Tim Cooke
Being there live, it was even quieter. They didn't do enough to make you sway towards cheering him despite being with the Wyatt's or booing him because he is a heel now. The live crowd, which was generally average, maybe a tic above, wanted to explode with cheers but the booking of the match last night made that impossible. anarchistxx
You have to think this is a false turn. Bryan is way too over for them to have him be a heel for an extended period, unless they are trying to pull the rug from under him which would be plain stupidity. Perhaps it's just for a few months for him to face Taker; he loses at Wrestlemania, the Wyatt Family beat down on Taker and Bryan makes the save for a huge pop and the rub from UT. goodhelmet
We know it is a false turn. The question isn't if it is just a temporary heel turn but if it negatively or positively impacts him.
SteveJRogers
I remember reading a lot of "he'll be better off back in ROH" comments around that time. And really Bryan has been "buried" since his debut. Don't forget NXT. I died laughing watching a YouTube clip that was Cornette ripping the WWE a new one for the firing. Yeah, sure, dollars to donuts says Bryan was told to lay low for a while because they had to "make it look good." I mean why else would they have had Barrett explain away Bryan's disappearance from The Nexus? If he really was shitcanned, there is no way Barrett would have said a damn thing. Kostka
Basically what has already been said. Bryan's over ness was in spite of how he was booked. It won't last long and won't hurt him.
goodhelmet
After watching this week's opener, I am not digging this turn to the dark side so far.
WingedEagle
I was open minded to it, but I'm still waiting for one heel Bryan TV segment or match to be as good or better than any face Bryan segment or match last year. So far no action.
Strummer
I'm cautiously optimistic that Bryan/Wyatts are getting the main event segment tonight. (unless they do something with Orton/Cena or Punk/HHH) They are really pushing this storyline hard. It's not necessarily working but in WWE airtime is the barometer of a push
goodhelmet
Man, that crowd so wants to love him.
Log
And he let them. They went nuts for his shit at the end there!

goodhelmet
Well thank God that experiment is over. At this point, I have to say the heel turn wasn't long enough to damage him but I don't know if it makes him even stronger. Great ending to RAW though especially after that shit beginning. Cobra Commander
well, in the end, having a cage match with a locked door made perfect sense (and the house show cage match Daniel Bryan/Bray Wyatt main events have been saved! yes, they advertised a Bryan/Bray cage match last week for an upcoming KC house show)
Stiva
Man, that final segment was incredible. If they don't have Bryan in the main at Mania now then they need their heads examined.
Strummer
hopefully they can get Hogan to do the six man tag at Mania (w/ Cena against Wyatts). I've given up on him getting the title at the show

goodhelmet
If this mother fucker could just translate to ticket sales and ratings it would be the greatest thing ever.
Cobra Commander
lack of planning on the Wyatts part, should have made Daniel Bryan wear different ring gear under his janitors outfit edit: so, who's down for a giant Cena/Punk/Bryan/Kofi/Rhodes v. Orton/Outlaws/Wyatts clusterfuck next week?
Strummer
I'd like to meet the glorious bastard who got in Vince's ear over this and give him a firm handshake

goodhelmet
It looks like Trips is going to kill Punk once and for all. Bryan may be spared while Trips is sidetracked.
Steven
lack of planning on the Wyatts part, should have made Daniel Bryan wear different ring gear under his janitors outfit The segment was so awesome, it makes you completely overlook the fact Bryan basically stripped down to his underwear to beat up IRS' secret swamp son.
