  1. I tried doing this and l couldn't get it to work on a PS3. It wouldn't play for some reason.
  2. I went to the Squared Circle restaurant last summer and they had the PPV. Granted this place is owned or was by Lisa Marie Varon. I actually left before it even started as I went there earlier in the day. Most bars don't even get UFC or boxing anymore because of the huge price they have to dish out. I have friends that own two bars and for them they barely made even when they would get them, so they just stopped all together.
  3. Just took a look the house show section. Do they have more up than before? I don't remember seeing that SHC show before.
  4. 92 WCW is one of my favorite years for that company. Solid tv and ppv, it does drop off by the fall like has been mentioned. Halloween Havoc was the first bad ppv after having some great ones. Starrcade kind of redeems itself with the Sting vs Vader match. 93 WCW is kind of hit or miss for me. The ppv's are solid, it's the TV that can be kind of rough. The Hollywood Blondes are fun along with the Vader vs Cactus stuff. I don't really care for the Rude vs Flair series. They just don't really click to me in the ring.
  5. Yep, doing my part and streaming something on mute all day at work. Can't watch but hopefully they note the numbers. I'm doing the same thing at work. I have the sound on just so I can here the promos. Nobody has walked into my office today while it was playing, so I didn't have to explain what it was yet.
  6. Well I signed back up. It seems like all the AWA stuff uploaded has Michaels ( Rockers) in it, SMW has Jericho ( Thrillseekers) , WCCW has Warrior and MSW has Duggan in at least 2 of the 3 shows. Hopefully they aren't just showing episodes with what they see as former WWE superstars. Either way pretty cool and it's nice to actually see some AWA without the ESPN crawl at the bottom.
  7. I think I'm going to sign back up with all the territory stuff being uploaded.
  8. That kid wears that Dr. X mask( don't remember a shirt) to a lot of shows. I haven't watched MSW tv in a while but it seems like every show he's there.
  9. It also had a Fantastics vs. Sheepherders in a Barbed Wire Cage. I don't know if this is the same one that was shown on UWF TV or not. No that cage match was never shown. They only showed that 6 man with Taylor and Victory. I've been hoping that Bruce has this cage match in the archives since this service started.
  10. I remember reading a year or two ago when Marty was talking up how great this feud was in the microscope thread and he was right on the money. I honestly didn't remember much about it until reading that and revisiting some of those matches. Really good stuff. Can't wait for part 2 as it will give me a reason to watch these again.
  11. Hawk wore the same thing after him and Animal split in 92. He wore it in ECW and WCW. Even wore it teaming up with Power Warrior in NJPW.
  12. Happy Thanksgiving everybody. I will echo what others have said. This really is the best wrestling board around. No drama just great discussions. I will be hanging with the family and watching football with my kids. Go Bears!
  13. It's great that they put these up I just wish it was the Worldwide or Pro Show instead. I honestly have a hard time watching small studio shows now. I loved them back then but I prefer the arena atmosphere they had on Worldwide and Pro. Johnny is right on the promos. Those were the best part.

  15. I always preferred the AWA Remco line. They were just like the He-Man guys in size comparison and you could mix and match them to make a nice roster. The Fabulous Ones made good action figures. They even had the bow ties and suspenders that were removable. Road Warriors were cool as well.
  16. I'll be the high vote on the Road Warriors most likely. I'm not going to have them #1 or anything, just at #25 since I'm saving that spot for a total biased pick and Warriors fit that slot since they are my favorite team of all time.
  17. Damn 2015 has been tough for wrestler deaths.Truly one of the best.RIP Bock.
  18. I think Martel deserves a mention. He had solid to good teams with Piper, Bravo, Garea, Zenk and Tito. He also teamed with Tommy Rich in Georgia. I've personally never seen them as a team so maybe someone else comment if they were any good together.

  20. Edge and the whole Rated R superstar gimmick with Lita. I couldn't believe what those two were doing on tv. Way worse that anything the Attitude era produced IMO. I'm sure there was worse, but for some reason this just really turned me off as it was so over the top.

  22. I prefer cage matches. In general any body type or size can have a cage match and make it good or at least have it make sense In the context of the feud. Ladder matches are kind of limited in that they need a really athletic guy or a high flyer to pull if off. Obviously there is exceptions like Blackwell vs DeBeers ( which wasn't bad). Even then they don't always have the best psychology. Cage matches seem to really blow off a feud and ladders just don't have that same feeling IMO.
  23. I'm right with you on the Blood in the Sand match being the best American tag match. I still remember watching that when it first aired and I was blown away then and still am now. I still can't decide which one of those cage matches with the Rockers and Rose/Somers I like better. If I had to choose right now I think I would go with the St. Paul one as well. Both are great though.
  24. Definitely not looking good to make my list at this point.I started watching these guys last night. As a teenager I thought they were pretty decent. On rewatching them I think I've changed my mind. Pretty basic after the two matches I watched ( Russians & Sting/Steiner). I have about 3 more matches to watch and if those don't impress me in any way I'll just move on to the next team.
