World Class sends Paul Orndorff, Missing Link, Hercules Hernandez, and Mark Youngblood to Atlantic Coast for Barry Windham, One Man Gang, and Ron Bass

I already have a lot of "oddity" characters on my roster, so if anybody would like to make an offer on The Missing Link, I will consider them! Edit: He is gone

World Class sends Killer Karl Krupp to Superstars on the Superstation for Bugsy McGraw

I'd like to add Juan Reynosa (Taras Bulba) from Free Agents

Been watching a lot of early Bundy in World Class and always enjoyed his first WWF run. Sad to hear, and gone way too soon. RIP big man. FIVE!!!!

To start, I love your Butch Reed. Fantastic portrayal, great babyface, perfect champion. If you ever decide to part ways with him for some crazy reason, PLEASE, let me know!! If Ted Dibiase is aligned with Gary Hart, then Angelo, Superstar, and David had better watch out because Gary can out-devious them any day of the week! Seriously though, I like the route you are taking with David Sammartino. We all know how him being Bruno's son went, I think this would be about the perfect way to give the kid a chance to get over. Longriders/Fantastics should be awesome when it happens, belts or no belts. Glad to see Brian Adias getting a little push. I am currently doing a WCCW watch through and I enjoy the guy. Also glad to see Pez getting a run at the TV Title. Always enjoyed Pez as an underneath guy and thought he deserved more. Lastly, Brad Armstrong had better watch himself. Messing with The Andersons is a sure fire way to get yourself hurt and hurt bad. Looking forward to this one!! EDIT: and as I post this, I realize the Omni card is up! Another win for Adias! Nice! Poor Pez. I knew Brad was in trouble, good thing Daddy was there to save the day. The Andersons will prevail soon enough!! Oooh! Fantastics get the shot and defeat the champs!! Rematch for the belts should be awesome. Reed and Sawyer with the draw. Didn't see that coming. No Time Limit for the rematch? Should be a fight.

The Glamour Boys level of success may not yet be determined, but man they are gonna draw the teenage girls to your shows!! Great pairing. Speaking of great pairings, what a nasty team Orton and Brooks make. It's gonna take one hell of a team to get the belts off those two grizzled old cowboys. Nord is a personal favorite of mine, so him destroying jobbers while his partners watch on with glee was awesome! Looking forward to finding out who the new masked man opposing them is. That 6 man had all the makings of a wild brawl. Impressive debut for Texas Red. He keeps running around with The Lariat and the Dirty White Boy and he'll have quite a future ahead of him. The Rose/Adonis/Ventura trio is amazing. Looking forward to big things and lots of shenanigans from them in the future!

Everyone is complimenting your Bockwinkel (which is amazing) but props on that Tony Atlas line "Mr. Bockwinkel, you have a pretty way with words." which I can just picture Tony delivering with the biggest shit eating grin you've ever seen, before dropping that smile and challenging him to get in the ring right now with all the intensity he can muster. Great Stuff! Very much like your portrayal of Adrian Street so far, and the stealing of the whip was good stuff and classic feud starting material. Tully is awesome so far, and I can't see him letting go of that title anytime too soon, so I look forward to seeing what he has in store for the streetfight. Digging Austin Idol quite a bit, though the challenge of The Funker is a big test. Should be a good one. Lastly, I would not want to be in the shoes of Hercules Ayala. A pissed off Harley Race who feels disrespected, probably a good time to skip town!

Looking forward to the Young Lions tournament. Lots of good talent available for it, and whoever gets that victory should have a real bright future ahead of them. Looking forward to the Hogan/Lawler rematch, but I just can't shake the feeling that all the prayers and vitamins in the world won't be able to combat The King's willingness to do whatever it takes to retain the gold. On the other hand, something tells me that Blackwell and Patera may be lucky to walk out of the ESPN show period, let alone walk out with the titles. Savage and Bad News is an awesome, volatile pair. The chaos they could potentially cause is going to be amazing to watch, and I am looking forward to it! and on a personal note, I love the pairing of Garvin and Gilbert. Two guys who I always liked, but never pictured together, and now that I do, freaking awesome!

