  4. The Monsters win 2 matches...& Medusa STILL can't stop complaining! Moretti/Combs 2 is official & i can't wait. WWW is on fire!
  5. Luscious with a big win over a former U.S Jr Heavyweight Champion in the opener. A win, a draw & a double c.o. That's the definition of a mixed night for Dark Journey's trio. A distraction leads to a couple of brawls advancing the Highwaymen/Hangmen feud nicely. My jaw literally dropped when the mask came off to reveal Oliver. Just how involved are Dark Journey's men in all this? And then the second "Intern" shows up.. But let's not overlook the biggest win in Johnny's career. Zenk gets crafty to hold onto the tag titles. Magnum & Cooley win the First Blood tag match thanks to Buddy! That should put Wildcat's mind at ease. Aaaaannd Budro cheats in the main event. Is it instinct? Force of habit? Either that gets eclipsed by the batshit insane aftermath. Fujinami is out of the I.H.o.H & gets beat on before being saved by...The Dirty White Boys! Birmingham must've been going crazy.
  6. Crews shows Atkins why he's the Ace! "White Lighting" wins in a flash. "The Hit Sensation" vs "Powerhouse". I love your nicknames! I'm sure the Fabs loved those Rock n Roll chants. Crews & Diamond is a heel duo with some serious legs. The Beasts of Burden better get their shit together. You can only disappoint Ox so many times. Priceless with the dirty win & a major dick move afterwards. Love it! Classic Spaldoni multi man main event with a lot of moving pieces & action that doesn't end at the bell. Through in the Fabs inserting themselves & you've got another wild Memphis finish.
  7. Ole throwing down the challenge, inviting Mid-Atlantic to the Omni! Muraco makes dangerous friends in Orton & Dillon. I can totally see Orndorf & Garvin going to a double DQ. Georgia is on fire!
  8. First the TV show. A episode of strong promos that do precisely what they're supposed to, Hype Greensboro through the damn room! The exchange between Rhodes & Race was classic. Very well done. Gino & Tully couldn't be expected to pass up a chance to hurt their challengers early. Looking forward to Piper/Hart vs Slaughter/Kernodle next week. On to Greensboro. Steamboat vs Tenryu sounds like a awesome opener. Next week's main event break even. Flair getting past Studd is a big deal even if it's by dq. Tito & Valentine may need a whole hour to settle this. I'd watch that. Patera with a big time defense over Wahoo. Mulligan & Windham can't overcome the previous days assault + the talent of the champions. Even having lost their manager i predict it will be extremely difficult to take the titles from Gino & Tully. Wait your saying the Freebirds...can't be trusted? Impossible! Lucky for MACW Flair is here to save the day! Race takes the easy way out but I gotta feeling he ain't gonna lose much sleep with the 10 pounds of gold nearby. Great couple of days for Mid-Atlantic.

Semi-finals One Man Gang w/"General" Skandar Akbar defeats Dory Funk Jr with the 747 after Akbar tripped Funk. Terry Funk defeats Abdullah the Butcher w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan by DQ when Abby decided to randomly headbutt the referee. He then pulled out his beloved fork & stabbed Funk until he was wearing what Gordon Solie would call a "crimson mask" Western States Tag Team Championships The Moondogs(c) w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan vs The Fort Bragg Brotherhood ended in a double DQ when all four men started brawling in the ring & Bobby Pico couldn't restore order. After having security break the teams up Commissioner Dusek announced a rematch for the Labor Day Spectacular only this time it would be a...BOOT CAMP MATCH! Main event tournament final One Man Gang w/"General" Skandar Akbar defeats Terry Funk with the 747. Funk came out with his head bandaged & accompanied by Dory & JJ who seemed to be trying to talk him out of wrestling the match. Terry shoves them both off then rushes OMG. He's able to blitz the big man for a bit but as soon as OMG lands the first big shot Funk's momentum crashes to a halt. Aside from a few hope spots it's a largely one-sided affair that quickly becomes uncomfortable for everyone but OMG & Akbar. There's almost a sense of relief at the final three count. Winner & challenging for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at Labor Day Spectacular, One Man Gang!
