Lawler says the idea of Dave Brown showing footage of JYD pinning him is ridiculous and it will never happen. He managed to procure the tape to ensure that it doesn't air on television. Lawler returns to his Zach Morris cell phone and we're out.

Guess Dave is more savvy as Lawler gives him credit for since he must have made a copy of the promo tape from JYD.

Jerry Lawler once again outsmarts Dave Brown. That tape is probably footage of Lawler beating up JYD so bad, he's doing a service to the kids at home by not airing it on local tv, right?

The promo is pretty pedestrian but its interesting to see the outdated technology present here.

Lawler's final segment where he cuts hard on JYD was real solid. I thought he was saying that Dave Brown had past footage of JYD pinning him - not the tape of the promo JYD cut - but maybe I misheard.

I love Lawler is continuing the Zach Morris phone gimmick again. And his sweater is excellent too, especially standing behind a some bails of hay. Got to love Memphis.

Wait I thought this was just part of the same segment as the other one/JYD. Who cares, dad jokes and that cell phone, I'll buy that for a dollar.

Lawler is outside somewhere on his oversized mobile phone again. Apparently Dave Brown is going to air a video tape that shows the Junkyard Dog pinning him. The King claims that the JYD has never pinned him and the tape he's talking about, which might show some sort of interaction between he and the Dog, is now in his hands, as he went to the Production Office before the show went on the air and found the tape. As it's now in his possession, there'll be no tape of him and the Junkyard Dog on TV today.

Lawler and his phone is always going to get a laugh out of me. Another solid heel promo from someone who would be entertaining reading the dictionary.
