Childs
Back to TV matters, I get what they are trying to do but I'm not sure having Brock's gimmick be the guy who no shows TV is the best idea when you're angling to renew your TV deal that happens to be the backbone of your business plan. It's pretty silly to think a short-term wrestling angle is going to affect a multi-year corporate television deal. Brock could vanish into thin air tomorrow, and it would have no impact on WWE's value to USA, Fox or whomever.
Zoo Enthusiast
I’ve been a fan of the Cena storyline all along but last night I thought he really nailed it. Also, sociopath Alexa vs Nia is something I am really looking forward to. The shooty Roman stuff can he a bit cringeworthy at times but at least it is an actual character direction. KawadaSmile
'18 Rusev is '17 Harper My God. Big E and Jimmy as a team. So fucking good. Also Langston's promo abilities have improved so much.
...TG
Nice promo by AJ to start the show and an even better one by Big E, sandwiched with a good match. Hard to beat this first half hour.
Strummer
Looks like they are going the Savage/Warrior 92 and Sid/Shawn 96 build route with AJ/Nak

I don't mind the shooty stuff with Roman, but when you had Cena do the same thing later on it was like....enough with that already. The Alexa vs Nia stuff is great and I would expect the match to be excellent since there's nothing better than two people who are friends IRL not afraid to beat the shit out of each other to have a good match. Seabs
Out there opinion but name it the #1 Contenders Battle Royal and the winner gets a title shot on the Raw/SD after Mania.
FMKK
The Owens/Zayn beatdown on Shane was great but I couldn't help but laugh at Shane selling the powerbomb like a pig in heat
iamthedoctor
You don't have to pay hommage to someone that's dead. They could have picked any name. They picked Moolah. Ok. They should have the Godfather do the ring introductions on that one. Ya know, pimpin' ain't easy. Whats with all the nasty comments about Moolah? I don't mean you particulary but there are alot of message boards that just constantly slag her off which is a bit tasteless when she's dead. She always seemed regulary respected by WWE after all the years she gave.

She always seemed regulary respected by WWE after all the years she gave. She treated her trainees as slaves pretty much. She took a cut of their booking fee and forced them to live on her compound paying rent. She also pimped the girls out on the side. That's not getting into how women's wrestling was largely a joke because of her.
El-P
She was a vile human being and the WWE narrative about her is embarrassing. And dead people don't become good because they're dead, fuck them. See also : Warrior Award.
Mad Dog
Warrior shouldn't even really be mentioned in the same vein as Moolah. He was mostly a harmless asshole while she left a mile long trail of victims from her behavior.
El-P
Agreed, although he did use his "celebrity" to propagate hate speech. But yeah, Moolah actually did harm and abuse people.
Mad Dog
The Sweet Georgia Brown stuff is out there and is easy to find. That one woman just talked about it and I think that one is at the top of SquaredCircle on reddit.

Matt D
This is sort of mainstream:http://www.newsweek.com/wwe-fabulous-moolah-memorial-battle-royal-842789 and Forbes https://www.forbes.com/sites/alfredkonuwa/2018/03/13/twitter-brutally-roasts-wwe-over-honoring-fabulous-moolah-in-womens-battle-royal/#4719307258b9
Mad Dog
I do wonder if Moolah went through the same terrible things getting into the business. Hard to say. She grew up poor and she might have just been driven to make money and be a scumbag in general. Burke as far as I have ever seen doesn't have those kinds of accusations against her. Mad Dog
Yeah. It would be hard to say when he was out of the picture as far as her training goes. That generation talks a lot less though and most of them are dead. I would imagine she wanted money and was a scammer by nature and she figured out the perfect scam to make as much money as possible. I would say that in this case using his name as an Actually Good award can be seen as some ironic delight. Like, I'm not sure he would stand for what the award has transformed to in recent years, but I don't think standing for what he believes is the best thing ever. sek69
It seems like beyond all the negative responses across their social media platforms, this is getting attention on websites both wrestling related and otheriwse. I wonder how WWE will respond. Seems like based on their track record either they will just drop any mention of Moolah and pretend it never happened or they will double down and run an angle where the winner gets pimped out.