  11. Western States Wrestling Episode 14 From the KFDA-TV Studio in Amarillo Texas Airing live at Noon on WTBS Channel 17 8/8/86 The opening montage plays to "Into the fire" by Dokken ending on a shot of Western States Heavyweight Champion Jumbo Tsuruta We cut to Steve Stack standing in front of a joint WSW and NWA banner. SS: Hello everyone and welcome to another exciting episode of Western States Wrestling at High Noon sanctioned by the National Wrestling Alliance, the premier governing body of professional wrestling the world over. We have a incredible hour for you today. Our main event is for the Western States Television Championship as reigning champion Shaska Whatley accompanied by Slick will defend against Cocoa Samoa. Also later in this hour we'll have taped comments from NWA President "Cowboy" Bill Watts who will have big news regarding the upcoming Labor Day Spectacular. All that & more now let's head down to the ring for our opening contest. Match 1 "Wild Tiger" Kim Duk w/Tojo Yamamoto defeats Jeremiah Tyrell with a double arm suplex Tojo & Duk head to the interview area. SS: Impressive performance by your man today Tojo. TY: Of course it was! It's hard not to be Impressive against these moonshine swilling degenerates Western States Wrestling brings in. But Papa-san has important business to discuss, Frank Dusek get out here now! (A commotion breaks out as Dusek meets Tojo at the interview area) FD: Mr Yamamoto i think i know what this is about and... TY: And nothing! Look Papa-san is reasonable man. You have big Spectacular on holiday for lazy American workers to stay home and stuff themselves on even more American junk food than usual & you want sold out Sports Arena & big ratings so of course you put the great Jumbo Tsuruta at top of card. Make sense so far but then you decided the best opponent you could find was Dick Slater? *Big pop* That mentally retarded pig mounting redneck fall down drunk loser isn't fit to serve Jumbo's tea let alone challenge for his title. What you thinking Dusek? FD: As I've already explained to you, Dick Slater in his first match in WSW took Mr Tsuruta to a 30 minute time limit draw making him the only opponent your client hasn't been able to score a decisive victory over in a one-on-one match. That and his impressive record since makes Mr Slater the obvious choice. Frankly I would think your client would welcome the opportunity to correct what was the sole blemish on a otherwise perfect record. TY: That was a fluke! You put them in ring together 100 times & it never happens again... FD: Well then I can't imagine why you'd have a problem. Look Tojo we can go around in circles all day but it's very simple, Either your man shows up at the Labor Day Spectacular & defends his Title against Dick Slater or he'll be stripped of that title and you will BOTH be suspended indefinitely. Your choice. (Dusek leaves to a rousing ovation while a fuming Tojo & Duk follow behind, Tojo loudly complaing the whole time) Commercial break-Steve Stack runs down the Western States live events for this coming week. SS: Welcome back fans and as promised we have a video from NWA President "Cowboy" Bill Watts regarding the Labor Day Spectacular. (VTR-Bill Watts is standing in front of the Mid-South Wrestling backdrop) BW: Hello Western States fans it's a pleasure to be here during such exciting times for the NWA. While we were thrilled to have all our territories come together to make the Great American Bash such a success their was some disappointment that Western States had to cancel its planned Supershow. So we were all glad to hear Western States announce its Labor Day Spectacular. It was announced that Commissioner Dusek was in negotiations to have every major NWA title defended & I'm proud to report that negotiations have proven successful. While Eric Embry is already contracted to Western States meaning there was never going to be a problem having the World Jr Heavyweight Championship defended. I can report that the NWA World Tag Team champions whomever they may be will be present as will the winner of the rematch between reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nikita Koloff & former champion Magnum T.A. After discussions on appropriate challengers it has been decided that at today's Sports Arena show there will be a one day eight man tournament to determine the challenger for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship & a Four Corner elimination tag team match to determine the challengers for the NWA World Tag Team Titles. Thank you for your time & we look forward to seeing you in Amarillo for the Labor Day Spectacular! (End of VTR) SS: Well the NWA President doesn't disappoint in his first appearance on Western States Wrestling. Let's celebrate with our next match. Match 2 "The Haitian Sensation" Tyree Pride defeats Maximilian Ward with the Flying Bodypress. During the match Stack announces that due to Pride recently taking Shaska Whatley to a 15 minute time limit draw he will face the winner of today's