I had hoped that Tommy Dreamer would have also turned heel and teamed up with Bully Ray. They could have been used to put over some younger tag teams. Since The Kingdom and The Good Brothers had left they could use some more star power (relative to other Impact wrestlers) in their tag division.

I bet Dunn and Prichard are pretty happy right now.

Is the NXT crowd representative of the TV audience though? I remember they were cheering Tony D'Angelo when he first showed up too. I feel like they are cheering ironically, or maybe a lot of them are friends of Chase or the members of his group or something. Like I am not sure you can extrapolate the NXT crowd reaction to a main roster arena crowd.

Something weird happened to the audio when Swerve got on the mic. It sounded all echoey for some reason. Also the crowd were shouting something the whole time so I dont know if they were able to hear. Also isn't the cinder block smashing an old carny trick or something? I feel like I have seen something like that before but using a sledgehammer or something instead of coming down off the top rope.

I enjoy the show. I liked the guy who played Mick Foley in the Christmas episode. I mean there is a lot of awful parts but I enjoy some of the characters at times. I don't know why Randall Park has to be so goofy in the future scenes. Those scenes have just gotten worse and worse since the show started which is funny because Rock is the biggest star on there.

I find it funny that the whole time the tournament was branded as the "Smackdown World Cup on FOX" and that's even what the graphic was on the Titantron this week, and the finals happened on FS1.

I was surprised the fans cheered Colt Cabana. I was wondering if there was going to be CM Punk chants like after he left WWE. I'm still wondering if there are going to be CM Punk chants when the Bucks and Omega come back. I really liked both the Darby and Moxley matches. I think Darby has more than just crazy bumps, he is good at generating babyface sympathy.

They just did the fake face turn for both Luchasaurus and Daniel Garcia. I think Tony Khan doesn't like having a clear boundary between heels and faces judging from all the heel vs heel and face vs face matches and how the Death Triangle guys are more like tweeners. I know a lot of people don't believe you can pro wrestling without clear heels and faces, but I don't believe Tony Khan is one of those people. I think he likes his wrestlers to have shades of grey. There was no clear face turn when Danielson joined the Blackpool Combat Club either, and he's not really the smiley babyface he used to be in the past, but not quite a heel anymore either.

Wait, was the door locked and that's why the Bucks kicked it in? Did they knock first and Punk told them to go away? Did they Superkick the door open?

Triple H should hire that pizza guy for NXT to join Tony D'angelo's group.

I liked Wyatt at the start when he was just managing Harper and Rowan. I think maybe he would be better as a manager than a wrestler but I don't know who he would manage right now.

Those 80s Survivor Series cards were a lot of fun because the top guys were spread throughout the card usually like 1 per each team as team captains. The rest of the team were filled out by mid card guys that you didn't usually see together and usually the heel captain and face captain were feuding with each other. I thought this tended to mean there was some interest in all the matches. When they moved to being mostly single matches with one or two 8-10 man tags, the top guys were taken out of the tags to have the singles matches which in turn made all the 10 man tag matches seem like unimportant jobber matches.

Won't it be Smackdown vs RAW? That's what Survivor Series usually is.

How long do you think Bron Breakker will stay in NXT before they move him up to the main roster? If they want to use Reins to elevate someone new he may be the best choice.

I knew something caused business to pick up. He ended up spitting them out after one bite though. Turns out the Bucks are actually tougher than a two dollar steak.

They could still run O Reilly Cole vs FTR and O Reilly Cole vs Young Bucks. I was assuming Cole and ReDragon vs Bucks and Omega for 6 man titles may have been a future matchup possibly at Arthur Ashe but I guess not now.

So Drew wins by count out but Romain keeps the belt and balloons fall from the ceiling? I guess Roman would be taking after his late cousin Yoko. Maybe next year they could wheel Lex out for the 30th anniversary of his big win.

The picture went black for a few seconds when Mandy Rose had Stark on top of the announce table, so I'm not sure if something too violent for Sportsnet in Canada happened there or something else they didn't want us to see. It went black a couple times after the break as well. Those NXT fans were really excited just to see a letter Dexter Lumis apparently sent to Indi
