Thanks. But It never worked when I tried to do it before !

Nah. I agree one Youtube channel would be better. But the guy makes it sound like it's sooooo complicated to "follow AEW" when really, it's not. I'm subscribing only to the BTE channel and from there, in a matter of two clicks at worst I found everything I needed thus far. Also, I think they don't want to associate BTE with the official AEW channel because, well, it's not. There's no certainty the Bucks are gonna keep on doing BTE once the TV show starts either (they mentioned it on a previous episode). The younger generation probably has no issue navigating throught the two or three youtube channels, various Twitter or Instagram accounts and whatnot. Old people are still watching shit on Facebook I gather. (and well, WE are still using a messageboard, which makes us vintage as hell and pretty much precursors to the day messageboards will come back in style).

Yeah, great insight from… TeedyHartPussy from Reddit... I mean, really ? Who the fuck is dumb anough not to figure things out in about a matter of a few dozens of seconds ? I'm passed 40, I don't get shit from the social media culture, I don't even now how to embed a Twitter post on this board and I have had zero issues finding BTE, the Road to and the pre-show stuff despite them being on separate channels. It's soooooo complicated. I really think like people are reaching at straws to say *anything* negative about AEW. 'member the neverending talks about how the Librarians were gonna turn people away and how this was a major issue for the company, just like the historically awful terrible pre-shows ? A few shows in (with the latest pre-show that included a Battle Royal which, by all acount, wasn't any good), both of these "big issues" already seem completely irrelevant, because they always were. I can't wait until AEW does something *really* bad (and I don't mean bad like the Dark Order, which is clearly a complete miss of a gimmick and doesn't get over at all, I mean something really fucking dumb on a big time level) and we hear about how the company is dead and all.

No Salina ? Really ? Well, sorry to say, but Jacob Fatu was kinda exposed as an "decent" worker in a long match against Tom Lawlor. Yeah, it does some great spots, but if he was as good as he's supposed to be, he would have a much stronger match than this. Maybe Lawlor just isn't very good or compelling after all. The pulled strikes really look bad, I mean, he kicks like the Miz. I dunno, it was an "ok" match, but considering the average level of matches today on weekly TV. I mean, Fallah Baah and Moose had a match ten times as good on IMPACT TV the other week. Maybe MLW just isn't conducive to have any really good matches for some odd reason. When AEW TV begins, I may have to drop this, since there's so much hours I can devote to pro-wrestling in a week. Let's see if they can pull off an interesting cage match, but at this point, I have zero expectations of it being very good or even fun.

Wow. And me just talking about how Big Daddy sucked ass. So does Ciber. Gilbert is not as good as he was in LU, but his hair look like shit so he would need a haircut. But yeah, what a totally unexciting prospect. Plus that means we see more of those two shitty guys in CMLL shows until then ? Seriously CMLL, you can do so much better than this...

I dunno, hopefully we don't hear much idiotic transphobic shit. AEW doesn't even communicate on that fact. Did they even mentioned it once ? But anyway. In other news, this is so great and old-school : Also, I want Jericho to keep on referring as himself being "le champion" in French with that slight Quebec accent (which would make sense).

Honestly, it makes some cool folklore for the AEW title already. Everyone will remember this. One thing about Nyla Rose that has not been apparent thus far in the product, watching the Starrcast show with the women, she came out really charismatic and she will know how to cut a damn good promo (she also got a background in acting). Allie's personality also shined during this. It was interesting as it was half legit interview half kayfabe and obviously none rehearsed, so the on the fly interactions really helped to get across actual personalities. So yeah, the day they give Nyla a live mic and some issues, she'll probably will be quite good, so that's a thing.

That could work too if the wrestler is good. I love the team of Kevin Kelly & Rocky Romero. Solo can be fine, but I find it kinda dry. It worked in ECW because Joey Styles. I usually enjoy a good chemistry between two people. That's why even though Joey Matthews is nothing special at all, him + Don Callis is actually very enjoyable. Whole > sum of the parts.

Three words from BTE : Hunter Horse Helmsley. Pretty cool backstage footage too.

Wow, that's crazy Jaguar is still active. She must be pushing 60. On the picture kinda Kyoko looks smaller than she was at one point.

The CMLL Grand Prix is a cool idea on paper, but damn if you don't do straight lucha libre at Arena Mexico, you fucking die. I've never heard such a tiedous response from this crowd, who's usually the best all around. I mean, most of the ROH guys died a thousand death, Delirious legit killed the crowd when he was in there. Tons of empty seats too, as I got the impression people were leaving during the match (especially after Rush was gone). No idea why CMLL brings these guys in in this context. Some looked really bad too (that Big Daddy guy was painfull to watch). Taven was pretty ok though.

