  1. In an effort to be a further pain in the ass... Florida returns Ken Patera to the WWF, and takes Bob Backlund instead. Same deal with the timeline stuff, but the trade is official as of now. Also, Koko needs removed from my roster
  2. While I am not a member of the NWA, I would like to throw my backing behind the Rich's getting a shot at the NWA World Tag Team Titles!! Good to see the Nightmares back home where they belong. Interested to see where you are going with Stubbs. The lost confidence angle could be a nice way to transition him back to being Olympia, or this could all just be a Gossett swerve.... When I said before that this Poffo/Street feud had so much potential, I didn't see the Mongolian Stomper showing up to counteract MAN's presence! WOW. That's a game changer! The introduction of Adrian Adonis's Cuckold gimmick, followed by the debut of The Junkyard Dog is certainly two segments I never thought I would see back to back!! Dusty ain't fucking around when it comes to back up!! Downtown Bruno shows back up and pairs Killer Brooks with Ron Bass, and the Desperado's are born! This is a great team! Great segment between Buddy and Fuller. I have a feeling this is going to lead some very interesting things in the future! Looking forward to watching it play out! Fantastic Fiesta Garden! "now that I see this get up you have on, I get it." popped me huge. Classic 80's ending as Cooley sexually assaults Sherri to the cheers of the audience! Huge main event see's Dusty and his boys pick up the win over Sherri's dysfunctional gang. God Damn, this show was STACKED!!! Looking forward to seeing if the Expo Hall can top the TV!!
  3. Well, this will be the third thread I've posted in asking for a copy of the tape, but Holy Shit....I need a copy of Steamboat/Bockwinkel!! Those two for 58 minutes, shoot that shit directly into my veins!! Match sounds amazing and really cements Steamboats title reign as an all time great! Hooray for Priceless!! The war coming between the Beasts and Cabin Fever is going to be brutal, but at least there will be some class and dignity holding the tag titles now!! Fabs take the lead in the Best of 7, but it's just one match, and you know the R'n'R ain't done. Blackjack Mulligan will make a nice fit here. Looking forward to the Hennig/Adias confrontation on the Beauty Shop next week as well. You always keep it exciting my man. AWA is full of action from top to bottom! Looking forward to more.
  4. Had a feeling that Lucifer was going to be Kevin Sullivan! He should cause quite a bit of trouble around here!! Ustinov makes a nice addition for the Koloff's My boy Black Bart arrives in Mid-Atlantic!! He gets roughed up by Whatley and Jones, but a new alliance forms! Interested to see where this Cowboy group goes! Embry has a posse! Somers and Royal with Embry should be fun. MWC and the Rockers sounds like it would be a hell of a match. Gotta love a good double cheat for the win! Savage takes down Blanchard in one hell of a fight, that see's Liz jump on Baby Doll!! I tend to think Doll would use Liz like a tooth pick, but it caused enough distraction to give the Macho Man a win! and finally things are in balance as Ric Flair brings home the Heavyweight Title and sends Hawk back to the tag team division!! Great Show! Looking forward to seeing who steps up to challenge Naitch!!
  5. Nice to see "Captain Redneck" back in the Mid-South area. He'll be a lot of fun brawling with all the guys here! Leroy Brown is another huge get for Ladd, literally and figuratively!! Man, that Gordy return would have blown the roof off the place for sure. The matches that are coming up are going to be huge and ole PS Hayes better be ready for the fight of his life!! Hell of a main event! Seems like 45 minute classics are all the rage this week! Send me a tape of this one too!!
  6. September Supercard delivers from start to finish! A hotly contested match for the tag titles opens the show, and some good old fashioned heeling brings it home for the champs. You love to see it! Debbie Combs pulls off a huge win in the Lottery Battle Royal. Very well done on this one. and I was pulling for Winona Little Heart in the ME, but Moretti is on a roll and proves to be too much. Great show! It'll be interesting to see if Combs can ride the momentum from her win and derail the Moretti train!
  7. If I could go ahead and get a taped copy of Rose and St. Clair going 45, that'd be great! Liking the build for One Man Gang being an absolute monster here. You have some big boys on this roster, but the Gang has the potential to be on another level. Speaking of big boys, the brewing war between Bigelow and the Avenger is about to get ugly, and when those two start throwing punches, everyone else had better get the hell out of the way. That's gonna be an awesome feud.
  8. Well, here we go! Normally my shows will go up on Saturday, with the house shows being on Sunday. Although this week my first show will go up on Thursday, because I am out of town for the weekend. I am trying a different writing style this time around in hopes of not burning myself out, and I am also trying to not do a disservice to Gordon Solie, so his verbiage may not be as prevalent at the beginning. I guess what I am trying to say is, these shows may be a bit shorter than what I normally turned out, and at the beginning, they may be a little rough as I try to get everyone debuted. So, I hope you enjoy them, but please bare with me as I get back in the groove! So, uh, Yeah... Let's do this!
  9. https://twitter.com/WrestlingNewsCo/status/1441590069601570816?s=20 Apparently Shane Thorne is now doing an "Australian" gimmick.... If they don't call him Outback Slapjack, they are wasting a golden opportunity.
