Impressive win for Perez.

Great heel finish by the Vampire Warriors!

As always, Pillman electrifies the crowd.

Doug Furnas vs. Bob Backlund

Doug Furnas - Alchetron, The Free Social EncyclopediaBob Backlund (Wrestling) - TV Tropes

In the past few months, Bob Backlund has gone from having dual titles to having no titles, and you can tell that it rankles him. He may still command the loyalty of the Knights Templar, but you can tell he was looking to prove he still had it. He certainly picked a tough opponent to prove himself against. The big young Oklahoman was equally determined to show that he was not to be overlooked, and the two fought each other to a stalemate in several tests of strength. Backlund actually seemed at a bit of a loss as to what to do with Doug Furnas, but veteran instinct wound up being the deciding factor as he dodged out of an attempt at a shoulder tackle in the corner, then capitalized with the Backlund Bridge.  He was just barely able to hold Furnas' powerful shoulders for the three count. A big win for Backlund, but he had to work hard for it.

Vic Steamboat vs. Wayne Bloom

Vic Steamboat – Online World of WrestlingWAYNE BLOOM WRESTLER 8 X 10 WRESTLING PHOTO WWF | eBay

The war between James E. Cornette and Ronnie P. Gossett rolls on as the Demon did battle with one half of the Destruction Crew. Initially, both men had the rest of their respective stables at ringside, but the ref took a hard line and ordered everyone but the managers back to the locker room. Bloom did what he could to overpower Steamboat, but Vic fought back with intensity, lacing into Bloom's chest with chops that left livid red welts. Steamboat was able to come off the top with a Flying Cross Bodypress to get the win. A big victory for Steamboat and Cornette's Crew, but you can bet that Gossett is not going to let this go unanswered.

Cactus Jack & Cyrus The Virus vs. James Miller & Ibrehem Rahman

Cactus Jack - Wrestler - Fantasy Profile - Character profile - Writeups.org THE JACKYL / DON CALLIS WRESTLER 8 X 10 WRESTLING PHOTO WWF | eBay

While the go-to duo for the Wild Things has been Art Barr and Eddie Guerrero, Cactus Jack has taken Cyrus The Virus under his wing (under his quills?), becoming a full time bad influence for the already deranged young star. The two lived up to their collective name and went wild on their opponents, battering them from pillar to post until Cyrus pinned Miller following a Frog Splash. The tag ranks may well have gotten even scarier.

Tracy Smothers vs. Dean Malenko

One half of the Wild-Eyed Southern Boys, Tracy Smothers - SJ | Southern boys, Wrestling superstars, Watch wrestlingimage.jpeg.f817246c91c5b5e221a3da4f45a10098.jpeg

While both of these young stars are known for their tag team matches, they proved more than capable as singles wrestlers in this tense match. While they have considerable technical ability, this match got heated at a number of points, with both men hitting the hardest shots they could at each other. Neither of them wanted to be the one to knuckle under, and it took a big brainbuster from Malenko to finally put down Smothers.

California Title Match : Scott Hall © vs. Scotty The Body

Throwback to when Scott Hall had one of the greatest mustaches in all of pro wrestling. We're all rooting for you, chico! : r/SquaredCircleتويتر \ Rasslin' History 101 على تويتر: "A hot young prospect down in Portland:Scotty the Body.1990 https://t.co/NhzMQiNCvm"

Last week, Scott Hall held off a challenge from "Playboy" Buddy Rose to retain his California Title. Tonight, he would face another of the Playboy Club in one half of the Sin City Superstars. Buddy Rose was at ringside to guide his young charge, but the ref gave him strict orders for him to keep to himself. In this battle of the Scotts, it was hard for the newcomer to make a dent in the big champ. Nothing he did had any impact, and Hall tossed the younger man around like he was a rag doll. It was not Rose but Scotty's Sin City partner Reno Riggins who was the one who interfered, clipping Hall's knee from behind right in front of the ref. The ref immediately called for the DQ, but the Playboy Club didn't seem to care, attacking Hall's damaged knee until Dustin Rhodes and Lou Perez ran out and the Club retreated to the locker room. This could spell bad news for the California champ.

Yep, Backlund's still got it.

Steamboat's new gimmick is really taking off.

The PCW teams better be on high alert if Cactus and Cyrus are teaming up.

Dean is finally able to put Smothers away.