main event at the Labor Day Spectacular for the Western States Television Championship. Commercial-Promo for the Labor Day Spectacular. Tickets on sale now. check your local listing. Match 3 Radiance defeat Jerald Jacobs & Miles Wragge when Embry pinned Jacobs with the piledriver. Post match Radiance cut a typically on promo the highlight being Embry announcing his defense of the NWA World Jr Heavyweight Championship will be a open challenge to anyone in the NWA! Commercial-Promo for the Labor Day Spectacular. Tickets on sale now. Check your local listing. Match 4 "The Pride of Montague County" Johnny Mantell defeats Fletcher Merritt with the floatover Russian leg sweep. Post match Mantell cuts a promo saying he's been told he's in the tournament at the Sports Arena & promises to win the whole thing & bring the world title to Western States! Commercial break-Steve Stack runs down the card for the Sports Arena later today. NWA World Heavyweight Championship contender tournament first round matches. One Man Gang w/"General" Skandar Akbar vs "The Pride of Montague County" Johnny Mantell "Wild Tiger" Kim Duk w/Tojo Yamamoto vs Dory Funk Jr Abdullah the Butcher w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan vs "Dirty" Dutch Mantell "Killer" Tim Brooks w/"General" Skandar Akbar vs Terry Funk Non tournament matches Four Corner Elimination match, Winners challenge for the NWA World Tag Team Championships at Labor Day Spectacular. The Devil's Duo w/Slick vs The South Pacific Connection vs Karachi Vice w/"General" Skandar Akbar vs The Long Riders Western States Tag Team Championships The Moondogs(c) w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan vs The Fort Bragg Brotherhood Bell time 3pm. Tickets still available. Match 5 Main event Western States Television Championship "Black Bullet" Shaska Whatley w/Slick defeats Cocoa Samoa. Chaotic ending as Slick summons The Devil's Duo but they're intercepted by Siva Afi & Sunny War Cloud. While Alex Perez is distracted directing security to break their brawl up,, Shaska slips out of a Samoan drop & scores a uppercut to the uprights followed by a schoolboy with a handful of tights for the win.
  12. Show starts off with a classic bad news/good news situation, bad news Gordy is stripped of the North American Title due to injury, good news we're getting a tournament. I am utterly shocked that Buddy Roberts was the Rebel this whole time...shocked I say! But seriously Freebirds vs DiBiase & Williams for the World Tag Titles in Jackson is as big as it gets. Butch Reed says what we're all thinking regarding the "mysterious" Masked Yankee & promises to put Strong down as payback for his shenanigans. The North American title tournament gets two huge qualifing matches as Uncle Ivan takes on Bruiser Brody & Bad News takes on The Soul Man! Guess The Patriots & The Red Assassins couldn't wait till bell time. One of the most anticipated moments in the game has finally arrived, the debut of...Damian! Plus the Shiek seems to have found his final recruit. The Patriots end a chaotic episode on a high note as they earn a shot at the Masked Superstars Mid-South Tag Team Titles. Should be fun. Good job making Power Pro feel like more than just a "B" show.
  13. Dark Journey & co make some good points ahead of a big night in Birmingham. Side note has anyone questioned Oliver about the "Interns"? Russian Chain I Quit match in Biloxi! Hell Yeah Baby! The Bullet is back & he's gonna coming for the Rich cousins with Johnny. Luscious Lanny Poffo returns in all his creepy glory. Gordon's reaction may never get old. T&Z get a much needed tune up before their four corners title defense. Birmingham is due a massive show! The Dream vs Blackjack in a Bunkhouse match. Beach Brawl is gonna be bloody! Budro being his usual funny self only this time fans feel free to laugh along. Then he brings Cooley out to apologize before "Mr Continental" ruins the moment by...making a compelling argument? And then he talks Buddy into giving Cooley a rematch BEFORE his own? WHAT!? Then Budro cheats in the main & Stubbs is the good samaritan trying to point it out? I can't tell what the fuck is going on but I can't wait to find out.
  14. Vega off to a nice start. The Von Erichs arrive in Tennessee...and get boo'd outta the building! The not so subtle favoritism won't help. Mongolian Stomper vs Roy Lee Welch is the clear centerpiece of the Heavyweight title tournament. Madril continues to pick up steam. Still weird to see him as a face. Smoky Mountain is hitting the road! I remember Joe Lightfoot from Texas All-Star. He seems a perfect fit for Strongbow as he nears the end. Bring on Summer Blast!
  15. J-Tex Corp looks like a proper army of bastards. Especially with the addition of Kabuki. Devastation Inc has a couple of Texas terrors in Brooks & Spoiler. Riddle's decision to ditch Royal seems to pay off. For the moment. Burke goes down to the Claw. Glad to see Jumbo Tsuruta. I've really enjoyed writing him myself and I think you can do big things with him here.
