Listened to the Heenan episode. I'll say the same thing as I did after listening to a schiavone podcast on the same topic 3 years ago.
Tony, pick up the f***ing phone and ring him.
Keller is on podcastone 4 times a week now.
I'll listen to his Thursday shows with Mitchell, but can't imagine anything fascinating coming from the Raw and SDL recaps earlier in the week.
Easily the most excited I've been about a WWE main event since I literally can't remember. Not sure it will be great, but a dream match in an era desperately short on dream matches.
PWG only runs in one building now and yeah that was it. That building also appeared in the 2nd last episode of Mad Men.
Huh? I watched Mad Men - remind me of the scene.
Good show lads, love all the detail in these episodes.
One thing - you think Austin/Rock at Backlash was better than any of the preceeding Foley/Rock matches in 1999?
Austin's 2002 departure episode is really good.
Honestly, when Conrad's got a big topic, does loads of research and hasn't time for fucking impressions this show still works.
What about 'if you haven't anything nice to say about (whatever - in this case wrestling) then don't speak at all/don't watch it'.
I really can see both sides on that one.
Really liking your jaunt through 1986. There's an absolute bucketload of WWF from 1980-87 I really should settle down on and watch.
I like that you're starting to call Scott out on some of his barmy theories too