Playboy Club put a hurting on Hall. Rose is such a mastermind.

Portland,

Enos can get the job done as a solo.

I believe seeds have been planted for a Malenko's/Southern Boys program.

Playboy Club sets it up and Rose knocks it down.

Hart retains in a very grueling 3 falls match with Bull.

Widowmaker is looking strong as his quest for title rematch continues.

Eugene,

Won't be long until FOJ is wearing gold.

Albright looks unbeatable!

Owen and Pierre are off to a good start.

Flowers still gets the job done.

It was only a matter of time and the fans in Eugene got to witness the first Pillman/Cheetah encounter. Lucky them! I hope we get plenty more.

St. Clair gets the spotlight to end the show. Can't wait for the one on one with Anvil!

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Oakland Alameda County Arena, Oakland, on ESPN / TSN, March 17th

The Golden Guns (Jerry Lynn & Biff Wellington) vs. The Sin City Superstars (Scotty The Body & Mark Starr)

Help Wanted! Job Opportunities: Jerry Lynn | Ring the Damn BellBiff Wellington - Wikipediaتويتر \ Rasslin' History 101 على تويتر: "A hot young prospect down in Portland:Scotty the Body.1990 https://t.co/NhzMQiNCvm"Mark Starr - Wikipedia

The PCW tag division is at its most dynamic, and that is reflected in the new looks of two of the up and coming tag teams. The new look Golden Guns featured the return of Biff Wellington, who had not been seen in PCW in 2 years. Meanwhile, the Sin City Superstars brought in young British wrestler Mark Starr to join Scotty The Body. Both teams were clearly looking to up their game and move further up the ranks, with Wellington meshing well with Lynn on several double team moves, while Starr brought additional technical polish to the Superstars' attack. It was Starr who was able to score the pinfall on Lynn with the Starrburst Suplex (slingshot suplex) but both teams had to work hard for it.

Tony St. Clair vs. Angel Acevedo

Exclusive Tony St Clair Interview by Seconds Away-British Wrestling Podcast then and now • A podcast on AnchorAutographed Cuban Assassin 8x10 Photograph. | EstateSales.org

While "Tough" Tony St. Clair clearly has his mind on Jim Neidhart, he certainly had enough to keep himself busy with the Cuban Assassin. Acevedo gave as good as he got in every exchange with St. Clair, deftly ducking the spinning forearm smash and very nearly catching him in the DDT. St. Clair dug in and was able to wear down Acevedo enough to hit the Floating Butterfly Suplex. It took a lot out of him, but St. Clair came out on top.

The Hollywood Vampires (The Vampire Warrior & Makhan Singh) vs. Jim Lynch & Blake Towsley

David Heath (Wrestling) - TV TropesMike Shaw's career one of many names | Slam Wrestling

Another team sporting a new look is Paul Bearer's duo of the Vampire Warriors, now bolstered by "The Monster" Makhan Singh. The big Monster had an immediate impact, bowling over both Lynch and Towsley while Bearer and Vampire Warrior laughed maniacally . He eventually crushed Lynch with the Monster Mash (front slam) for an incredibly dominant win. The Neighborhood of Evil have gotten even scarier, and that has to be bad news for PCW.

Owen Hart & Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. The Suicide Blondes (Chris Candido & Louie Spiccoli)

20 Years Ago Today: The Life and Death of Owen HartBlogue de PIERRE-CARL-OUELLET - Blog de PIERRE-CARL-OUELLET - Skyrock.comChris Candido - IMDbA Look Back At WWF Superstars - August 29, 1992

The youngest Hart brother and the tough as nails French Canadian have formed an unusual but solid friendship. They proved that they meshed well in spite of their seeming differences, with Hart's scientific prowess being balanced by PCO's rough and tumble brawling. Ouellet put Spiccoli down for the count with a package piledriver as Owen held off Candido. Cactus Jack and Cyrus The Virus may well come to regret being responsible for forging this impressive duo for their opposition.

