bring up Lawler and Dundee instead of Hogan and Ultimate Warrior. Savage is well-known too since a few of the old-timers I work with did production for Poffo's promotion. The current director at my station used to get calls from Savage at home to come out and eat with the guys when they were around town. Also, one of our anchors is a commentator for OVW. There are actually people at work who are jealous of him since he know's Jim Cornette. Hell, one of our production guys wears a CM Punk t-shirt to work, and no one bats an eye.

I'd like to think that they're slowly, slowly fading away.

Finally got around to Raw. Ryback/Bryan was really fucking good. Bryan's just hitting on all cylinders right now. Ryback wasn't just along for the ride, though. His little headbutt while holding Bryan's beard was pretty sweet.

Isn't it funny that it's just accepted that there are kendo sticks, tables and ladders underneath the ring?

I know this thread has concentrated on TNA, but my favorite Styles was his feud with Jimmy Rave in ROH. They had a brawl where they were in street clothes that was really awesome. Probably around '05 or so.

The McMahon's seem to float between face and heel depending on what's convenient for that night.

You really do need Hero vs. Joe on there. Great atmosphere (dueling chants that are actually meant to cheer the crowd's favorites, not just to do it) and a really good match, too.

Duggan also tagged with Hogan against Andre and DiBiase on some house shows when that was still a big deal.