  16. Mid-South Wrestling is coming to you on Fox & it's affiliates Fox 8 out of New Orleans & WXXV out of Jackson. 8/7-Sat-Mid-South Wrestling Television-Irish McNeil Boy's Club in Shreveport Louisiana (The Mid-South video slams on screen with quick clips of the top stars ending on a shot of Mid-South North American Champion The Grappler. We then cut to Boyd Pierce & Floyd Creatchman at ringside standing by) RB: Welcome everyone to Mid-South Wrestling coming as always from the Irish McNeil Boy's Club in Shreveport Louisiana. As you can see I'm being joined once again by "Pretty Boy" Floyd Creatchman still on the hunt for his first client. Tell us Floyd after last week what do you think of the talent here in Mid-South? FC: Well Boyd Pierce i saw some potential but if anyone here thinks they can apart of Pretty Boy Inc they'll have to take their game to a entirely different level. BP: Well Floyd knowing the wrestlers here like i do they'll take that as a challenge. And we've got some of our best here today, Junkyard Dog always a favorite here in Mid-South, "All Night" Norvell Austin of the Midnight Express who's been making waves all across the south as well as "Timekeeper" Mike George a top contender for any title. And listen to this main event folks, One of the most exciting wrestlers in the world "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka goes one-on-one with the Olympian Bob Roop with Sir Oliver Humperdink in his corner in promises to be a incredible contrast in styles. FC: Be honest Pierce, Do you actually believe that island savage even stands a chance against a elite level athlete like Bob Roop? BP: I'm certainly not questioning Mr Roop's ability he's one of the most technically sound wrestlers in the sport today but I think the "Superfly" may just surprise you. But enough of our back-and-forth let's head to the ring for our first match, a Tag Team Championship Tournament qualifier. (We cut to Reisor Bowden center ring) RB: Our opening contest is set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit and is a qualifing match for the Mid-South Tag Team ChampioChampionship Tournament. In the red corner from Jacksonville Florida weighing 235 lbs "Nature Boy" Buddy Landel...and his partner from the Cosmos weighing 238 lbs "Handsome" Billy Starr...and in the blue corner from Greensboro North Carolina weighing 224 lbs "Sweet" Stan Lane...and his partner Tampa Florida weighing 215 lbs Steve Keirn! "Nature Boy" Buddy Landel & "Handsome" Billy Starr vs "Sweet" Stan Lane & Steve Keirn Though Landel & Starr are united in their willingness to break the rules this is offset by Lane & Keirn's more natural chemistry and by Starr not quite being on his partners level. Tellingly Creatchman seems to take a liking to Landel. Eventually Landel gets frustrated with Starr's failings and walks out leaving Starr to fall to a double dropkick. (Lane & Keirn cut a promo promising to shock the world by becoming the next Mid-South Tag Team Champions) Commercial-Boyd Pierce runs down the Mid-South Louisiana tour schedule for the coming week. RB: Welcome back fans and Floyd i suspect you'll enjoy this next match featuring the third member of the Midnight Express, "All Night" Norvell Austin. FC: Rose & Condry have already advanced to the Tag Title Tournament and Austin is already a decorated champion in this part of your God forsaken country. BP: Hey now that's not necessary. FC: Your right for once in your life Pierce, the talent of Norvell Austin speaks for itself. RB: That's not what I...oh nevermind let's head to the ring. RB: This match is set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit. In the red corner from The Dark Side weighing 224 lbs representing the Midnight Express "All Night" Norvell Austin...and in the blue corner from Roanoke Virginia weighing 218 lbs Ric McCord! "All Night" Norvell Austin vs Ric McCord A showcase for Austin really work McCord over. His cocky attitude & blatant disregard for the rules rile up the crowd so much they can't even appreciate his match winning moonsault. (Norvell Austin makes his way to Pierce) NA: Boyd Pierce, Mid-South Wrestling, Y'all have been blessed with the Midnight Express haha yes sir we're here & we're coming for all the gold. My boys "Ravishing" Randy & "Lover Boy" Dennis have the Tag Titles locked up, ain't no team that can stop'em at the Superdome. As for me I got my eyes on one title in particular. I'm talking about that NWA World Jr Heavyweight Championship so Tiger Mask i don't know where you at, or if you understand a word I'm saying but understand one thing daddy. It's just a matter of time till I get you in that ring & when that happens you'll be looking at the new NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion. (Turns to leave but snaps his fingers and turns back) Almost forgot, Mr Creatchman (Floyd looks at Austin curiously) me & the boys talked it over & we're ready to