Matt D
I'm gonna give you the same match I gave Pete. Sawa, Ishikawa& Otsuka vs. Super Tiger 2, Usuda & Ikeda Battlarts 7/26/2008 http://www.dailymoti...m/video/x60ml9p It's elimination style and goes 40 minutes but never drags. Also, the best example I have ever seen of using a man advantage to it's fullest. Check. And in return. Buddy Rose and Rip Rogers vs babyfaces Adrian Adonis and Ron Starr. Video is in three parts. Matt D
Just make sure you offer up your partner something. If you fall behind that's ok, so long as they have something to watch. (Rah, I'll get you something soon)
Matt D
Ok Rah, I'm giving you two but they're both 10 minutes or less. Two Skull Murphy vs Pat Roach matches.

NintendoLogic
My pick for Jetlag is Chigusa Nagayo vs. Akira Hokuto (3/19/89). Also, I'm curious. Is there any effort to keep the matchups fresh? Because this is the second time I've been paired with someone I've already traded matches with. It doesn't matter to me either way, I was just wondering.
Matt D
The pool was admittedly bigger a few weeks ago. Most weeks I try to make sure its different than the last few weeks but I was rushing yesterday. This week it was spin the wheel, make a deal. Laz
For Laz, let's go with Tanahashi/Elgin vs Okada/Moose from ROH Global Wars '16: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x4dunhk People probably won't like the review I give since I really dislike modern NJPW, but I'm looking forward to it. In return, Edger of the Sirs, I give you Hayabusa vs. Masato Tanaka, FMW ZEN 3/13/98 https://youtu.be/aIy7KROtQeo

oldbirds
Throw me a recommendation, brothersF.I.S.T vs. The Batiri This was fun, always worth seeing Gargano and Chuck Taylor. I liked the 6 man comedy spot and the crowd was hot for the entire match. Short and sweet, a fun midcard. Around the same time, Chuck Taylor was also doing IWA Mid South shows, and in 2009 there was a Jimmy Jacobs vs BJ Whitmer that at the time made my #1 match of the year. After all this time I don't know if it holds up, so I'm going to rewatch it as well. If you think 30 minutes is a bit too much, say and I'll give you another thing to watch, but I really hope someone checks this match. Rah
SPS had me watch Vader vs Ricky Steamboat (29/05/1993 WCW) http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/41327-vader-vs-ricky-steamboat-29051993-wcw/ Cool find and a pretty nice TV iteration of a title match. _________________ Matt D had me watch two Pat Roach/Skull Murphy matches this week. Admittedly, I was rather bored by the first match. It felt like a 80s MSG house show performance in its comical nature. The second, though, had all the bells and whistles that I love of British wrestling. More people need to jump on it ASAP! http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/34858-skull-murphy-vs-pat-roach-reslo-3291990/
Richeyedwards
Richeyedwards FACELOOCK~!! http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/18532-mitsuharu-misawa-vs-terry-gordy-ajpw-super-power-series-060191/ Misawa is my favorite wrestler ever and while watching wrestling be it modern stuff from all japan, noah, bjw, DG or maybe some WWE. I could be looking back at some 80s wwf or Hashimoto or ocasional lucha or whatever, but every-so-often I find myself watching a Misawa match again and just marveling about how much better he is then pretty much everyone other than Kawada and Jumbo. This match was one such occasion I loved this. In reply I shall be giving you a classic Jr tag match from the start of the NJPW vs NOAH jrs feud of 2002-2004 in which kikuchi is the biggest babyface in the world
Jetlag
Watched Hokuto/Nagayo. Not sure why that match isn't dropped among the joshi classics. Probably the best Nagayo performance I've seen, folks should check it out.
dawho5
I'm gonna give you the same match I gave Pete. Sawa, Ishikawa& Otsuka vs. Super Tiger 2, Usuda & Ikeda Battlarts 7/26/2008 http://www.dailymoti...m/video/x60ml9p It's elimination style and goes 40 minutes but never drags. Also, the best example I have ever seen of using a man advantage to it's fullest. Check. And in return. Buddy Rose and Rip Rogers vs babyfaces Adrian Adonis and Ron Starr. Video is in three parts. I liked this tag a lot. I am familiar with all 4 guys and it was cool to see where they were as workers in June of 1979. Rip Rogers had some fun comments on all of the videos too. Review is below. Thanks for the match MattD. http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/41337-rip-rogers-buddy-rose-vs-ron-starr-adrian-adonis-portland-tv-63079/
Matt D
@ Matt D El Faraon vs El Satanico (Arena Mexico, 6/30/1989) - mano a mano Hope you enjoy! Hadn't seen this one before. I enjoyed it. Faraon's a guy I have less of a sense of than, let's say, Talisman, but he was more than willing to meet Satanico halfway here. Good, heated, stuff. Matt D
Everyone should check out the BattlArts match that DaWho had me watch, too. That's a hell of a ting. http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/21913-yuki-ishikawa-alexander-otsuka-munenori-sawa-vs-daisuke-ikeda-katsumi-usuda-super-tiger-ii-battlarts-072608/&do=findComment&comment=5836473 Ok, we reshuffle the deck tomorrow. I heard from JoeG last night so I'll resync with him and pull us out of the pool. Taking stock, Migs is going to take a week off (I assume), oldbirds wants to get in on this (I also assume). Anyone else that's taken time off want to jump back on? Anyone need a break. Let me know. I'm also going to try to reshuffle until Nintendo Logic has a new match up, just to keep things fresh.