Muscle Beach (Rod Price & Tommy Cairo) vs. Brian Corridan & Brandon Bellinger

Handsome Stranger vs Rod Price - YouTubeERN Presents W.A.R.-Wrestling Authority Radio-Special Guest- Tommy Cairo 05/28 by Evolution Radio Network | Wrestling

With all the intense competition in the PCW tag team division, the latest duo to join the ranks were certainly something else. Coming to the ring to the sounds of David Lee Roth's version of "California Girls" , Price and Cairo flexed and posed in the ring with an overwhelming air of smugness. This annoyed most of the fans, but they did get the attention of a fair number of the young female fans. The two muscular stars swiftly overwhelmed Corridan and Bellinger, tossing them about with power moves before finishing them off with the Beach Break (stuff Power Bomb). They then went back to flexing and posing until "California Girls" was cut off and replaced with "Smooth Operator". This, of course, is the cue for the entrance of "Playboy" Buddy Rose, accompanied by Scotty The Body and Mark Starr.

Rose : Gentlemen, gentlemen, gentlemen! This is your lucky day! (Scotty and Starr are mouthing the words behind him, then silently snickering behind his back) The Harris Boys , well, they just weren't really Playboy Club material. Lacking in sophistication. But you men are clearly cut from a different bolt of cloth. You know how to take care of yourselves, and more importantly, you know how to take care of business. A place in the Playboy Club is all yours for the taking!

Price and Cairo look at each other, shrug, then nod to Rose, joining him and the Sin City Superstars as they leave the ring.

Pacific Television Title Match : Bret Hart © vs. Curtis Hughes

Bret "The Hitman" Hart - An Evening with the WWE Wrestling Legend - Tidemark TheatreCurtis Hughes, your thoughts? | Wrestling Forum

Bret Hart has been making a name for himself as a fighting champion, ducking no one in his title defenses. He was facing a considerable test of his abilities with the Big Cat. Hughes was clearly out to make the most of his title shots, delivering some heavy blows as he went all out against the champ. Hart fired back in kind, but found it tough to bring down Mr. Hughes. Little by little, he was able to chip away at the Big Cat, eventually bringing him down with a second rope Bulldog and just barely holding his shoulders down for the three count. Hart had pulled out his most impressive title defense yet.

Another heated tag team battle between these two duos where Snow was able to pin Dean with the Snow Bomb

California Title Match : Scott Hall © vs. Maxx Payne

Hall came in with his leg still bandaged from last week and Payne did everything he could to target it. Hall was able to gut it out and bring the big man down with a running Bulldog headlock

Bret & Owen Hart vs. Timothy Flowers & Buzz Sawyer

The hatred ran deep in this match and it was all the ref could do to try to maintain some semblance of order. Buzz took advantage of a ref distraction to clobber Bret in the back of the head, allowing Flowers to hit the Piledriver and score the pinfall.

WOW... very productive week for PCW.  I have trouble getting one show done every week.

I am very interested in what becomes of Backlund.  As you said, he went from two titles down to zero and he is one grumpy dude.

Great job of continuing an angle from one show to the next.  Scott Hall coming out with a bandaged knee the day after being attacked by the Playboy Club just adds to the angle.  Good job with those added details.

I also think you have put a lot of thought into showing all the stars on TV in pretty big matches but then you allow many of your stars to have easier matches at the hose shows.  I think this helps build your brand along.  Also with less stars at each house show, it would allow you to make some money.  Smart.  If I misinterpreted that, I'm sorry.

Surprise match of the week for me was Cheetah Kid getting the draw from Pillman.  I can't wait to see where Cheetah kid goes with this.  He is going to be a superstar for you.  Nice development here!!!

First Oakland.

The Sin City Superstars win the battle of restructured tag teams.

St Clair is too Tough for the Cuban Assassin.

I knew Singh was a monster but I never knew he was a vampire.

Owen and PCO continue their winning ways.

I love how it's so obvious that everyone in the Playboy Club knows Rose is full of shit.

Mr Hughes gets his shot at the TV title but the Hitman holds on.

Onwards to San Francisco.

Acevedo goes 0-2 thanks to Regal.

The Playboy beats the Lover Boy.

The Cat doesn't have enough left to take down Haynes.

Bull brings the Pain to PCO.

Coast 2 Coast retain against the fiesty Holly Cousins.

Hennig & Mr Backlund give the fans a half hour classic.

Finally, Fresno.

Neidhart blasts Brookside.

The Lethal Weapons/Malenko Brothers feud continues to heat up.

Christopher with a huge win.

The Wild Things score on the Southern Boys.

A wounded Hall fights through Payne to keep his title.

The Diamond Exchange get dirty to beat the Harts.

The tag team division here is incredible! New members arrive but Starr gets the shine. Starrburst Suplex, what a great name!