Really enjoying the action so far in Southeastern! I like the Japanese pairing of Tojo and Pogo, and the salt in the eyes is an old classic! Never been a Rougeau fan, so The Hustler getting the (dubious) upset win is a nice and welcome surprise. Fire and Flame messing with their namesake costing Fuller and Golden the belts, but I have to say I am glad to see the MNX hold on to them. I can just picture Flair picking apart the leg of the aging Graham after escaping the early power onslaught and locking on the Figure Four. I can also picture Brody coming out of the back like a wild man and all hell breaking loose with Fuller and the Dog hitting the ring. Looking forward to the inevitable Flair/Brody clash. It should be awesome!!

At least they didn't put her on commentary. The Universe would be dying playing the "Take a shot every time she says Warrior" drinking game.

Lesser known or remembered wrestling matches that turned into shoots
Blehschmidt replied to SPS's topic in Pro Wrestling
That's beautiful. When I was ring announcing I worked several shows with Barb, and if you shake his hand and show him respect, he is the nicest man in the world. He frequently would inquire about the well being of my family (who he'd never met) and spend several minutes just chatting away about whatever. Why in the world anyone would want to piss that man off, let alone show him that kind of disrespect.... What a fucking idiot. -
Jesus Christ, if Liv Morgan is fat, then I am Yokozuna after he just finished eating Bastion Booger. What the fuck is wrong with people.

I wonder if they might go for almost an inverse Wrestlemania 31 ending. (No MITB or anything, just Seth getting the short end of the deal instead of Reigns) Brock mauls Rollins in like 2 minutes and he can't continue, Brock gloats, Roman comes out, the match gets made, Reigns beats Lesnar's ass, and they finally get the ending they've wanted for years, Reigns winning the title at Wrestlemania to (hopefully) cheers. Although, knowing the Mania crowd, they'd probably boo.

No way that Balor is hotter than Andrade or McIntyre.

Hulk Hogan Biopic in the works; Chris Hemsworth is playing him
Blehschmidt replied to KawadaSmile's topic in WWE
The cost of the CGI to make Andre as big as Hulk claims he was when he slammed him (and tore every muscle in his back, three days before Andre died, at Wrestlemania 3 in the Superdome Brother, Jack, Dude!!) is gonna be astronomical!! -
They just can't help themselves. We are headed into year 22 of heel authority figures, and McMahons all over everything and I honestly believe they are too lazy or too arrogant to book it any other way. This story wrote itself. It didn't need Vince, or Hunter, or the inventor of women's everything, Stephanie. It needed the hottest act in the company to take on the biggest mainstream star in the company as the first worst women to headline the biggest show in the industry. But why do that when you can turn it into the same bullshit you've been serving up since 1997. I'm very happy for Becky, and I hope she gets her moment, but I wish they'd find another way.

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 4
Blehschmidt replied to TravJ1979's topic in Pro Wrestling
Rambo ended up hooking up with a guy named Dick Caricofe and running a promotion called National Wrestling League/House of Pain Wrestling Federation in the Maryland/West Virginia/Pennsylvania area. They also have a wrestling school which I understand from talking to several people and my time ring announcing on local indies is a complete fucking joke. I attended a few shows in the mid-2000's while I lived in Virginia and they were for the most part hardcore garbage brawls, with a women's match, a single name to draw, and Rambo in the main event. The name was usually Samu, and sometimes Gangrel. To the point of how bad the shows were... I once saw Rambo blade a referee who looked to be about 19 years old. The crowd was chanting "Hit the Ref" after a bad call, so he nailed him with whatever trash was laying in the ring and then obviously gigged the kid in front of everyone. Classy Anyway, if you wikipedia National Wrestling League you can see the who's who of who cares that worked for Rambo. Lastly, Rambo likes to claim that he trained Luke Gallows. I asked Gallows about it on a show one time and he laughed then replied "Fuck that guy" -
I don't get Havoc either. He looks and works exactly like every indy deathmatch guy I've seen at all the garbage shows around here, except he has a British accent. But he has a ton of people that swear by him, so I guess he brings something to the table.
