Petey
I'll never forget the hype for Frank Gotch/Georg Hackenschmidt II. Comiskey was CRAZY.

Al
I remember Abe Lincoln's days as NWA champ. Sold that son of a bitch out every night. William Sherman had amazing heel heat in Atlanta.

flyonthewall2983
I didn't bother with it tonight but next week's episode looks good.
C.S.
Tony and Ashley's shoe just made this episide of Legends House the best one yet. Â That was great, LOL, but the show itself keeps getting worse and worse IMO. Â Who the hell thought it was good idea for them to go "LARPing" (live-action roleplaying). All of these stupid scenarios are just horrible, artificial, not entertaining, and just drag the show down. Maybe if the editing and pacing were better - quick highlights of the amusing moments (all of them getting pedicures and massages) and much less of the stupid bullshit (the rest of it) - it might be more tolerable. Â The conflict so far has seemed really manufactured, like these guys know they have to do SOMETHING to be entertaining. Â Jimmy Hart's picky eating is mildly funny. I can understand him not wanting those nasty chitlins and pickled pigs feet, but that meatloaf looked damn good to me. Vegetarian maybe? Â Hacksaw continues to be the most unlikeable character on the show, for me. His fake laugh drives me bonkers. In contrast, Hillbilly seems like the nicest dude. Doesn't sweat anything. Will he finally snap in a later episode? Tony Atlas is one wacky motherfucker, but I like him too.

flyonthewall2983
I skipped the LARP stuff. Was cool seeing Jim do a cartwheel, didn't think he'd still be able to. I'd love to see the raw footage of that dinner scene, I'm sure it was good for a few laughs. Especially Piper, with his hair still colored from the LARP. Matt D
I haven't had any time to see any Legends House yet but of everything listed so far, on paper, the LARPing by far sounds like the only can't miss stuff that they've done yet. Al
Legends House is really just blase. I'm not a fan of the genre in general. The more exciting the show, the less realistic it is. The best I can say about the show is at least the participants come off as honest portrayals. Â A part of me though is just sad we'll never have a version with Gorilla Monsoon, Bobby Heenan and Lord Alfred Hayes.
Matt D
I'm always glad to hear people talk about the Dangerous Alliance on WWE show. It also made me want to see a Cesaro/Ambrose/Nattie Dangerous Alliance for some reason since they were the talking heads they used.
Blehschmidt
I know Legends House is ridiculous, but Piper and Duggan trying to cheat at the challenge and failing this week was tremendous.
Yo-Yo's Roomie
That Factions countdown was weird. The Brood at number 2? I wasn't watching wrestling for the totality of their run, and wouldn't have guessed they were so fondly remembered. AJ is always super annoying on these things, and Summer Rae's bits sound really artificial.
The Chief
Wow, the Brood weren't even the number two faction in the promotion at the time.

AJ is always super annoying on these things, and Summer Rae's bits sound really artificial. Â I stopped watching at the Four Horsemen at 4, just because I wanted to pay attention to that and I didn't have time to do more than listen, and in my head I couldn't figure out who the hell was slotted in there. There was NWO and DX, obviously, but who the hell else? I figured it was probably the Shield and they did a late insertion to get them in there. The Brood is so much more surreal. Â I think it gives you an interesting idea of the amount of Attitude Era fans involved in this though? Maybe?

shoe
By all I mean all the ones that have been uploaded. We had been missing 78,85,87 years.
flyonthewall2983
Man that'll be something if they all go up. Â I really enjoyed last night's Legends House. No goofy challenges because the game show thing was more character-based rather than seeing who can make pancakes the quickest. Duggan being the anxious boyfriend waiting for Piper to call back was funny too.
flyonthewall2983
Tonight's episode was okay. The stuff with Jimmy and Tony at the end was quite powerful stuff, and next week looks no different. The "series finale" so it looks like this experiment was just that.
sek69
So it seems that WWE has been holding back on a lot of stuff that we know was ready since it was previously up on 24/7 like Raw/Nitros all through the Monday Night Wars and episodes of territory TV like WCW Saturday Night. The reason that I keep hearing is they want to save something for the first round of renewals and don't want to shoot their wad all at once. OK, I can accept that. However now Network subs are not where they want them to be and they are pinning a large part of the future of the company on this taking off. At what point to they start opening the vaults a little wider and releasing more content before a large chunk of their current subs gets bored by Legends House repeats and Raws from 1994. Â Now I'm not saying they'll get 2 million people to sign up if only they'd show AWA TV, but it seems they are missing out on the exact kind of fan the Network seems geared toward. khawk20
Â Now I'm not saying they'll get 2 million people to sign up if only they'd show AWA TV Â No, no, they will TOTALLY get 2 million+ subscribers if they put up weekly AWA TV. Â Hunter, if you're reading this, you NEED to add AWA TV to get the subscribers! You'll get a million new ones for every year of AWA TV you show before 1981, guaranteed!