negotiate when you are daddy. (With that Austin leaves) CommercCommercial-Boyd Pierce runs down the Mid-South Mississippi touring schedule for the coming week. (We return to Boyd Pierce being joined by Mike George) RB: Welcome back fans & I've got a special guest with me, "Timekeeper" Mike George & Mike it's an exciting time in Mid-South Wrestling, What's your plan going forward? MG: Well Boyd Pierce my immediate goal is the Louisiana Championship. I'm already a two time Mississippi Champion & a three time North American Champion & now I look to become a two time Louisiana Champion. As for today however I'm the Timekeeper for a reason and I'm calling this match in under six minutes. (George heads to the ring) RB: This match is set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit. In the red corner, from Tombstone Arizona weighing 277 lbs The Bounty Hunter...and in the blue corner from St Joseph Missouri weighing 265 lbs "Timekeeper" Mike George! The Bounty Hunter vs "Timekeeper" Mike George George completely outwrestles the big masked man before finishing him off with the Diving Headbutt in under the self imposed 6 minute time limit. Commercial+promos for the Superdome Extravaganza on August 15th (We return to Igor Volkoff already in the ring, enraging the crowd by waving the soviet flag. The mood immediately changes as the intro to "Another one bites the dust" comes over the pa system. The crowd claps along as JYD enters the ring) RB: This match is set for one fall with a 15 minute time limit. In the red corner from the U.S.S.R weighing 115 kilos Igor Volkoff...and in the blue corner from Charlotte North Carolina weighing 280 lbs Junkyard Dog! Igor Volkoff vs Junkyard Dog A hard hitting match that ends when Volkoff ducks a clothesline only to come off the other side and run into the Thump. (JYD cuts a promo promising he & Murdoch will win the Tag Title Tournament at the Superdome & he hopes they beat the Wild Samoans to do it) Commercial+promos for the Superdome Extravaganza on August 15th BP: That was our last commercial break folks and now it's time for our huge main event. RB: This is our television main event with tv time remaining. In the red corner from Blacksburg Virginia weighing 270 lbs, Sir Oliver Humperdink presents Bob Roop...and in the blue corner from The Fiji Islands weighing 235 lbs "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka Bob Roop w/Sir Oliver Humperdink vs "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka Pierce promised a contrast of styles & that's precisely what what we get. Snuka's high energy style colliding with Roop's relentless mat game. The result is a back-and-forth contest in which both men show what they're made of with each man getting several near falls. The comes as we're coming to the end of tv time. Snuka has Roop prone on the mat and ascends the ropes to hit the Superfly splash but as the referee is checking on Roop Humperdink seizes the opportunity to shove Snuka off the top rope sending him crashing down to the mat. Roop capitalizes by grabbing Snuka & ramming him shoulder first into the corner post then running him across the ring to ram him into the opposite corner post before synching in the Double Wristlock. Snuka holds on as best he can & ultimately it's referee Dick Kroll who calls for the bell to prevent permanent injury. Kroll has to threaten to reverse the decision in order to get Roop to break the hold & as we go off the air Humperdink can barely be heard over the booing crowd yelling into the camera "That's gonna be you Garvin" Next week: Main Event Mr Wrestling 2 & Mr Olympia vs The Super Destroyers (if MW2 & Olympia win MW2 gets another shot at The Grappler's North American Championship at the Superdome. If the Super Ds win MW2 xan never challenge The Grappler again) Tag Team Tournament qualifier Black Dynamite (Thunderbolt Patterson & Tony Atlas) vs The Royal Kangaroos. Also in action, Plowboy Frazier, Bugsy Mcgraw & The Wild Samoans.
  17. Bruise Brothers with a simple 2 step plan, 1. Beat Priceless 2. Regain the AWA World Tag Team Titles. El Jefe may have to change his tune when Casey gets back. Ferris gets one over on "The Ace" with a little help from Allen. Ox & Hayes get another crack at the World Title on Labor Day. Hope the Dragon can come up with a plan for Ox by then. I think Charland will find "Rugged" Ron to be suitable competition. Larry Z brings in Giant Haystacks! Yes! Granted they lose but they get their point across. Superstar vs The King on Labor Day. Mid-South Coluseam just sold out. Tiger Jeet Singh is back! If you want something done right you gotta do it yourself. Here's hoping they settle it before Colon goes completely insane! Soviet Steel spoils the debut of the Union but now they've gotta deal with the Olympians. Snuka absorbs the loaded headbutt! I don't blame Dream Machine & Paul Jones for bailing. Great job bringing Memphis chaos to AWA crowds.