St. Clair once again lives up to his nickname.

Great to see Makhan Singh back in the game. He's going to thrive with the NoE.

Owen and Pierre have some buzz going.

Add Muscle Beach to the stacked tag division. And add them to the Playboy Club. Rose didn't waste any time LOL.

Hitman barely puts Big Cat down.

Cow Palace,

Two Brits get the better of Cuban Assassin this week.

Rose still has it.

After a grueling match with Bret, no shame in losing to Haynes. It's really cool seeing territory vets Rose and Billy Jack racking up wins.

Bull and Pierre is a hard hitting dream match.

Even in a losing effort, the Holly's made a name for themselves.

Hennig vs. Backlund, the San Fran fans got their money's worth on that one.

Fresno,

Anvil tunes up for St. Clair by beating his peer.

The Lethal Weapons have to be considered title contenders after that win over the Malenkos.

Cornette is working wonders with Christopher.

Wild Things get over the Southern Boys with an exciting finish.

Can't say Hall isn't tough. This is really getting him over.

Sawyer and Flowers end the night with a wild win over the Harts.

Man, this was an exciting week in PCW!

The first show was a highlighting of the tag division, giving a great look as to what is going on and who is involved all in one place at one time.

I think where it suffers is that there are so many people involved, there is no real focus on any one person or feud. That top performer or feud isn't seen by everybody or almost everybody. For example, Texas and the Von Erichs in the early to mid-80s. There was a Von Erich on just about every show, even some of the small out of the way house shows because they were the top draw. That is who everyone wanted to see. If you didn't get all of them, you got one of them almost all of the time. And when you didn't, you got a "Friend of the Von Erichs" like Brian Adias.

Fair point. I face a couple of challenges with my current roster : 1) I have a fairly young and new roster that I am working to get over so am giving them a lot of spaces on the shows to get experience, 2) the traditional focus of the Pacific territory was "Playboy" Buddy Rose. While Rose is one of my favorite wrestlers, at this point in his career he is physically on the decline towards the Blowaway Diet Buddy Rose, and I have to work around that and find ways to keep him relevant. That said, I do think I have some consistent threads to keep the fizz going in the territory, such as the tag division or Light Heavyweight Title matches.

And please, don't take my criticism as "bad work or booking". Quite the opposite, as it is well written. What I am having trouble with is who is the main guy or couple of guys? Who is the focus or who is the main feud.

I understand Buddy Rose not being the focus here, you do have top guys to rally around. Even some of the younger guys aren't too bad because by and large, the roster is pretty young. 1988 Bret Hart isn't a bad choice to be a focus. Even though Buddy Rose might not be the physical specimen he was a few years before, he could be the mouthpiece and occasional worker alongside some of the younger pieces.

I'm new here, so I missed a lot of what went on before so my sampling is small, so this is based on what little I've read.

The Golden Guns (Jerry Lynn & Biff Wellington) vs. Dan Barry & Bobby Mason

Help Wanted! Job Opportunities: Jerry Lynn | Ring the Damn Bell Biff Wellington - Wikipedia

Last week, the new model Golden Guns made their debut and impressed many but still came out on the short end. This week, they continued to show their determination as they took on Barry and Mason. Wellington showed poise and confidence as he guided the team, and Lynn proved why he is one of the hottest young talents in PCW. Wellington dropkicked Mason out of the ring while Lynn hit a package piledriver on Barry to get a win to help the new Golden Guns established.

John Tatum vs. Mark Starr

John Tatum – Online World of Wrestling Mark Starr - Wikipedia

Coast 2 Coast have had a very strong run as Pacific Tag Team Champions, seeing off a host of challengers. But Buddy Rose has been lobbying hard to get his Playboy Club cronies the Sin City Superstars a title shot. John Tatum was facing the newest member of the Superstars in a singles match, and, while Rose was at ringside to cheer Starr on, the ref let it be known that he would be keeping a close eye on the Playboy in case of any shenanigans. While the Superstars up to this point had relied upon a lot of razzle dazzle and misdirection, Starr brought a strong technical edge to this match, and Tatum had to fight back hard to wear him down. It looked like Tatum might pull it out when he went for a Superkick, but Starr dodged it and snuck in a nasty low blow kick just out of sight of the ref. He followed up with a vicious legsweep to take him down and trap him in an ankle lock until Tatum was forced to tap out. Rose was looking like a proud papa as he led Starr from the ring, and Coast 2 Coast are going to have to start taking the Sin City Superstars seriously as contenders.

