In some ways, this feels like the ultimate realization of WWF Big Man Main Event Preference.

I honestly feel like the best big match WWE matches are multimans. It covers for the weakness of big match WWE Style, and can be constructed perfectly.

Some of that is because it allows for break-ups instead of kick-outs making things mean more.

That, and it leads to less "both men are beaten down and hurting" stuff, cause others can be taking there place for a while.

Boo to Brock winning. This felt like it should have been Braun or Joe's night. No promises either will be these hot 8 months from now.

They didn't lose though. Roman ate the pin and you can go Lesnar vs. Braun or Joe and the crowd will be hot for it still.

But Brocks not around often enough for those programs to be done immediately.

And it spreads out Brock's suplexes which helps too.

That Main Event was definitely amazing. Kudos to the live crowd for managing to survive the horrific shit leading up to that, and still be that vocal for the Main Event. Overall, this would have gone down as one of the worst shows I've ever seen, were it not for that Main Event and a couple of other very sporadic bright spots. I had more fun shooting the shit with everybody in this thread than I did watching the show...and nobody here charged me money to do that.

At least not yet. And if you do charge me I probably won't pay.

Probably.

That will be $14.95 and not in that toilet paper you call Canadian money either. I want it in American...

Great. Now I have to get another job just to pay for this. I shouldn't have wasted my free 30 day trial.

Main event delivered, for sure. But I thought Joe was kind of an afterthought in the match, which disappointed me. I'm not surprised Brock kept the title, but I think it was time to strike while the iron is hot on Joe. Brock could have lost without being the one who's pinned/tapped. The finish makes me think they're building to another Brock-Reigns match......which......fuck.......I loved their WM match but nobody wants to see it again now. At least I don't. At least Braun came out of the match looking like a MONSTER AMONG MEN and I can't wait to see Brock and him 1-1.

Show was too long. I loved the Usos-New Day, liked the Shield-Cesaro/Sheamus match. AJ-Owens was good for what it was. But man, what a long, long plodfest of a show. Especially compared to the NXT Takeover the night before which was just over a little 2 hours and concise with no crap and no filler. I really don't know why WWE insists on putting on these long, long, long shows for the "big events". It kills the crowd in the arena, and the audience at home watching, and it sucks for the guys and gals working too because they end up having to go out to exhausted crowds and it's hard to get them back in the middle of the show

I did like the Naomi-Natalya match too, and what I saw of Bliss-Banks.....but on that one I need to rewatch because I didn't see the whole thing. From what I saw Bliss looked really good (work wise, she always looks good in the looks department). She keeps improving every time I see her wrestle, she's really putting it all together now. I thought she was great as a heel manager with Blake & Murphy in NXT, I never expected her to develop like this. Bravo

Shrike02 and I started the afternoon watching Bruno vs Superstar matches from 77 and then stupidly left the past behind for 3 plus hours. Great main event though

I would probably be the high vote on the first women's match. I though Natalya was great with her heel mannerisms throughout the whole match, which I'd generously give 3 stars and arguably the best match of the whole PPV - until the main event.
