I just hope they keep the lighting from 2.0 and just ditch the 90s paint splash colors. NXT 1.0 looked like it was filmed in a warehouse in the bad part of town.

Yeah, Black and Gold NXT looked like a fucking basement. Shit looked really low-rent. 

I hope they don't do away with actual characters. One of the biggest flaws on 1.0 is that most people were just "I wrestle good" and that's it.

The inclusion of white in the logo makes me optimistic that we're going to get the best of both worlds.

Looks like it's almost back to where it was during NXT 1.0, which on one hand is good news but on the other hand it took them a year plus to get back to where they were before.

I mean, I think one year with a roster comprised essentially of rookies and people new to that audience is an impressive feat. I remember the outlook when 2.0 first started was much, much more pessimistic.

The spike in viewership was spurred entirely by an increase in 50+ viewers, which makes sense since it was an anniversary show and boomers love notalgia nostalgia. The show was down 6.3 percent from last week in the 18-49 category. Viewership in the demo is down 28.6 percent since the debut of the 2.0 format.
