Childs Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 The sad thing is Harper is nearly as big as Strowman and 10 times as talented but WWE reduced him to just another guy long ago.
Phil Schneider Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I dunno about that, Stroman is pretty fucking huge, he dwarfs Reigns
goc Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Rusev vs Dolph Ziggler - I didn't like this. I thought there were too many near falls off superkicks. Plus, it was too your turn, my turn. I also think Dolph has fallen considerably in ring. The finish was goofy hell. Why wasn't Dolph disqualified for interference (even it it's accidental)? When was he good?

goodhelmet Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 The Wyatt Family vs. Ambrose, Reigns & Y2J - Well, I prefer Jericho over Kane - Another exhibit on why they should have never broken up the Shield or the Wyatts. These guys excel in 6 man tags and Stroman’s weaknesses are hidden in this format. - Really strong match where Jericho didn’t really add anything special or detract from the match. - I enjoyed this a bunch.
Ready_Willing_Gable Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 6 man tag: That was some good fun. Y2J wasn't your typical mystery man letdown. Good guy for Strowman to work with, good action and excitement in the finish
Exposer Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 The Wyatts vs Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & Chris Jericho - Jericho is such a shitty third man. The problem with this match is it shouldn't have happened until two or three months from now. Then Reigns & Ambrose could actually you get a guy Strowman's size to compete with him after losing to him for months. Strowman needed to work in a tag with Bray or something. The match was really good actually and the faces did their best to make Strowman look good. The Wyatts did get pretty good heat because of Jericho though. Is Jericho joining the Wyatts? What's up with that post-match?
Phil Schneider Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I actually don't mind Jericho if the gimmick is that the Ambrose and Reigns are going to bring in a bunch of different guys who are going to fail until they reform the Shield

I was on the "I don't get the Dolph love" train back then but I've firmly moved onto the "Please let this fucker die in a fire" train now. Carry on with your PPV discussion while I get caught up on NFL games in condensed mode and drink too much for a guy who is trying to stop getting fat.
Slasher Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 They should have just had Sting be the third man and run a Lesnar rematch for the world title.
Ready_Willing_Gable Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Oh man, Rollins is dressed like Mordecai again
Childs Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I dunno about that, Stroman is pretty fucking huge, he dwarfs Reigns He's thicker but I wouldn't say he dwarfs Harper at all. Point is, Harper's a great big, unique looking dude who can actually work. And they treat him like just another midcarder.
artDDP Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 When you need someone to job to a new guy call on Jericho.

Granted I haven't gone back and watched any of his stuff 2009-2012.
Childs Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 But the match was pretty good so I should stop bitching.
goodhelmet Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Lesnar would have been an awesome third guy. It wouldn't make sense but it would be awesome.
goodhelmet Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 I'd rather have had Kane. I might ban you.
Childs Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 On the other hand, I feel perfectly justified bitching about an hour worth of Seth Rollins. Ugh.
WingedEagle Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Reigns & Ambrose & Jericho vs. Wyatt Family - Match of the night so far. Thought they did a fantastic job utilizing Strowman and making him look like a beast while not exposing him. Hoping this leads to heel Jericho vs. Reigns at HIAC. 3.5 stars. White outfit Rollins means the next hour will be fun.
artDDP Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Rollins white outfit is just begging for a five-alarm blade job.
Slasher Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Wouldn't the logical strategy for Rollins is to immediately get himself disqualified in the US title match to preserve himself for Sting? Surely the WWE title is more important to him right?
Bierschwale Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 White tights Rollins is a babyface, though, so he's going to fight honorably.
artDDP Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Wouldn't the logical strategy for Rollins is to immediately get himself disqualified in the US title match to preserve himself for Sting? Surely the WWE title is more important to him right? No, he has to prove himself to the Greatest WWE Superstar Ever in History so he'll do two 20-30 minute defenses.
Childs Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Wouldn't the logical strategy for Rollins is to immediately get himself disqualified in the US title match to preserve himself for Sting? Surely the WWE title is more important to him right? The logical move would be for all champions to disqualify themselves in every match.
