Or just embrace the heritage and go full on 1990s James Dean wannabe Quote

Nese is not eligible for the age-pension. We could do this all day! Assuming you mean the TLC matches, I got news for ya... Christian >>>>>>> Edge, Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Bubba Ray, and D-Von, and it has never been close! "Wrestler's physique" is obviously code for something. While Nobody Nese sucks off the ghost of George Zahorian, Christian has a healthy body and mind. Nese may not be eligible for the age pension, but his career might be after it has gone nowhere for almost two decades. Quote
KawadaSmile Posted June 17, 2022 Author Report Posted June 17, 2022 A Christian/Nese mid-off in this economy??? Quote
C.S. Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 Nese has the personality of stale bread. Anyone arguing that Nese is better than Christian in anything has to either be ribbing or trolling. Christian drew every dime, moved every needle, turned the WWE from a small mom and pop operation running smoky armories to the multi-billion dollar international juggernaut it is today, and transformed AEW from a faraway Florida fantasy into the fastest-rising wrestling company we've seen in decades. What did Nese ever do? Quote
Dav'oh Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 I hope all the PWO brothers and sisters find someone who loves them like @C.S. loves Christian. It's beautiful. Quote
Johnny Sorrow Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 Nese with Mark Sterling has been a great little act. Who cares what he was before this moment? Right now he's been a fun little act. Its the most interesting Tony Nese has ever been. Also, promising a haircut and not delivering really stinks. I haven't seen a worse wrestling haircut since Mania 3. They did a Peoples Court gag for the Wardlow entrance? Ok. Quote
NotJayTabb Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 Sterling is perfect as an undercard manager. He's a very good speaker, he's a trained wrestler so he can bump and take heat, but he's not physically impressive enough to outshine his clients. He should be given an undercard tag team like Bear Country to give him a little stable with Nese. Quote
sek69 Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 Sterling is a great #1 Paul Jones level manager and, Jade moving on to Stokely is the perfect metaphor for her moving to the next step. Quote

The fact Ortiz shrugged it off works exactly like Wardlow no selling the whipping, it makes Ortiz look like a tough guy who doesn't give a fuck, he just lured Jericho in and now they get the Blood & Guts match. KawadaSmile Posted June 17, 2022 Author Report Posted June 17, 2022 That haircut was also pretty brutal looking. Not as vicious as Raven nearly being scalped in TNA, but you can almost pinpoint the moment Ortiz fucks himself up. Quote

The fact blood was beginning to drip on his face only made him look even more badass. Quote
C.S. Posted June 17, 2022 Report Posted June 17, 2022 Sterling is interesting. Nese is not. (IMO, of course.) Then again, that is the point of managers - to compensate for their wrestlers' deficits. 9 hours ago, Dav'oh said: I hope all the PWO brothers and sisters find someone who loves them like @C.S. loves Christian. DR Ackermann Posted June 18, 2022 Report Posted June 18, 2022 Darby Allin vs Bobby Fish was really good tonight Quote
El-P Posted June 18, 2022 Report Posted June 18, 2022 They can throw reDragons on singles main event every week with those matches against Mox and Darby. They really are low key my favorite signees of the last few months. They can mix it up with anyone and it's always a pleasure to watch. Love the style and contrast of personalities. Fish is such a great veteran too, he took care of Darby like a champ while kicking his ass. That rap by Caster was something else too. NDA and January 6 references. Quote
