The GWE project is still a work in progress... a marathon, not a sprint. The interest in the DVDVR project is directly related to the original board going down and the lack of involvement in the latter sets with guys like Phil Schneider and Dean Rasmussen dropping out or not being as involved. Having said that, Lucha was a hot seller, it just isn't getting the discussion that earlier sets received. I am going to release Portland, the WWF redo and the NWA sets this year (hopefully) and I think all of them will generate plenty of interest.

I gave Johnny Sorrow a hard time about the booking of the Rumble on the reaction show but if this was the Daniel Bryan show instead of the Roman Reigns coronation, every single piece of criticism we had would have made sense. I hate that Kane and Big Show were in until the end. However, if DB is the guy facing them down, the history could have carried the day. DB beat Big Show for his first world title run and was his "buddy" and Kane was his ex tag partner. If Rusev did the sneak attack thing, you have a perfect heel set up for Bryan post-Mania (with awesome matches to boot). If Rock comes out and endorses Daniel Bryan... they are still cheering in Philly.

No, he's wrong. D-Bry v. Kane was a gimmick match blowing off a big time feud. It deserved to go in the main slot Of course I think it should be in the main event slot, but after the way he was treated at the Rumble, it makes no sense. This. IF you watched the Rumble, Bryan was not shown to be a main eventer. He was shown to be the equivalent of Tyson Kidd.

Loss is right. Reigns is the one being positioned as the #1 guy. He should be doing the main events. Bryan-Kane could take the middle hour spot.

What's fucked up is that they KNOW how easy it is to script Bryan vs. Brock. They know what kind of exciting match it would be. Bryan said it would be the perfect David vs. Goliath moment in his interview last night. They know it was sitting right there on the table just waiting for us to eat it up. That one line teasing Brock vs. Bryan either gives me hope or it is another fuck you directed our way.

I agree with all of those answers but those were all matches of varying length & quality that had bad endings. Last night, as Dylan pointed out on the podcast, was one long 75 minute bad booking decision in continuous fashion.
