For all the bad RAW matches in the Attitude Era, at least none of them lasted long and the show moved at a quick pace.

Plus, everyone was over. 

A far cry from today.

Even massive flops like Beaver Cleavage had more heat than most of the current roster.

He has been incredible in his performance.  But the argument could be made that if you tell people how much they suck and how stupid they opinions are they will eventually just say fuck it and leave.

I said it on Twitter, but Sami Zayn is the perfect example of someone really needing an interviewer to act as a foil. The whole thing would play so much better with a Mean Gene or Lance Russell rolling eyes, sighing, arguing, and the rest.

Forget about Dietrich, Crawford, and Davis - they have nothing on the acting chops of Nattie, Naomi, and Dana Brooke.

Ricochet and Ali are basically the Shelton Benjamin in the MITB match.  They will do something crazy and have tons of people talking about and have absolutely no factor in the finish of the match

I’m watching some 85 Crockett and there was more heat for Sam Houston in a Worldwide match against Flair than anyone on today’s WWE roster.

I understand that they are desperate for attention but why the fuck are you doing Kofi vs Bryan ON RAW and not Smackdown.  I mean I guess Bryan is a RAW guy now but who the fuck knows because Reigns is a Smackdown guy

I'm guessing that they still care more about bad Raw ratings than bad Smackdown ratings. Not for long, of course.

Hardly anybody watches WWE, and virtually everybody who does hates it. But networks threw money at them because their other shows are declining even more rapidly. Networks that are somehow sitting on billions of dollars despite having no viewers. Late stage capitalism in a nutshell.

Especially when all the data shows WWE shows are declining at a faster rate than the rest of TV.