Brian Christopher vs. Bob Holly

Remembering Brian Christopher... - Classic Memphis Wrestling | Facebook image.jpeg.57d7b0f10e3a1e12bc63df0aa4fcf754.jpeg

Ever since the start of his career, Brian Christopher has had faith in himself, but ever since Jim Cornette took him under his wing, his confidence has gone to the next level. This was on display in his match with a similarly brash newcomer, Bob Holly. Christopher and Holly had a furious match where Christopher was able to put Holly away with the Chris Cross (full nelson facebuster). Jim Cornette knows potential when  he sees it, and he is going to do everything he can to guide young Christopher to the top.

Tony St. Clair vs. Jim Neidhart

Exclusive Tony St Clair Interview by Seconds Away-British Wrestling Podcast then and now • A podcast on AnchorJim The Anvil Neidhart Arrested and Other Wrestlers Gone Wild | Bleacher Report | Latest News, Videos and Highlights

Seemingly out of nowhere, one of the hottest feuds in PCW has erupted between the Anvil and Tough Tony. This was certainly hard for the ref to control, with neither man holding back to take the other one now. Things went from bad to worse when a wild elbow from Neidhart gave St. Clair a bloody nose. This infuriated St. Clair to the extend that he just started unloading on Neidhart with brutal forearm shots, to which the Anvil responded in kind. The ref tried to interpose himself between the two, only to be shoved hard to the mat for his efforts. He called for the double DQ but that didn't stop the pair from laying into each other, and it took a full complement of PCW security . Just what will it take to settle the feud between these two?

Stansbury and Carty proved to be no obstacle to the team, with the Eagle easily pinning Stanbury with a German Suplex. It shouldn't be long now before the Championship Committee take notice of the Force Of July.

Last week in San Francisco, Mr. Bob Backlund went the distance with Pacific Heavyweight Champion Curt Hennig, and tonight he seemed to be angling for a rematch. We went at it with all of the members of the Brigade, but seemed to be trying to make an example of Lou Perez. He battered and stretched the Ladies Man until he forced him to tap out to the Cross Face Chicken Wing. Looks like he has staked his claim at another shot at the title.

The Midnight Express vs. The Destruction Crew

Another chaotic match between the two that went to a double DQ when the sledgehammers and Cornette's tennis racquet came into play.

Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. Maxx Payne

These two tough men had a hard hitting bout where , after a long battle, Payne was finally able to put Ouellet down with the Payne Threshold (front layout suplex).

The Lethal Weapons (Steve Blackman & Al Snow) vs. The Hollywood Vampires (The Vampire Warrior & Makhan Singh)

The Lethal Weapons have mostly had success since teaming up, but found it hard to make a dent in the big "Monster" Makhan Singh, who pinned Blackman with the Monster Mash (front slam)

Brian Lee vs. Joe Malenko

While Malenko was able to get Lee in a number of predicaments, the Bulldozer was able to get the better of Joe with the Prime Time Slam.

Billy Jack Haynes & Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) vs. Buddy Rose & The Sin City Superstars (Scotty The Body & Mark Starr)

The Playboy Club came out seeming to be taking this match lightly, primping and preening themselves before the match, with Scotty ostentatiously adjusting his hair with a can of hairspray. Haynes and Coast 2 Coast were all business in taking it to the Club. It looked like Victory would finish off Scotty with the Victory Plex when Starr used the can of hairspray to spray something into Victory's eyes. With Victory unable to see, Scotty executed a Russian Legsweep to steal the victory for the Club. The Sin City Superstars have certainly been learning well under the tutelage of the Playboy.

Hoo boy. This was a bloody , brutal brawl that left both men busted open and exhausted. Hart was able to wrap the chain around Sawyer's neck and hit a running bulldog headlock to finally get the victory over the Mad Dog.