  18. Things get crazy on the first show of World Class & Fritz has to lay down the law. Gary has quite the intimidating trio already. I'm not familiar with Kimura but if he's with Hart he's not the kind of guy I want to mess with. Between Young & Brooks Akbar is off to a solid start himself. Rock Riddle is another name I'm not familiar with but he clearly doesn't tolerate failure. Kinda weird seeing Haku as a face. David with win in the main event making pops proud. World Class hitting the ground running!
  19. First Alabama Clean sweep for I.H.o.H, I see gold in their future. Am I the only who considers it a testament to Dark Journey that neither of her men can win without her? Pretty good loop for the Armstrongs. Duker & Gaylord must've been a hard-hitting opening Great job connecting the semi & the main, speaking of what a huge win for Bass! On to Mississippi The Hangmen are good upper card heels on these smaller shows. Dark Journey cements her status as a good luck charm by helping her newest client Rip Oliver. She's getting quite the group together. Poor Johnny & Davey, Winning the Tag Titles would've gone a long way to earning that 100k. Oh well. Nice to see CCW running 2 shows again.
  20. I can see the Mid-South fans being confused by The Rebel. I wonder how long George will be suspended for? Hopefully Tatum will serve as a warning to the other heels of Mid-South, Leave Precious alone! U.S Steel gets the crowd pleasing win in the anthem match. I gotta feeling that as bad a time Hayes had against Williams tonight, it STILL won't compare to what Gordy. Ladd & Allen are gonna have something to say about that finish for sure. Shiek gets a asswhooping to end all asswhoopings...but may have a lead on the missing piece in his Army. Let's call this a mixed bag. Mid-South with quite the homecoming!
  21. WSW Live Events 8-3-1986 The Coluseam El Paso TX 8-5-1986 Denver Auditorium Denver CO 8-7-1986 Civic Center Tulsa OK Rufus "Freight Train" Jones defeats Tojo Yamamoto with a Headbutt Karachi Vice w/"General" Skandar Akbar defeat The Glamor Boys when Gamma made Doll submit with the Camel Clutch "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers defeats Jimmy Jack Funk by C.O when Chicky Starr appeared in the aisle way and Funk rushed him chasing him to the back "Dirty" Dutch Mantell defeats "Wild Tiger" Kim Duk w/ Tojo Yamamoto with the Tennessee Chainsaw Chicky Starr defeats "Wild" Bill Irwin by DQ when Jimmy Jack Funk ran down & attacked Starr Kendall Windham defeats Kendo Nagasaki w/Tojo Yamamoto with a bulldog "Killer" Tim Brooks w/"General" Skandar Akbar & Terry Funk fought to a double C.O Taped Fist Match "The Unpredictable" Dick Slater defeats Mr Pogo w/Tojo Yamamoto with a Spinning Neckbreaker
  22. WSW Live Events 8-2-1986 Fair Park Coluseam Lubbock TX 8-4-1986 Civic Auditorium Albuquerque NM 8-6-1986 The Myriad Oklahoma city OK "The Haitian Sensation" Tyree Pride & "Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan wrestled to a double c.o Jason the Terrible (No Sullivan) defeats Sunny War Cloud with the Northern Lights Bomb The South Pacific Connection defeat The Devil's Duo when Slick attempted to pass Vines a slapjack behind the referee's back but Siva caught it and used it himself Non title Western States Television Champion "Black Bullet" Shaska Whatley w/Slick defeats Chris Youngblood with the Flying Willie Pvt Don Kernodle defeats Western States Tag Team Champion Moondog Rex w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan by running Rex into Sullivan, who was on the apron, and performing a O'Connor roll Cpl Kirchner defeats Western States Tag Team Champion Moondog Spot w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan by DQ when Spot hit Kirchner with his bone in front of the referee "The Latin Heartthrob" Al Perez defeats The Super Destroyer with a bridging German Suplex "The Pride of Montague County" Johnny Mantell defeats Abdullah the Butcher w/"Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan by DQ when Abby randomly started stabbing Mantell with his fork. 23. The Medusa era of the TV Title begins by putting down a spirited Lady Apache- and then continuing to bitch at her allies. Not sure that's the best long-term strategy but that's just me. Really looking forward to another match between these two. Great job maintaining the momentum from the Supercard.