Damn ! That is old school ! There's an old story about a famous champion forgetting his belt on a cab or something, isn't there ? I seem to recall something like that from some shoot interview. The next BTE is gonna be interesting to say the least.

Best announcers in the biz (in English) from what I know and watch are Kevin Kelly (old, best announcing job ever during the G1), Jim Cornette (old, whatever I may think of his opinions on modern wrestling, he mostly killed it in MLW) and Don Callis (old, does a terrific job in IMPACT). Excalibur has been really good, but there needs to be some chemistry with a partner. JR ain't it. The Goldenboy guy ain't it (and I'm not sure why he was even there). Mauro in AEW would legit make me question following the promotion. He's that bad of a turn off to me at this point.

If Cody abused Kylie, someone should look into this matter, because AEWMeltz won't do it.
-
Oh, so rovert has reported me now. Ok. Point taken. I guess he doesn't like when someone is reading through his bullshit. I'm out of this argument, my point has been made well and clear.
-
Nope. I simply analyzed what you wrote. Science langage are a bitch, I admit.
-
Nope. I am trying to have a discussion. But just like you can't take a joke, you can't take the fact people are questioning what you are saying. So, what are you saying about the Kylie Rae situation that you know about *exactly* ? Because if you don't know shit, why are you even talking about systemic bullying that journalist maybe should enquire about and Meltzer possibly hiding it because he's AEW's boys ? I reply to whatever post I want, really.
-
That's absolutely what you said. It's actually a much better and complete rephrasing than what I did.
-
You know how the English langage works, right ? I mean, it's even my native langage, and sometime I feel like I understand it better than you do. Your use of "rephrasing", that you put under quotation, means that I did more than just rephrase but that I gave another meaning to what you first said. Which was not the case. So when I answered to you, I used the term "rephrase", again, because that's how langage works, but this time I used it the way you used it under quotation, meaning "modify" more than simply "rephrase". I'm being difficult for a reason, I'm absolutely not trolling. I'm trying to make sense of what you said in your first post, which was chockfull of stuff you implied. Pretty much.
-
Well, the joke was a few days ago. You made a big deal out of it. Bad timing I guess I'm not rephrasing your posts at all. "If" makes it a question. Why ask that one question, when Kylie could have left for pretty much any reason in the world we have no idea about ? Maybe simply because that's the very first thing you thought about. Ok then. But then going on about how Meltz, if that would be the case, would probably not talk about it because he's friends with the AEW people is basically making it a stronger case of implying about stuff. I'm not being "difficult for the sake of it", but your flaunt your knowledge and connections and whatever all the time, so I don't think it's odd for me to wonder why you would talk about "systemic bullying" out of nowhere like that, even going so far to say Meltz would hide it if that was the case... That's a process of intent on something that isn't out there yet in any shape of form. Well, yeah, I am difficult for the sake of it, because of your habit to say that you know but can't talk about but then give hints and then whoops sometimes you were wrong. But hey, you said it yourself, "people are gonna overly read into what am I saying". There you go.
-
Well, actually it is. Because there can be a thousand different reasons why Kylie Rae went silent and left the company. It could be anything, really, that have everything or nothing to do with her job. So, just asking that simple question is implying. The use of "systemic" actually goes further into implying, giving an attribute to the nature of said implied bullying. If you don't know anything about the reason why she left, why ask that one question ? Either you now something and you are giving us a hint by asking that question, either you don't know and then you are just implying something out of thin air.
-
This however, is not a joke : Ok, so are you implying there is systemic bullying issue in AEW ? And if you are not a journalist and have no evidence about this, why are you throwing that out of nowhere ? And now you are implying that Meltz is gonna rub that one under the rug because he is friends with the AEW people ? So, let me rephrase. We don't know why Kylie Rae left, yet you still are implying that 1/ there may be systemic bullying and 2/ of course Meltz is not gonna talk about it because #MeltzisAEW. Ok, sorry, but that is pretty fucking thin.
-
Well, it was a joke. You quoting yourself about Schiavone being WWE bound and then Schiavone ending up in AEW was funny to me. if I were you I would have poked fun at myself for that one. But apparently, you so serious about your knowledge of things and you can't take a joke and have to be on the defensive all the time. Tough shit.
