What if he was in rehab when something like this happened? Would they arrest someone from rehab? How does that work? I ask because he really needs rehab, and I think he should go. It would be a lot more beneficial in his case than jail time would.

Given how long Jeff's case took to work out, I doubt they'll have to pull him out.

TMZ posted various documents that I've summarized at Bleacher Report.

The super short version is that she called 911 because he was especially strung out, he was taken to the hospital, she gave cops access to his hidden safe full of Vicodin, and they got a warrant based on that. He will be sent to jail and held on a $1 million bond if he doesn't complete the rehab program.

And now we get Reby Sky spinning the situation to TMZ:

Matt Hardy's girlfriend is adamant ... she didn't drop the dime on her BF last week -- telling TMZ, the only reason she blabbed to cops was because they intimidated and threatened her.

25-year-old Reby Sky tells us, after Matt was rushed to the hospital for an adverse drug reaction, cops took her to the police station and questioned her about the incident.

Apparently Reby gave cops enough info for a search warrant, because when she returned home, the cops were there in force, having just ransacked the joint. She says that's when they threatened her with jail if she didn't answer even more questions.

Reby tells us, she would have kept her mouth shut at the station if she knew police were accumulating evidence for the warrant -- adding, she "would never do anything to put [Matt] in a compromising position with the law."

Um, you called the cops, what you didn't think that would come without consequences?

You have to love that Hardy:

* keeps his dope locked up *outside* of the house

* just recently moved his Dope Safe

* did so in such a way that anyone could find the new location

Dumb & Dumber.

Dope Safe outside... hmmm... reasons for that. If it were inside, someone might be taking his dope? (Jeff? Girlfriends?) Paranoid about home invasion, and of all the valuables inside the house that meant something, it was the dope he really cared about? Or dumb enough to think that if it was outside that somehow law enforcement with a warrant wouldn't find it in a search, and then get a new warrant to cover something they observed on the property outside the house?

I think we understand why Matt is ready to go into rehab: near rock bottom with time in jail looking him in the face. That is how a lot of addicts hit rock bottom. Some turn it around, some don't.

Do TMZ writers they even read the documents they post? It's pretty relevant that she gave the cops the keys to the secret stash Sentry safe but not mentioned in this new article.

(Also, "Matt Hardy's Girlfriend - 'I'm No Rat!!!"' is a hilarious headline for the obvious unintentional reasons)

A woman seems nutty for turning down a WWE contract? I think it makes them smart considering how the WWE puts women out to pasture or buries them on Raw every week. Add in the fact that every single male wrestler (and some females too) will do everything in their power to get into her pants. Add in the insane amount of travel.

Face it. Being a wrestler isn't that much of a dream job, let alone, for women who might have to do some casting couch sessions a la the porn business.

Agreed. From all acount, WWE is a putrid work environement. This is not the late 90's, early 00's anymore either when even midcarders made lots of money because the product was hot as hell.
