Colt Cabana is an infantile man-child. CageSide Seats: Dax Harwood didn’t like Colt Cabana mocking his accent, but never heard a bad word about him from CM Punk https://www.cagesideseats.com/aew/2022/12/28/23529672/dax-harwood-colt-cabana-mocked-accent-cm-punk-relationship-aew-all-out-brawl Not that I'm blaming Colt Cabana, but it's weird to think that almost all of AEW's problems are indirectly because of him - from the Hangman "Workers Rights" promo to C.M. Punk's "Gripebomb." Now we find out Colt made fun of a new co-worker's accent on said co-worker's first day on the job? Colt really was a pointless hire. He's the shits, over the hill, and immature to boot.

That sounds good in theory, but nothing about Gacy's act is remotely scary or creepy. Better than Bray Wyatt and House of Black? Sure. But that's an incredibly low bar to climb. Ava Raine is obviously going to be the breakout star of the group. Wouldn't surprise me in five years if Gacy is where Akira Tozawa is now.

What in the ever loving fuck are you talking about - and smoking?

It's sad, but like this documentary (and "30 for 30") pointed out, Richard Fliehr disappeared a long time ago - he has now fully inhabited the fictional Ric Flair persona. To be fair, Peacock has always looked better than WWE Network to me.
-
Anyone watch "Woooooo! Becoming Ric Flair" on Peacock? It's definitely a WWE puff piece. No mention of Flair's various controversies (I guess that's what "Nature Boy: 30 for 30" and "Dark Side of the Ring" are for). It's basically hand-waved away with "I've done a lot of bad things in my life." But like all WWE docs, it shines with high production values and awesome archival footage. Bruce Prichard is fucking embarrassing though!
-
Which is understandable, but supposedly all he was there to do was "D-VON, GET THE TABLE!" for Bubba.

DM says Triple H threatened to fire D-Von if he worked the ECW Tribute Show BCW is running. https://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2022/12/23/23524390/wwe-threatened-fire-d-von-dudley-if-he-worked-ecw-tribute-show That seems like a harsh overreaction. I wonder if there's more to the story.

Dax's first podcast will be about CM Punk.

So, we get a whole thing where Ari Daivari forms a stable with Parker B. and others. Then nothing for weeks. Now Parker is in a new stable, with the old one already forgotten? Come on with the ADHD booking!

WWE TV 12/19 - 12/25 Messi. Ronaldo Nazario. Mbappe. Pele.
C.S. replied to KawadaSmile's topic in WWE
That's still pretty pathetic though. I think Sapp is embarrassing, but I don't feel enough emotions about him (or anyone else, for that matter) to fantasize about physical violence. I genuinely have no use for most wrestling fans, and anecdotes like this are the reason why. Thank God for an oasis like PWO. Even when I disagree with someone here or vice versa (which is often), it's always civil with some fun back-and-forth banter. -

I am not a Sapp fan (see above), but no one should be DMing him death threats. WTF? Lacey needs to be released. She's a waste of time as a wrestler and now as a person too. Again, fuck her. -

Lacey Evans is 100% wrong, but Sapp continues to come across as the biggest man-child. I unfollowed him weeks ago and deleted Fightful from my favorites because he constantly sounds like a doofus fan instead of the "journalist" he's supposed to be. More and more, I see CM Punk's point when it comes to wrestling media. Still, fuck Lacey Evans. Just fire her already. She's had a million chances and has whiffed every single one. -
Top Dolla vs. Messi at Crown Jewel - book it, Trips!
-
I caught the end of the game at my parents' house - I don't watch soccer otherwise - and I have to agree it was incredibly exciting! I was shocked to find out Messi had never won a World Cup until now. Glad for him that he finally did.
-
Dolla is a rookie with two years of experience and very little time in NXT. Of course he's not Bryan Danielson in the ring (and he probably never will be, given his style and body type). The botch was bad - very bad - but someone with more experience would realize they shouldn't be doing moves that don't suit their body type and character. He's still learning. Plus, he said his legs gave out on him, which is fair enough. I won't act like Dolla is a great worker right now - he's still too young in the business for that, and not everyone can be an instant natural like Bron Breakker - but I definitely see the potential future upside.
-
He is, and they didn't. But, sure, comparing a rookie with two years experience (max!) to someone who has been on the indies for 20 years is definitely fair...
-
What was her idea? Because it was reported by a TMZ tabloid newz guy in the most ridiculous hyperbolic manner possible.

TIL: His real name isn't Greg Valentine.
-
There are rumors that Mandy posted something especially racy on her OnlyFans and that's what led to the quick title switch.
-
It's probably what she wants. I'm not exactly a fan either, but it can't be any worse than what she's been doing all year - which is a whole lotta nothin', and displaying zero personality and passion while doing that whole lotta nothin'.

What did Mick say about Tyrapesaurus Rex?
-
Unlike the women's, the men's Iron Survivor match was an awesome spectacle and well booked.

I was sports-entertained! New Day rocks. So does Pretty Deadly.

I was hoping for Indi. Just call her up already!
