Yeah, de-escalating the Hiromu push was strange to me. Especially after the 2 minute Kushida squash I thought they were going all-in on Hiromu as a dominant ace, and instead they had him as almost a pure comedy guy after. He's so awesome and Scurll/Ospreay are so shitty. I've watch Hiromu have great matches with a lot of different guys. I don't hate Ospreay like I do Scurll though. Ospreay is just a spot monkey who doesn't know any better but Scurll. I feel there is a good wrestler buried somewhere deep in Scurll but he just has to overdo everything. Why have one really over gimmick when you can have 20 kind of over gimmicks. I fucking hate the woop woop shit from the crowd too. It's the worst chant ever. I'd rather have the herpes chants.

All Japan has had a nice bounce back since last year but let's hold our horses here. They have a really good core of talent that produces consistently great matches but they aren't even on DDT's level right now (which is probably #3 atm, after Dragon Gate). NOAH is out of the gutter but that's not saying anything to be honest. I agree with this. They are headed in the right direction but DG and DDT have been doing their thing for years at this point and I think it's going to be a really long time and consistent performance for them to be a #2 promotion.

I've been reading the Kinnikuman manga. It's what those little pink plastic toys called MUSCLE were based on in the 80s. It's got a shit ton of references to 1970s wrestling in it and they have a character based on Terry Funk in it.

That's really not what this sounds like. She sounds like a compulsive liar to the point you shouldn't believe anything she says. Her credibility is bad enough that it will keep him out of prison. I think from the Rumble it's clear he was leaving. I wonder when he decided? You would have to think mid December by the latest. You figure he gives 6 weeks notice, that's around Christmas and goes through the Germany tour and gives them a couple of weeks to do the Hennig match.
