Loss
It's that time again! He gets in a black female fan's face, asking if she's a lady. She responds by saying "I don't know. Are you a man?" in a moment that made me laugh out loud. This is a blast.
PeteF3
That lady cuts a pretty good promo, pointing out the pink on Lawler's shirt makes him look like a little girl. "They hang your picture inside of prisons to cure sex offenders." He had a battle on his hands this time, but score another verbal knockout for the King. Kevin Ridge
The studio audience really does enjoy when Lawler rips on them. One of the audience members says Lawler "wears pink and he stinks". She was gearing to go with Lawler but I still give him the victory. soup23
Jerry in three different segments on a program and all of them are great. Another typical 1990 USWA Saturday morning. The King is the greatest.
Cox
Once again the fans seem to love this even as Lawler is tearing into them. I think the one white lady in the front row was a repeat victim, no?
Laney
This segment was great like all the others. One woman stands up to Lawler and talks trash to him and he tells another woman that if she wears blue people will try to put mail in her. There's even a Lawler supporter in this one. JerryvonKramer
The black woman cuts one of the best promos of 1990 so far.
garretta
Even when he's insulting them, the Kingfish belongs to his people. The only one who sticks to the intended script is Dave, who just wants to get on with the format as usual. Oh, to see this live!
drew wardlaw
The lady matches Lawler here, good for her. However, Lawler's use of "Look at this guy" and pointing is so genius and as much as I hate this term, "next level." I also really enjoy when he finds someone who agrees with him he's really nice. Oh, the lady he made the mailbox crack to was not as impressed with The King as we all are. What a square.
GSR
It’s my favourite regular part of the Yearbook as the King takes another trip into the audience to see who is in the crowd today. He asks some guy if the woman next to him is with him, and when he says ‘yeah’, he wonders if when she wears blue people try to mail letters in her? The woman is not impressed by that and has a look of disgust on her face. When the guy tries to fire back The King says that his neck is so dirty that he could grow rice there! He finds that funny, almost as if he wanted Lawler to tell a joke about him. He then goes to another lady and tells her to say something. She says that he looks like a little girl wearing pink and she’s giving as good as she gets with The King struggling to get a word in. He eventually says how they want to get a picture of her to stick in the jails to cure sex offenders! Everyone laughed and the woman seemed to be having great fun going back and forth with him. I don’t think The King was too keen on finding another audience member like her! He heads back towards the announcing desk, but stops to ask someone ‘who is the greatest wrestler in the world and why am I?’ The guy answers ‘Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler’ which appears to catch Lawler off guard, but he shakes him by the hand before heading off. dawho5
That black lady should have been invited back as a regular crowd member. Her interactions with Lawler are some of the best on the set so far.
Badlittlekitten
Lawler roasting the boisterous locals is always gold, especially when they give it back! It's almost heartbreaking watching this stuff. You'll never see anything like this in wrestling again.
