My favorite line of the Lawler/Paul E. banter:

 

Lawler: Another ECW ripoff?

Paul E.: OF WHAT?

 

Vince makes his funny comment about the BWO not being affiliated with the NWO clothing line.

 

I can't possibly document everything noteworthy in these segments, and I'd be a fool to try.

Shit like this is just lost right now in wrestling.

 

I could give a shit about the Eliminators but I was electrified by them entering the ring with Paul E as their hype man. I also like Lawler being the main antagonist in these segments.

 

Paul E, King, and Vince is quite the announce team.

 

I love how Paul challenges King to say who the BWO is ripping off. Raven joins us in the aisleway. Lawler endears himself to me even more by ripping on Joey Styles

 

Short snippet from Golddust as a ton of shit is happening.

 

Match was some good back and forth and Stevie picks up the win. The ton of this show has been created.

I absolutely loved this episode of Raw back in the day since I was such an ECW fan. Total Elimination on some poor guy. Paul E does the ring introduction for the match. Vince busts out his "unbelievable" for the BWO. Big Stevie busting out Hall and Nash moves. Raven makes a ringside appearance. Paul E offers Vince a job which cracks me up. I wanted more Vince/Lawler/Paul E on commentary.

Gotta love Heyman, he sure did jam as much as he possibly could into these segments. Also - Feinstein in a WWF ring o_O

The Manhattan Center! I missed that place. A ring attendant gets leveled with Total Elimination as Paul Heyman makes his presence felt on Raw. This was a great way to cover for half the roster being overseas, and a great venue to do it in. I love that they even use the ECW graphics as chyrons. Vince doing his trademark Vince laugh at the bWo's antics is surreal to say the least.

Total Elimination! The crowd pops huge for that. This is fun stuff. Lawler & Heyman banter on commentary. Raven randomly shows up. Guido & Stevie actually work a fun little match. I imagine it was pretty surreal to see ECW on WWF TV at the time.

Vince calling Richards "Stevie Ray" only to be immediately corrected by Heyman was pretty amusing. Richards/Guido was a nice little match and I'll always pop for Total Elimination. Crowd going nuts for Heyman ruled too, and I dug the Heyman/Lawler interactions throughout the show. They're two guys who know how to be caustic and there was a fair amount of that to go around.
