I was at this show and I had a blast. I had a lot of rage to get rid of related to a fellow little league "coach" to expel, and it was my birthday. Colorado is THE wrestling hot state. It felt like a 2004-2006 ROH reunion for me.

Happy birthday!!

Dynamite had a lot of great things but felt like a Raw episode far more than has been the case this year. Doing both the EVP angle and whatever shit Jericho is doing at the same time is overkill imo.

Thank God for BCC. Toni Storm's gimmick never jumped the shark for me and now I am honestly enjoying it more than ever. Also, I am really liking Swerve's title run too, even if he is not the clear undisputed top guy.

The Bucks doing a wink-wink authority angle is still dogshit and, like everything they do, is nowhere near as clever or funny as they think it is

Has Jericho ever taken time off AEW TV? I think the only other time he's had a run this long on a single company was from 1999 to 2005. That's a long ass time ago and oh boy does it feel like it.

The Bucks doing a Christian Day Camp version of a post-modern authority angle while Jericho is doing toothless Sports Entertainment is a perfect storm for me to slip into a coma on the couch.

Yep. I’m officially done, I’m tapping out. I can’t watch this crap anymore. I very rarely missed an episode of Dynamite from the time the show first came on the air. I didn’t always love every single thing they did, but there was enough good stuff on there to outweigh the bad.

But lately watching that show has been a chore, and I keep finding myself looking at my phone or channel surfing. This whole Young Bucks authority angle is the drizzling shits. Jericho is dreadful. I can’t stand Jon Moxley, and Willow Nightingale, meanwhile FTR are being booked in stupid hardcore garbage matches (when they get on TV), and between that and the constant tournaments…the overall booking is just so bad.

Judging by the trajectory of their long term ticket sales, I’m not the only one who feels this way, either. I never ever would have expected the day would come where WWE is producing a significantly superior product to AEW, but here we are. I guess all it took was Vince being exposed as a sex pest.

AEW has been a PPV company for almost two years and it seems it has finally caught up to them because fans couldn't give two shits about their weekly shows and the company isn't very interested in giving them reasons to change their minds either.

And yeah, the Elite doing an authority angle was as predictably awful and doomed to fail just like the Devil angle that birthed the Undisputed Kingdom.

Poor Willow. What she do to get lumped in with all that?

I've bored off it too. The shows are full of predictable, overlong matches that can only be appreciated purely on a workrate level, which is a chore after a while. I've also learnt to have zero faith in pushes or people keeping momentum. Willow though. She was one of the few brightspots for me.

Meanwhile the Dustin Rhodes/John Morrison match was an absolute trainwreck

I assume that's on Morrison. Dustin is an impeccable worker.
