Classic SNME style opening promos from all involved. Really good - but they did not air these on TV.
-
Looks like it is now. Jericho showed up at tonight's GCW event, attacking Effy & Cardona while wearing an AEW shirt. now I'd expect Effy to show up at Final Battle.
-
I think they're going to continue to hold off on Hendry's coronation until one of the "bigger" PPVs and could see Mike Santana winning the 4 way, maybe that's when Nemeth turns. Though I'm really liking Steve Maclin in the babyface role. Josh Alexander's contract is up on Feb 15 so I assume he'll definitely end up in NXT.

Juice Robinson is out of the Continental Classic due to injury (fractured fibula), he will be replaced by Komander.

I'm personally enjoying Nemeth as babyface champ and have been hoping that he doesn't end up turning heel. I've always preferred his face runs. I do wanna see JBL get back in the ring just for the hell of it, so all his showing up leads to something. Matt Hardy announced that the Hardys have signed a one year contract with TNA. He says TNA are looking to get on "a bigger platform" next year.

Surprised to see Mariah take a clean pin to Anna Jay on Battle of the Belts. Sets up a title match in 2 weeks where Mariah will get the win back, but I've been loving the increased Anna Jay push since her return from Stardom excursion.

Chris Kanyon's series of dark matches as Mortis from Aug/Oct 2003. Wish they would've run with this on TV at the time. vs. Austin Aries vs. Truth Martini vs. John Walters & a tag w/ Funaki vs. Jack Bull & Mike Knox

with NXT moving to CW tomorrow, NWA is now heading off the CW App. They announced they will be airing the next 5 weeks of episodes on their Twitter page now.

Minoru Tanaka vs Christopher Daniels from July 1998.

There were definitely some gems in there and learned a few new things at least. Steve Austin doesn't believe in CTE. Undertaker initially thinking "how can you take away the steel chair from our storytelling" after Benoit. Vince doesn't see where Undertaker was concussed at WM 30 and believes he was more in psychological trauma shock over the Streak being ended. Stephanie, in 2013, believing Mike Tyson hadn't been arrested for rape until after WM 14. Vince claiming no recollection of any lawsuit with Sable. Heyman's story of seeing a wild Vince/Shane disagreement over something Shane pitched, where Vince told Shane he'd have to kill him to do it and offers him the knife.

Agreed, he beat Angel Garza when first called up and then never won another singles match again. RAW is going back to 2 hours from October through December

WWE TV 08/05 - 08/11 REBECA ANDRADE IS THE BIG DAWG OF THE OLYMPICS
Alucard replied to KawadaSmile's topic in WWE
Shawn Michaels announced NXT is going on the road for the beginning of the CW era. October 1 in Chicago and October 8 in st. Louis. CM Punk will be in Chicago. Randy Orton said he'll be there for St. Louis. AEW will also be airing Dynamite on 10/8. -
Just the small clip of Triple H greeting him as he arrived in the parking lot and that was it

the Leyla/Diamante Texas Deathmatch was a really amazing bloody hardcore brawl. They went all out, I loved it. Meltzer's take: "Probably one of the 2-3 best AEW Women's matches that I've ever seen. Certainly among the best American women's matches this year, maybe the best. It was just an awesome, awesome match."
-
He says in that interview there was nothing outside that was supposed to happen. "The idea that I forgot to kick out, that's not a thing," he said. "That's not a thing. We don't forget to kick out. Twenty years in, I'm pretty sure there is some kind of muscle memory there. So me forgetting was not the case. There was nothing outside that was supposed to happen. It was a matter of there was a situation, but I'm OK. Everybody's fine, the story continues." "It doesn't affect anything," Priest said. "The show goes on and I think fans are very invested in everything that's going on. The ones that matter knew the situation and nobody thought twice about it. It was, 'move on'."

WWE TV 07/08 - 07/14 The Rascalz make their way into WWE!

Didn't expect that coming off the Forbidden door match and surprised to see it happen so suddenly with her vacating both the CMLL women's and women's tag titles, but good for her. A major win for WWE getting an absolutely excellent talent. I hope she excels there -
I think it was my favorite match of the night as well. Thought Vaquer looked amazing and have enjoyed Mercedes in all 4 of her AEW matches thus far. PWinsider said there was a ton of internal praise for it afterwards and that Mone' went in to the match with the intention of "making" Vaquer for the US audience
-
I see the Hangman route as well. Mariah May for the Women's, challenging Toni at Wembley.

And naturally he's dumped in under a minute! Good showing from Kazarian though. I was just waiting for the painfully obvious "Ethan Page was never eliminated" bit but I guess they're dragging it out.
