    Fuck, Jeff Jarrett leaving TNA and starting his own promotion ! What is this, Japan in 2003 ? Well, if Jarrett does get his own promotion (AGAIN), what are the odds that Vince Russo is being brought back to book it ?

    I enjoy Cornette's political rants quite a bit. Of course, sharing the same non-beliefs and progressive views as he does probably makes things easier on my ears, but still, always enjoyed hearing him talk about non-wrestling stuff too.

    Hogan brings pretty much nothing to the table, and sells nothing either. This was decent because it got time, Arn & Savage being the standouts, but really, even Heenan was wondering why Flair & Arn didn't work on Savage's injured arm at all. Just lazy storytelling here, it was totally by-the-numbers. Well, at least Giant got some nice heat in the post-match. Zodiac is acting weird. I mean, even weirder. Great, more Ed Leslie storylines.

    Yep that was my initial point actually. I have no idea what should be done with Benoit's footage. But let's not be hypocritical when the same company will happily show tons of Jimmy Snuka's matches and ignore the fact he beat up his girlfriend to death then kayfabed his dumb savage gimmick with the help of Vince to get off the hook. And while Steve Austin didn't kill Debra, he sure beat up her ass enough that she got scared to death and had to do something about it. What did the WWF do at the time ? So yeah, this disclaimer business is making me chuckle a bit.

I wonder if they should put the National Domestic Violence Hotline number when they'll show Austin & Debra together circa early 00's.

    Rushed TV match, which isn't a format that suits Hogan well, making his no-selling even more random and annoying. Flair's delayed suplex was quite impressive. Hogan's stupid overselling wasn't. Hogan no selling the brass knuckles was even worse and it made Arn look like a complete dork since he was KOed earlier by Savage using the same object. The nWo turn can't come too soon, Hogan is unbearable.

    I only watched the main event because of time constraint. Gawwwwwwwwwwwwwd. Way overlong self-conscious epic overbooked with cute garbage spots and freaking Randy Orton winning the title. That was painfull to go through. Another thing, not only Vince looks bad, but man Stephy looks rough as hell too. She was never exactly a hottie, but she's turning into her father. The opening segment with her and Trip refering back to Thesz and Buddy Rogers was WWE revisionnist history at its best. Totally ridiculous. Will these two open every damn PPV with a boring promo now ? Oh, anyway...

    Indeed. It's ridiculous. No woman can even talk to the guy you're dating ? Really ? Not good for CM Punk either. If I had to mess with every guy who litteraly hit on my girlfriend, including right in front of me, I would get into fights every other week. The keyword is trust.

    He had a strong relationship with FMW and enjoyed japanese style better. And he wouldn't look that big in the land of giants that was WWF. ECW was the perfect fit since it was a small guys promotion.

    Agreed. Leilani had a lot of interesting stories to tell. Yep. And Luna's stories are even worse. Moolah seemed to be a complete piece of shit.

    Kevin Sullivan in Florida doing a promo surrounded by Luna & Boob Roop. He talks about Maya Singh having "penetrated places that no man has ever penetrated." Then says that Luna has "spread herself all over the country.", at which point Luna just turns away from the camera, hanging her head down, immediately followed by Roop who just stops doing the bizarre gestures he was doing to brutally turn his back and leave the frame. Sullivan himself almost cracks up and turns his back too as he was obviously giggling ! Pretty damn funny.

    Valentine's Day is the Royal Rumble. Moves shitloads of merch too. The big hit of the early year. Although I remember one time this girl drew number one, she had to go the whole hour and she was not so happy about that… I drew 27. I was gutted as most everyone had already come and gone.

    Yeah, I remember that, but still. Hell, Kane is more relevant than most these guys when talking about SMW. No Tony Anthony, no Ricky Morton, no Dr. Tom, no cred. Is Al Snow still working for TNA ?

    Well, they did another Shoot Interview in the meantime in which they were extremely apologetic for the stuff they said before and basically kissed HHH's ass. So yeah, there's always a way to get back.
