It's been said before but Peyton had some good singles matches in NXT and Billie Kay had some really great matches in Shimmer and the indys against Madison Eagles and Nicole Matthews among others. so I can't see them as being bad in the ring, I can see people not liking their characters but I personally find their mic work hilarious and one of the more entertaining things on the show.

Agreed 100% on the topic of Drew & Lashley in Impact. Loved their feud in 2016 and both were booked perfectly there. That whole year is one of Impact's best periods and it felt like everybody was being groomed for WWE runs/returns (Drew, Lashley, Hardyz, EC3, Mike Bennett, etc.) but not one of them have been presented as well as they were there. Lashley still talks about wanting the Brock match, but feels like the time has passed unfortunately, felt like a money match at one point for sure.
-
I think Madison wanted to do it as them 3 together while ROH was down with it but wanted them to turn on Madison and feud with her instead, possibly replacing her with Mandy Leon in the actual group which Madison didn't care for.

Legit LOL at the thought of that story. And yeah just for clairifaction Sonya Deville is dating a different girl now, not the one that was with Seth anymore. Her new GF was at the HOF with her and they will be featured on the next season of Total Divas.
-
extremely. I've hated becky's booking all year. Tapping at the Rumble then Ronda having to save her at Fastlane and hand her the WM spot to the fluke looking rollup win at Mania.

Agreed Lita's was one of my favorite ever HOF speeches, great stories and Torrie was right up there with her. Love all the shouts and the emotions of them when they show in crowd.
-
Agree that this was one of the best overall, loved it. Torrie's speech was really great, everyone did real good and nobody got rushed.

they ran Usos vs The Bar vs Rusev & Nakamura at the house show last night so I'm guessing that might end up the WM match. Seems very random rather than the first time dream match that Usos/Hardyz would've been.
-
They announced 29 entrants for the Andre: Braun Strowman, Colin Jost, Michael Che, Andrade, Apollo Crews, Titus O'Neil, Tyler Breeze, Jinder Mahal, No Way Jose, Bobby Roode, Chad Gable, Lucha House Party, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel, Heath Slater, Rhyno, the Ascension, Ali, Shelton Benjamin, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, The Hardyz, Heavy Machinery, and EC3. So as of now not on the card that leaves: The Usos, The Revival, Black & Ricochet, The Bar, Rusev & Nakamura, Big E & Xavier. Disappointed they didn't go with Usos vs. Hardyz. also Kevin Owens not on the card as of now.

WWE TV 03/25 - 03/31: Angle vs. Joe! Angle vs. Styles! TNA! TNA! TNA!

Awful. Can't take Becky seriously as the supposed biggest threat to undefeated Ronda Rousey. Wish it was Asuka vs Ronda. -
Really liked the build to 26. Taker/Shawn perfection and Bret/Vince, while the match was what it was, the build was a ton of fun. Two of my all time favorite video packages

Yes! I was hyped when Jinder delivered the "BEASTMASTER" promo leading in before it got changed. Loved that it at least got brought up again in the lead up to this past year's.

they announced Angle/Rey for next week. The last stop on the farewell before WM. I was hoping for Angle vs Bryan, but Angle/Lashley would've been a cool callback to his last Impact match. -
7 hours, 17 matches, they will absolutely still find a way to give some matches the shaft on time. That's what holds back my excitement for it. That and I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on the 'preshow' portion. Hopefully they do go 10-15 though.

I highly enjoyed Jinder's WWE title run, got great real heel heat. The pop for Corbin's initial cash in was awesome. He's often losing matches on Main Event when he's not on RAW. Sad even a year ago he was winning the US title at Mania. They did that, just without the title, fed to Reigns at MITB in a pretty solid little 15 min match.
-
Too bad they made Jinder Mahal a jobber again. Time to heat up the former WWE Champion for a showdown with Gronk 2 years in the making

Last week being in Chicago, where Cena debuted vs Angle in 02, would've been a cool full circle moment if that was the announcement made in the first place.

WWE TV 03/11 - 03/17: Exposing civilians by fabricating lies

I was sick of Braun once they had him run through everybody at Survivor Series 2017 and Chamber 2018, the act just felt tired by that point. -
Agreed, really loved the main event tag angle with bloody Cage passing out in the choke while Johnny is surrounded by officials. Great, great stuff. Also agreed on Delilah being all-around awesome, really fun character. I really liked McKenzie Mitchell the most before her recent exit and Melissa came in. The Disco stuff has been hilarious - most especially this past week. It was supposed to be Eli Drake, but Eli refused to do intergender, so this was their solution : ( Rest of the card looks solid though.

My thought exactly. No real reason for this to be "all Batista's ever wanted". Batista saying he quit WWE to get away from HHH, when H was on the shelf when Batista quit the first time. The only previous reference on TV, at SDL 1000 last year, was Batista simply pointing out that Triple H has done everything except beat him, so naturally it should be HHH wanting this. -
Agreed. And another cheap ass win to get to Mania. Taps out to Asuka and steals a Rumble spot, now gets to headline via DQ. Terrible.
-
I thought Ronda's beatdown was awesome but yeah as mentioned Becky was barely affected the very next night, still able to take out Charlotte on one leg.

Hulk Hogan Biopic in the works; Chris Hemsworth is playing him

I wish it was covering 80s and 90s, maybe up to the 2005 HOF induction but it'd probably be too much to cover all in one.