Pacific Coast Wrestling Show from the UCSB Event Center, Santa Barbara, March 26th

Owen Hart, Pierre Carl Ouellet & The Golden Guns (Jerry Lynn & Biff Wellington) vs. The Wild Things (Cactus Jack, Cyrus The Virus, Art Barr & Eddie Guerrero)

This was a fast paced and exciting match that saw Ouellet come back from his defeat the night before and hit Le Cannonball (senton bomb) on Cyrus to score the victory

Lou Perez vs. Jim Neidhart

Perez was still feeling the effects of what Backlund did to him a couple of nights before, and the Anvil took advantage of that, forcing him to submit to the Anvilizer (modified Cobra Clutch)

Vic Steamboat vs. Bull Pain

"The Demon" came back from an earlier ambush by Pain to get the win with a Flying Cross Body Press

Doug Furnas vs. Barry Windham

Furnas put up quite a fight, but the Widow Maker would not be denied, hitting a Western Lariat to score the pinfall

Golden State Tag Team Title Match : British Steel (Steven Regal & Robbie Brookside) © vs. Muscle Beach (Rod Price & Tommy Cairo)

The young Englishmen put up a concerted defense against the powerful new team and wound up winning, but only by DQ, when they were attacked by Art Barr and Eddie Guerrero, who hit a double over the shoulder neckbreaker on Brookside before leaving the ring.

Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Brian Pillman © vs. Dean Malenko

These two put on a Light Heavyweight classic that saw Pillman successfully defend his title by forcing Dean to tap out to a cross armbreaker.

LA night 1.

The revamped Golden Guns get a win in their first TV match.

Starr taps out Hollywood John surely netting he & Scotty a title shot.

Christopher's roll since joining Camp Cornette continues.

St Clair & Neidhart just want to beat the hell outta each other, they can't be bothered with things like rules.

Nice showcase for the Force.

Mr Backlund has no patience for the Ladies Man.

LA night 2.

The Midnight/DC feud continues to heat up.

PCO couldn't handle the Payne.

Paul Bearer's newest Monster gets him another win.

The elder Malenko gets flattened by The Bulldozer.

Playboy Club using hair spray as a weapon makes perfect sense.

Hart retains in a bloody Dog Collar match.

Finally Santa Barbara.

PCO brings victory home in the 8 man time.

Neidhart capitalizes on the hurting Mr Backlund put on Perez.

The Demon grabs the Bull by the horns.

Furnas falls to the Widowmaker.

Muscle Beach couldn't have been happy to see the Wild Things butt into their title match.

Dean may know 1,000 holds but it's Pillman who gets the submission victory.

Pillman forcing Dean to tap is an accomplishment.

Bret and Buzz in a Dog Collar match on free tv is big. Would like to see these two revisit this or other stipulation matches down the road. Win or lose, Bret is going to know each time he has been in a war. Bret has the finesse  and wrestling ability while Buzz has power and  the "crazy" going for him. While a contrast of styles, I think this is a money maker.

Buddy Rose has certainly been doing his work with a pretty big 6-man victory in my opinion. Can they do that again if needed or was it a fluke?

The new version of the Golden Guns get a proper showcase.

Starr sends a painful message to the champs Coast to Coast.

I'll say it again, Cornette has worked wonders for Christopher.

Oh Yea! Anvil and St. Clair brawl! Damn, I love this feud!

The Force of July have become one of my favorite teams in the game. What a unit!

Backlund is coming back with a vengeance. Hennig better be on high alert.

LA,

The Destruction Crew are hell bent on making a name for themselves as they continue to go toe to toe with the Midnights.

I like what you're doing with Payne. He may drop matches here and there but he's always built as a monstrous threat.

Singh fits in so well with the NoE. A big difference maker.

Bulldozer's Prime Time Slam is over. Just ask Malenko.

LOL, the hair spray is the perfect weapon. It looks like the SCS have earned themselves a shot at Coast to Coast.

WOW! Hart vs. Sawyer in a dog collar match! That alone would get my money. Hart finally puts a cap on Sawyer, and brother he earned it. Another fantastic feud. Give the booker a raise.

Santa Barbara,

Pierre gets the shining moment in a wild 8 man tag. Fun way to start the night.

Anvil gets a brutal win. Poor Perez, hard week.

Since returning with the Demon moniker, Steamboat has been red hot.

Widowmaker proves he's still a serious contender.

Wild Things ruin the Golden State tag title match. I'm sure both British Steel and Muscle Beach were pretty pissed.

Pillman retains over Malenko. What a match to end the night.

I'm going to Vegas baby! Pillman vs. Cheetah, Hennig vs. Windham in a cage! AND, the always exciting tag tournament. The winners of the last two have received serious pushes, so this is a big deal.
