[2019-04-07-WWE-Wrestlemania 35] Daniel Bryan vs Kofi Kingston
Tenese Sarwieh replied to paul sosnowski's topic in April 2019
What more can be said about this masterpiece that hasn't been said? Pro wrestling at it's finest and damn this was excellent. Kofi being the firey babyface that fans wanted to win and a transcendently great performance from Bryan puts this in my MOTYC list. -
I haven't seen Do Fixxer vs. Blood Generation in ages. I remember being in a state of amazement thinking "this is the greatest thing I've ever seen". Is there a specific match between Hulk/Mochizuki you can recommend?

The three way at MSG for the Junior title. No slow periods just all action with a crazy double fall away slam from the top by Bandido.

A great main event hoss battle with Ishikawa relentlessly working over Okabayashi's abdomen to the point of him uses it as a defensive tactic. Okabayashi was great working underneath, making strong hot come back, and with his selling even to the point were I was buying a legit mess up with a power bomb attempt as him in so much pain dealing with the abdomen attack from earlier. After that Ishikawa did everything he could to put the match away throwing bomb after bomb but Okabayashi would not stay down leading with Okabayashi getting the win with the top rope splash. Great way to end Day 1 of the carnival.

And there's your interference.

Sami has a great HHH voice.

That shirt and laugh gave it away for sure.

Someone got over their anxiety, so happy to see Lars. Hope they don't screw him up like they did Braun.

Wow I was expecting Revival to win the the titles back.

This right here rocked. Nice grappling from both trying the get the submission win then escalating into a slap battle with some hard hits. Smith has a known grappling background so this wasn’t a surprise to anyone but Kross stood out for me. Really hope he incorporate this style more in Impact and other places he work.

[2019-02-17-OTT-Homecoming] Jordan Devlin vs David Starr
Tenese Sarwieh replied to nivvad's topic in February 2019
From the opening video package to the hot crowd you knew that this would be something special. Starr came out with the mind games and Devlin was having none of it. These two kicked it off with a wild brawl in the crowd culminating with Devlin delivering a sick moonsault from the top. Moving things to the ring they just went all go and no stop with great intensity. The finish to this was excellent and a perfect way to end this story for now. David Starr was perfect being the smarmy heel and Jordan Devin is a great babyface. -
Another strong showing of beefy action from these four. While not on the same level of their BJW epic this still delievered.

[2019-03-16-OTT-Scrappermania 5] WALTER vs Jordan Devlin
Tenese Sarwieh replied to paul sosnowski's topic in March 2019
The atmosphere was on fire and wanted Devlin to win badly. Another fantastic performance from Jordan Devlin, really digging him in the role of the no nonsense fiery babyface. He started this off wasting no time going for the kill trying to put away WALTER quickly. His eagerness costed him a little hitting his right hand on the ringpost (limiting the knockout punch) and that's when WALTER's onslaught on Devlin's hand took over. The storytelling in this was brilliant with Devlin finally hitting the punch with little effect and even pulling a Goldberg/Raven with the fans not letting WALTER not escape. When Devlin hit that package pildriver and got the win the crowd went mental. This delivered on all levels and is a MOTYC for sure. -
[2019-03-19-AJPW] Kento Miyahara vs Naoya Nomura
Tenese Sarwieh replied to Jmare007's topic in March 2019
This achieved it's goal in making Nomura an top guy in the future. He had so much fight never backing down at anything Miyahara threw at him and it build with the crowd actually thinking he was going to win. Miyahara was great project himself as the ace of All Japan and also doing a little semi heel work with the cocky posing and jaw jacking with the ref. -
I knew that they could do better than what they did at last year's anniversary show and this proved it. They told the story that they were trying to tell only this time at a better pace and more physicality tacked on. Ospreay has been on fire this year and here is no different, he's so crisp and smooth with everything he does. Okada did great in the role of big brother at first playing with little brother then turning serious and throwing stiff strikes. Great stuff overall.

WWE TV 03/18 - 03/24: Sal Bellomo ate Bologna in a Balloon
Tenese Sarwieh replied to The Thread Killer's topic in WWE
Hope they keep Rey/Joe as a singles match and not make it a four way.
