Well WWE wants people to believe it was planned from the beginning, and as mentioned before an alarming number of people think WWE would never be allowed to say something that isn't true. That's like 95% of the reasoning behind people who get mad at Dave.
-
That's neat. Makes sense too, since a lot were already converted for WWE On Demand so it's an easy way to add a lot of content for minimal effort.
-
What's worse is Vince and Hunter will go on and on about brass ring type stuff, but if someone actually does and it's not someone the company is already favoring they get kneecapped. I've never understood why they don't just go with it, at least for a short while. If someone turns out to not have legs at least you maximized what you could, and if someone catches fire you've maybe made a star.

I mean, I don't like a thing about the guy and anyone supporting him at this stage def. gets side eye from me, but that's not in the same universe as being an (alleged) rapist.

I love that the replies to her Twitter announcement were like 90% "why do you have to insert yourself in everything". Again I say, you poor sweet children.

Was the Bayern Munich guy there as well? Because that was the most annoying regular fan in 2017. Thank god he skipped the last 2 to 3 shows. That guy, besides apparently being a fan of Bayern Munich, which in my eyes puts him somewhere between cockroach and rat, spends the whole show staring at the screen (although he is usually sitting in one of the first three rows and could watch the match by looking straight ahead) and waiting for the hard cam to show him so that he can jump up and wave into the camera. The guy next to the Clown wearing the Jericho light up jacket apparently is on Twitter as @WWELiteBrite. I would have forgiven HHH for all past and future burials if DX would have done their finisher sequence on those guys instead.

[2012-01-28-PWE] Vordell Walker vs Too Cold Scorpio
sek69 replied to Richeyedwards's topic in January 2012
There was a Tennesse indy that somehow got TV time around here and Vordell Walker was part of it. He's a guy that seems to have everything looks-wise a major promotion would want and seemed to be decent enough in the ring. I guess he just never caught a break since I don't ever recall him having a tryout anywhere. -
I seem to recall David Starr having a tryout with ROH earlier this year that everyone thought poorly of. Months later everyone seemed to be speaking of him as a indy hidden gem. Was there anything in particular that led to the 180 in opinons?
-
I thought he looked better physically than he has in a while. He had old man neck, yes, but the last few years it was painful to watch him even try to walk to the ring.
-
After noticing that Clown guy in the front row at the Manhattan Center, I'm more open to Dylan's theory that WWE corralled all their most annoying fans there.
-
Should be interesting to see how 205 Live handles the title situation, I'm guessing Neville is somewhere laughing his ass off at the company over this.
-
Well no, not every Raw is a celebration of the last 25 years with tons of cameos. So no, Raw is not always that bad.
-
It’s funny seeing so many people getting mad over this when it’s the same thing they always do on milestone shows.
-
Props to Jericho by the way for getting his NJPW merch on WWE TV.
-
So I guess this means the Balor Club are the lawful heirs to the Too Sweet now.
-
Ok, Graves updating the Wazzup Drop with “dilly dilly” got a chuckle out of me.
-
I love the commitment to nostalgia to the point they have an IcoPro banner at the Manhattan Center.

Vince: still the best heel in wrestling.

There were several stories coming out of him being a dick backstage, he got heat for bringing "unsavory" people backstage to a show (and to be considered unsavory in wrestling imagine what that must mean), to the point it was claimed Roman kicked him out of the locker room. Plus a lot of stories popping up from people not in the business on Twitter where they are saying Enzo from WWE showed up at their club/bar/exotic dancing establishment and acted like an entitled asshole.
-
Getting publicity on social media tends to prompt authorities to do something more than just one person reporting and having it dismissed as a he-said she-said deal.
-
Going on Twitter can have a better success rate than going to the cops more often than not.
-
He's one of the better promos in WWE, and he did bring interest to 205 Live so he did move numbers. Unfortunately everything that came out about him behind the scenes at best made him sound like the guy who let sucess get to his head and become an entitled asshole, and at worst....well.... this.
-
There's been enough rumblings about Enzo that I doubt anyone's basing their opinon on him on jus one tweet.

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?
sek69 replied to Loss's topic in Megathread archive
They announced a Twitch channel, which my first thought is "well at least that's a positive revenue stream", only to see as of yesterday it was still not a partnered channel. So they created a potential revenue stream with no way for people to spend money on it. -
Jordan was floundering in NXT for years before he was paired with Gable and just turned the light bulb on.
