MoS
Danielson takes a sick pleasure in making everyone feel legit concerned about his safety. I love it, truly the GOAT, the last pro wrestler
MoS
I was sure they were going to do the predictable and have Jarrett turn on Bryan. It's exactly what Jarrett's BFF Vince Russo would have done. Glad they didn't go down that route. Swerve has such presence, he has proven me completely wrong
Blehschmidt
The hell with Jarrett, I spent that whole match praying for that ref bump so Nigel could come off commentary and cost Danielson the match and the tournament. Nigel deserves an actual retirement match and I really hope this happens before Danielson calls it a career.
WingedEagle
Bryan Danielson is the absolute GOAT. Its an arms race with him vs. Ospreay for Most Outstanding this year and I look forward to them continuing to try and top each other. That was an unbelievable match and Page is on the short list of Dragon's best ever opponents.
MoS
Bryan and Swerve are going to beat the shit out of each other while being on the same team in War Games. At least someone will be beating the shit out of someone else in an AEW War Games, so that's good
MoS
Thanks Jericho for coming out. Time to take a shower and have breakfast
MoS
Came back for the final seconds of whatever that was and I see they did not even bother to have a plastic wall or something behind that drywall sheet
WingedEagle
Why does it feel like Moxley is no longer a featured act in AEW?

He hasn't had a featured feud apart from the short (and very good) Eddie Kingston CC final angle for almost 2 years now. He has talked about retirement before, he might be winding down. Maybe winning the IWGP world title was part of his bucket-list
MoS
That was delightful. I doubt Mariah will be able to stay heel for long. Excellent angle, this time they did not wait before pulling the trigger
SirEdger
Legit shock factor that worked here. We all expected Toni to turn on Mariah, not the other way around. Felt like this heel turn compared to last week from MJF hit the marks much better.
PeteF3
That closing segment was the best AEW angle in months, possibly the best since Starks laid out Steamboat.
Jmare007
The last 3 weeks have been really well booked and it finally feels like Dynamite is a show that builds different angles weekly and there's better connectivity between different feuds because the same wrestlers are showing up every Wednesday to interact with different people and set up legit interesting matches for the coming weeks. Gladly surprised Danielson accepted the Wembley main event, TK probably begged Brie to convince Dragon that it was OK to win the tournament, lmao. Hangman vs Swerve as a title match should be preserved for later, when Page has more momentum and you can actually buy him winning the belt. I think that match could sell a good amount of tickets if the stakes feel real, and "rushing" it for All In was going to waste that opportunity, imo. Mariah and Toni have the best story in AEW for a while and thankfully fans have been behind it. The turn was done superbly, it was good ol' pro wrestling. Mercedes as a heel just feels right, she's might give Britt her first good non gimmick singles match.

That match can still happen at any time to be honest. I don't see Danielson going back to WWE and he's gonna keep wrestling as long as his body lets him. He's just gonna do it sporadically, so a Nigel match can be done in 2025 or 2026. Hell, in 10 more years when his kids grow up, who the hell knows what Dragon will do, he's clearly batshit insane when it comes to pro wrestling. Gramsci
I'm glad Danielson won, Hangman's character is much more interesting if he loses from time to time. That ending with Mariah May and Toni Storm is some of the best stuff they've ever done, incredible.
Jmare007
See? this guy is fucking insane about this sport. (I have no idea how to embed tweets anymore, fucking Elon...) https://x.com/AEW/status/1811247573212033352
Timbo Slice
There’s a chasm between him and every other wrestler for getting across intent. Just incredible stuff.

NintendoLogic
Yeah, replace "x.com" with "twitter.com" in the URL to embed.
strobogo
A Hangman/Jarrett Texas death match blood bath at All In would probably rule. Actually, run Bryan vs Double J while we're at it.
sek69
So just to show there's no hard feelings over the Stephanie Vaquer deal, Willow just won the CMLL women's title on the New Japan Strong show tonight.
sek69
Speaking of, this pic pretty much seals the deal that Willow is the happiest person in the history of pro wrestling