  10. Her name is Rebel, but Britt calls her Reba because she treats her like a sidekick.
  11. That's about as good as your takes on Pac
  12. You may have just cured windmill cancer
  13. Dory for Patera is occurring now. I will begin using Patera when I start. Just wanted it to be known that as part of the agreement, he will keep using Patera as well, since he is technically in a different time frame at the moment.
  14. Last night Gene cut The Spoiler, he is now listed in Free Agency, but is also on Spaldoni's roster. Not sure which is correct, but if he is available, CWF would like to pick him up. CWF also releases Spike and Basher
  15. I mean, they aren't wrong. Do you really think Ta-Gar: Lord of the Volcano would get over with a manager named Paul E. Dangerously?
  16. CWF trades Dory Funk Jr to the WWF for Ken Patera. (FYI, although this trade is official, as WWF continues to catch up, they will continue to use Patera until they finish him up in storylines, or until they reach today's date)
  17. If Vince and Dunn came up with it, Lee will be wearing leopard print tights and a bear head to the ring like he was Mantaur with in a month. Keith is far and away my favorite guy on the WWE roster, and I don't ever wish for anyone to lose their job, but man I picture the run he could be having in AEW, and it makes me sad.
  18. Wow!! There is so much potential in this Adrian Street vs Lanny Poffo feud. I can't wait to see where this goes!! The Rich boys back with the belts! This feud with the Armstrongs is really heating up. Landel outsmarts Adrian and Sherri! Potential trouble in Martel's little stable. Her oral skills might be needed to solve this! Stubbs takes the L, but shows some respect to Magnum. Very interesting. Good stuff in Continental!
  19. Gene back at home in his Continental sweet spot! This has always been the fed where you do your absolute best work, and this time is no different. I am loving this Buddy Landel face run. It has that feeling of the late 80's Ric Flair face runs. Where you were so happy to be cheering for him, but at the same time you always had the feeling that the turn was inevitable and coming at any moment!! It's good stuff, and keeps us all wondering. Your portrayal of the Rich clan is still one of the highlights of this game for me. Just the most dastardly of dastardly heels, which is made all the better by the fact that Tommy Rich is like the nicest guy on the planet in real life. Love the Medics stuff, and Rich nearly outing himself was brilliant. Digging the pairing of Zenk and Taylor here, and the Super D's should make a nice long term feud for them. and lastly, damn it's good to see the Fiesta Garden back on television!! Slinker has really added to his resume in the last 6 months! Alberto was fantastic as always! and the Starr Corp tease should lead to some interesting things coming up!! Good Shit Brother!
  20. CWF will pick up Joe Savoldi
  21. I was shocked when you announced that the USWA was becoming the AWA, but it made sense considering where this whole thing started. Not to mention that the whole thing went and made Greg Gagne interesting in the process, which I didn't know was possible! The run of "The Dragon" has been a really good one, and both Bock and Haynes make awesome challengers for him. As always, your tag team division is stacccckkkeeddddd! Best of 7 between the RnR and The Fabs is going to be something else though. Old favorites like Lawler, Dream Machine, and Idol are still kicking ass around here, and as always you seamlessly rotate in new talent and always have something for them to do. Great Stuff as Always!
  22. As I told you elsewhere, I really enjoyed the work you did picking up the ball and running with it in Texas and I have to say you are doing the exact same thing here! That Koloff's promo was freaking fantastic, and Ivan giving his explanation before Nikita brought the scary was just a perfect combo. Luger dealing with the oddball stable should be a lot of fun. The Horseman riding high is appropriate, and The Road Warriors may need better help that the Rockers to get the job done in fighting them. Awesome job with Embry. I really only remember him as the "World Class Savior." But he seems like such a sleazy peckerhead even then, that this roll is pretty much always how I envisioned him!
  23. Sunshine showing up to ruin things for Garvin and Precious is a nice touch! Your slow burn to the eventual pairing of Doc and Gordy is fun, and when they do unite, I think Hayes and Roberts are gonna want to run far, far away. I also have to commend the job you've done building Butch Reed into one of the top babyfaces in the game. I think the time is probably coming for the first black world champion! Good Stuff My Man!
  24. Spaldoni sums it up about as well as I could put it, right there! You are doing an awesome job building the future of professional wrestling out on the shores of the Pacific! With just the perfect mix of old veterans to teach them, and add to the shows. Your tag team division is off the freaking charts. and standing at the top, just as he should be is Buddy Rose. Absolutely the perfect guy for this part of the country to be "the man" as you build the next generation to come and take it from him!
  25. I have to say that you've done an amazing job of making a viable women's promotions in the 80's wrestling landscape, and that certainly isn't easy. There's no GLOW style bullshit going on, the athletes are treated with respect, and I can honestly say it would have been interesting to see how something like this could have fared if it was given a real opportunity in that time frame. Glad to see Velvet getting the run with the belt. Awesome that young Lisa Moretti is getting off to a strong start, and the Medusa angle is a lot of fun. Good Stuff All Around!
