PeteF3
There's film of that Thesz-Valentine match out there, but I'm pretty sure it's not 14+ minutes worth. Big find.

PeteF3
I'm assuming Flair-Valentine is 8mm ringside footage a la Flair-Rogers from the same venue. It would definitely be "new." Weird that the rest of that MSG show hasn't turned up since the main event aired on 24/7 years ago, not that it looks like an overly interesting card, but it does have Tatsumi Fujinami and Allen Coage working squashes. WrestlingPower
Wonder if that Norfolk match is from the George Pantas collection that they bought. This was stuff originally used as bonus footage on one of the Mid-Atlantic documentaries.

Matt D
re: Flair vs Valentine. I have no idea whether we had this or not, but the angle leading up to this series sounds pretty cool. http://www.midatlanticgateway.com/2016/08/dream-team-part-6.html http://www.midatlanticgateway.com/2016/08/dream-team-part-7.html There's audio on those two pages. Reference for the second page: The 60 minute draw between the two was 5/25. The promo is 5/28. The Valentine swerve came on 6/8. The match is 7/17. sek69
I'm assuming the Sputnik match is one of those no-sound 16mm deals from Florida? I never quite understood why they would film things like that. Other territories barely valued taping on regular film and the Grahams are out there all avant garde and shit. hammerva
Is this one of the first full or close to full matches of Sputnik Monroe out there? Maybe in Memphis TV they showed a best of him with small clips. I know there was a 70's Memphis house show DVD' many years ago but not sure if a Monroe match was on it
