I'm psyched we're talking Kaz Hiyashi in general!

I've watched 4 Kaz Hiyashi matches today (3 WCW TV matches and ROH Final Battle '03 vs Styles) and that abdomen kick of his looks like it couldn't hurt a child. Light as a feather! The rest of his stuff is awesome though. Great bumps, dives, sweet arm drags...so much fun.

Hayashi/Kondo from AJPW 2006 is worth checking out. Not the strongest match in terms of selling or psychology, but from a purely athletic perspective it's one of the most beautiful matches I've ever seen.

I'll defend MMA Taker on the basis of match quality (possibly my favorite era of his ring work), but his strikes have always been passable but nothing fantastic.

More modern name here - I fucking LOVE Reigns' punches. They usually look devastating enough to the point he doesn't even need to do more than a few of them, and it usually looks spot on.

On the other hand, Ambrose's strikes are the shittiest on current WWE.

I co-sign basically everything you said here. Just wish Roman would tone down the use of the Superman Punch, which I'll just say, doesn't have the same effect as his normal ones do.

Obviously Kohei Sato throws a mean elbow but I love the way Hideki Suzuki throws his weight into his elbow strikes.

Hideki Suzuki is a overall a really good striker. Everything he does seems so heavy and powerful.
