All the gaijin get off the bus. Did two Johnny Aces get off the bus?

 

The All Japan announcer does a tour on the bus, and Abdullah the Butcher is still sitting there. Abby complains that this bus needs bigger seats and he's speaking perfect English, which is just ... weird. He finally has enough of this and throws the camera out.

I could do without seeing Stan Hansen in a pink and white t-shirt and blue short shorts. Akira Fukuzawa demonstrates the lack of height and opulent foot space of the AJPW bus. Every Abby interview in Japan is a primo demonstration of why he never talked in the U.S.

Pretty good collection of gaijin on this tour. Weird segment overall.

Japanese announcer showing off the wrestler’s fancy coach bus. Look at all that seat room. Butcher just happens to still be on the bus. He complains about the lack of room still and that he has to use two seats. It looks like he is reading off cue cards. Later on we find him sleeping on the back seat. He is not happy about being disturbed.

Was there ever any pretense in Japan about Abby being from Sudan? It sure doesn't seem like it, hearing him speak letter-perfect English here.

 

This is one of those segments in which you have to understand Japanese in order to know what the point is. Was it to show Abby being grouchy? Was this actually a serious look at how the gaijin traveled? It's hard to tell just based on what we see here.

Rare video footage of Stan Hansen in his glasses! Abdullah just sitting there waiting to complain was very funny. I can't imagine what context this was shown in. Odd.
