I highly enjoyed Jinder's WWE title run, got great real heel heat. The pop for Corbin's initial cash in was awesome. He's often losing matches on Main Event when he's not on RAW. Sad even a year ago he was winning the US title at Mania. They did that, just without the title, fed to Reigns at MITB in a pretty solid little 15 min match.

Too bad they made Jinder Mahal a jobber again. Time to heat up the former WWE Champion for a showdown with Gronk 2 years in the making

Last week being in Chicago, where Cena debuted vs Angle in 02, would've been a cool full circle moment if that was the announcement made in the first place.

WWE TV 03/11 - 03/17: Exposing civilians by fabricating lies

I was sick of Braun once they had him run through everybody at Survivor Series 2017 and Chamber 2018, the act just felt tired by that point. -
Agreed, really loved the main event tag angle with bloody Cage passing out in the choke while Johnny is surrounded by officials. Great, great stuff. Also agreed on Delilah being all-around awesome, really fun character. I really liked McKenzie Mitchell the most before her recent exit and Melissa came in. The Disco stuff has been hilarious - most especially this past week. It was supposed to be Eli Drake, but Eli refused to do intergender, so this was their solution : ( Rest of the card looks solid though.

My thought exactly. No real reason for this to be "all Batista's ever wanted". Batista saying he quit WWE to get away from HHH, when H was on the shelf when Batista quit the first time. The only previous reference on TV, at SDL 1000 last year, was Batista simply pointing out that Triple H has done everything except beat him, so naturally it should be HHH wanting this. -
Agreed. And another cheap ass win to get to Mania. Taps out to Asuka and steals a Rumble spot, now gets to headline via DQ. Terrible.

I thought Ronda's beatdown was awesome but yeah as mentioned Becky was barely affected the very next night, still able to take out Charlotte on one leg.

Hulk Hogan Biopic in the works; Chris Hemsworth is playing him

I wish it was covering 80s and 90s, maybe up to the 2005 HOF induction but it'd probably be too much to cover all in one. -
I loved that Tessa/Taya match. Tessa looked so great wearing the traditional street fight gear. Really like how the stories progress weekly and how they keep everyone involved throughout the show, with small but effective backstage scenes like this past week with Sami visiting Rich in the hospital, Mitchell and Rosemary setting up the dark war, etc.

But what about Arn? Would love to see Barry, Tully, Lex... basically anyone who was at Flair's 08 retirement and/or had a big connection with him. I'm guessing no Hulk, its usually known anytime he's in the area of a show.

The transition to 2017 Impact Wrestling is now complete. Bruce, Abyss, Sonjay, Helms, Jarrett, & Borash. Now build Raw around EC3, Lashley, Drew, and Kurt. -
Jeff's 06-09 was full of great performances against a wide variety. the 06 series with Morrison over the IC title, the 07 feud with Umaga, and IMO his overall best year 2008 had some really good RAW matches against Michaels, Orton, Cena, Jericho and the later series with Triple H was his best in-ring stuff.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?

I always loved that knockouts new years eve show. Hamada was absolutely on fire, killing it with ODB & Nikki Roxx. I thought 2010 was a lot of fun in a 2002 'who the hell is gonna show up next' sorta way, but agreed on all things 2011/12 being excellent. -
I have never seen any appeal in Bayley, mannish as people say about Charlotte, facially. Alexa & Sonya are my top 2. I think the overdone makeup/lipstick is what hurts Billie Kay, she was always really pretty in the indys and people always figured she would be WWE bound because of her seemingly natural good looks. No hangups with Tessa, I think she looks great all the time - especially this past week on tv.

She's "suspended", so presumably shouldn't be on either event. -
I guess nothing ever came of the Taeler Hendrix accusations. I've found Lethal mostly awful ever since he dropped the Black Machismo stuff in TNA. As soon as he became good ol regular guy Jay Lethal again it was horribly boring.

I agree. I think the clean tapout was the absolute last outcome they should've went with where just about anything would've been better and still give Asuka the big win whether it's a flash pin, passing out in submission but not tapping, or a countout or ref stoppage as you mentioned. But tapping out right before challenging Ronda Rousey sucks. Felt like a real momentum killer and then winning the Rumble by coming out last after Charlotte worked 45+, just blah. -

I'm definitely less interested in Becky being this huge threat to Ronda Rousey considering she just tapped out to Asuka like that. I would love to see Ronda/Asuka at some point. -

Agreed, he's a major highlight of Total Divas when he's on. -
I believe local ads for the show have been advertising Naomi and Carmella being the final team, aka the only women left.

Good call on 2009, one of the only times tag bouts were headlining PPVs with DX/Legacy at HIAC and DX/JeriShow at TLC. While they didn't headline Summerslam, the initial DX/Legacy match there was excellent.

Matt's been insisting lately that he's not retired and is coming back so I don't think there will be any rush there
