  1. Parv what is the lowest Flair could be without it being laughable?
  2. Why not take over wwf if you want the area? A whole promotion moving across country seems insane to me.
  3. Dutch would make a great cuban. We may talk.
  4. To clarify, this would be an expansion not a move. Maple Leaf Gardens is still the big show with MSG being just as important.
  5. I'm interested on who will run los Angeles
  6. Abandoning a territory seems strange, expanding has already happened
  7. It's not all about great matches, sometimes it's about performances
  8. Honestly, if WWF dies then Maple Leaf is changing it's name and running Boston Gardens, Spectrum, MSG and Joe Louis arena. If somebody else wants to run there, we will talk.
  9. Yeah. I'm still delaying until that decision. His decision depends on whether I do this certain angle or not.
  10. Outdated map. As for where Georgia ran.. someone has to go through Kris' thread to see all the places he ran to go by.
  11. Personal will be huge in this dispersal when they happen. Some people have some shitty announcers and interviewers,. To be honest, more interested in towns then wrestlers. Wasn't the original idea that you leave at least one person to be drafted for each promotion and you can take the rest or is there a max number you can take?
  12. Any word on your friend rain?
  13. I had no idea who you would handle Duggan-Brody, but you found a good work around.
  14. I am planning on setting up a voting system for awards at the end of the year, but I think Rougeaus-Midnights is going to be a top contender for best feud.
  15. What an amazing super show. Huge matches that looked great and it looks like the slow build to Starrcade is on the way. Glad you got good use out of the NWA Canadian Tag Team Champions.
  16. Thanks I was trying to recreate Windham-Flair on TV in a way. Burke and Koloff are two greats I think can do this.
  17. Holy shit! Exile was the best podcast since it's debut, but the HOF season it is really bringing it! Can't wait to hear this one.
  18. Bock was born in 34, Flair in 49. We have a lot of 1980+ Bock, so we should compare that to 1995+ Flair to be fair.
  19. http://placetobenation.com/this-week-in-wrestling-for-september-26-2015/ It’s the season premier of This Week in Wrestling and Pete, Steven & Johnny are back! After a discussion about Pete and Johnny’s live wrestling experience’s over the last week we define what makes a hillbilly. The first fall (17:14) stats with the NWA Classics match of the week between The Spoiler and Wahoo McDaniel. An actually classic that everybody needs to watch. We then talk ROH from the PPV to the TV including how they are handling post PPV shows. We also talk about what can of live wrestling fans we are. The second fall (1:03:56) Pete and Steven talk the CMLL Anniversary show (a great show) including the Atlantis vs La Sombra mask match and the latest NJPW show (a lackluster show). The final fall (1:23:47) the whole crew talk NXT including the debut of Asuka and the awesome return of the event center. We move onto Raw where we all watched the Hulu version and discuss not only the matches but debate the booking. We end the show talking Table for 3 with A New Day and JBL Legends with Eric Bischoff, Part 1.
  20. Both will be in my top 5-15. The end.
  21. Seconded.
  22. Can we get an update on who is part of the NWA and who is not aligned?
  23. Don't make me pick. This two are both going to be super high on my list. Man.... I guess Liger, for the longer varied career, but Rey has been so great for so long as well.
  24. This whole thread proves the point about how little value the title has and how little wins and loses matter. It's a big issue.
