I know that Punk actually did a Twitter poll recently to ask if he should bring back the longboys or stick with the trunks but I don't know if it's related to that match or the previous one with Hobbs (as he wore the trunks for that one)

The big issue with hockey right now is racism. And while yes, it has a tendency to police itself better, I wouldn't put the sport in a beacon of inclusiveness since hockey is probably the sport who's the most set in its old ways than any other.

And that maybe is because Heyman campaigns so hard for them that it ends up annoying Vince & Bruce a lot. But if Vince & Bruce sees Steveson the same way they saw Brock, that might be his saving grace.

Looks to me like they're gonna go with Danielson vs Cole instead for Full Gear. Just based on how Danielson basically one-upped Cole at All Out when both debuted within 5 minutes of each other, the basis of the story was there. Cole feels like Danielson is stealing his thunder and he's gonna take care of it.

IIRC, Hangman won the first Casino Ladder Match at Double or Nothing to earn his spot in the match to crown the first AEW World Champion.

How is it conceivable that they actually allowed someone to ask that question to Sonya, considering what happened last year?

Hangman is already trending on Twitter so a lot of people are anticipating he returns tonight. Personally, I'd like Hangman to be the Joker for him to earn his title match vs Kenny Omega. It writes itself.

Tony D'Angelo is already mad over with the NXT 2.0 crowd. He and Bron Breakker are probably gonna carry that brand for a while

Jinder Mahal said in a recent interview that the other (Saurav was what he was going by I think) has visa issues, thus why he was replaced by Shanky. They're working on settling this so he can resume his WWE career.

Not familiar exactly with this situation with Chéreau since for us in Canada, French commentary was done by Raymond Rougeau and Jean Brassard - who then got axed for Chéreau & Agius.

Jackie used to do WWE Aftermath on Sportsnet 360 before she moved to the States to work for NHL Network & TurnerSports. She's a real fan and knowledgeable. That's a great hire for WWE. She actually is the one who replaced Renee Paquette when she was hired by WWE.

To me, it looks more like they're setting up Danielson vs Cole at Full Gear. And considering how connected they are with their arrival in AEW being at the same time, it just makes sense to me.

I believe they defended them against The Butcher & The Blade 2 weeks ago on Rampage. That's what set up the 8-men tag we saw last week with the Lucha Bros teaming with Santana & Ortiz.

So, based on the usual recovery, that's gonna take her out until around Survivor Series. Maybe a tad after that.

If I'm not mistaken, she's getting married some time after Wrestlemania next spring. So if she's taking time off, it might be for some another reason. However, I've yet to see any major dirtsheet pick up on this so while there might be some truth to that report, I would rather go for "a few weeks" than "a few months". We should have more indication on RAW tonight, I guess.

Homicide didn't get very physical in that spot, other than untying Mox's hands which were taped behind his back and hitting Minoru & Archer a few times with a chair (I think, I'm blanking on some stuff in the final sequence). But he didn't look particularly hampered or anything. I also assume that Homicide was either doing a one-off because they were in NYC or he's gonna be allowed to work other promotions (isn't he still with Violence Unlimited in ROH?).
