Seven is massive oddball who has a bizarre obsession with myself and Dylan Waco for some reason registering and re-registrating with various sites, forum and social media outlets with 100s of accounts. I could go into more detail. I've long since ignored him as his conduct online and past history is genuinely unsavoury. I stand by what I said on Twitter as it was what I said here. Where did I mention Devitt's in ring greatness in this thread? I just said he was really respected in the industry not this guy that only gets by on his Twitter posts and nationalistic support. That's it.

Well that's rather obvious given your terrible line of reply. Personally I am not a very nationalistic person. One side of family grew up right in the heat of The Troubles in Northern Ireland. So the whole concept turns my stomach a bit and simply tedious. So you were barking up the completely wrong tree with your childish dismissal of what I've said simply stating it was nationalism. Not too much just rzombie1988's dismissal of him and his appeal was just too strong, sheltered and close minded. This screams Matt D 2.0 to me. It could be my Irish memory but I've never said this. Link me when I've done this? It shouldn't be hard as it happens "whenever anyone on here doesn't like a NJPW show or doesn't like Tanahashi."

No problems with that it is your personal preference. Just he is REALLY respected all round by wrestlers and promoters. On levels I genuinely don't know other wrestlers are. Maybe Bryan Danielson when he was on the indies in terms having a quality match, locker room wise and conducting business the right way. I've friends who are his trainees who speak very highly of him too. You can verify what I am saying with other posters here whether it be Alan4L or Brian Elliot. I believe am not over stating anything about Fergal anyone who has had first hand dealings with him are pretty effusive about it. Wait hold on you asked for that reply and now you are throwing tantrum about it. You are being a bit you are being bit of a crybaby here. I am sorry Devitt's credentials as strong as they are.

Why? It is a silly point. People liked him when he was a babyface and would "thank you" everyone on Twitter individually for their well wishes after coming home after each Japan tour. I've seen it at first hand how respected he is by WWE and TNA talents. Not only as a Wrestler but as a self made man. That was 3-4 years ago before his career took off properly this year. Now given his position with New Japan if anyone sucks his dick so hard it is fellow wrestlers trying to get booked over there. The "so hard" part is what got me. Amazing piece of extra detail. You must live in a bit of a bubble if you've only heard that limited amount of praise. Everyone from Daniel Bryan to CM Punk to William Regal have all spoke highly of him. He is a favourite of your Tyson Kidds, Curt Hawkins and most indy names too.

What a terrible opinion considering how well respected he is in the industry.

Brian Christopher is schedule for Old School Raw doing a 2 Cool & Rikishi reunion. Wonder what he looks like these days. Better or worse than last time:

Is TNA the worst wrestling promotion in history?
rovert replied to Loss's topic in Megathread archive
There's lots of rumours circulating the past 24 hours to add on to previous ones that Jarrett is starting up his own Promotion. Announcement of which might be made today. Meanwhile, Jarrett released a birthday video on his Twitter account (https://twitter.com/RealJeffJarrett/) for country singer John Rich, featuring messages from, among others, Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles and Tommy Dreamer: http://vimeo.com/83395363 Jeff certainly seems to be buttering up these Country musicians. Karen Jarrett is very excited going by her Twitter the past few days posting inspirational and countdown type tweets. Jeff has also over night changed his Twitter usename from @JeffJarrettTNA to @RealJeffJarrett. There's also a theory going around that Jim Ross is involved as he tweeted he meant with Toby Keith. A fan then said he saw Tody Keith and Jeff Jarrett hang out together around the same time as that meeting. Anyway if this comes off this is probably the last time big money will be put behind a Southern Wrestling promotion or have the involvement of someone that has links to Memphis Wrestling. As WWE continues to define what Wrestling is in terms of presentation (non-serious, endless authority figures etc) and production values. -
Really liked Cody and Goldust vs The Wyatt Family too. Cody's selling went beyond your standard FIP given the big brother , little brother dynamic as Goldust despaired at the beating Cody was taking.

Oh man. Check out these from a number of years ago. Retros of GWF and ICW/IWCCW: http://www.thecubsfan.com/jvstw/JVSTW49.mp3 http://www.thecubsfan.com/jvstw/JVSTW60.mp3 You don't need to have any knowledge of the promos. -
The Benoit is such a sad situation (rather obviously). Wonder what type of disclaimer/advisory they will have and the strength of it. Kind of a buzzkill for it to flash up every single time you want to watch some Wrestling from 1995-2007 no matter what your personal stance is on watching him.

Axel always gets put on TV when Brock is around. It is like a demand of Brock's or a pre-emptive thing to make Brock happy. Curt Hennig was Brock's early mentor.

Probably impressed with your views on the forum

Everyone needs to watch the Shield vs Cena, Henry and Langston singles match challenge on Smackdown tonight. Well crafted piece of TV and Rollins's break out match as a singles wrestler.

Naylor had a vintage appearance on Alan4l's first episode of his Christmas shows talking about the great wrestlers to come from Minnesota's Robbinsdale High School. At the end Alan dropped the bombshell that thanks to Missy Hyatt's leg work Alan has a Naylor-MANNY FERNANDEZ show lined up in 2014.

They do need someone with novelty and star power. As the Rock is taking this year off and there has been a lessening of effect with Brock Lesnar as a draw.
-
Not without Russo there fighting his corner in my opinion. From understanding people like Jim Ross were huge detractors.

If I had to guess Jeff is removing himself for conflict of interest reasons and TNA with be sold next year and the new buyer whether it be Toby Keith, Endemol or whomever will install Jeff as the President/"Wrestling guy."

Sami Callihan's new Smark Mark shoot interview taped on verge of him moving to NXT has this advisory for those who attempt to emulate Finlay's manly beer bottle technique:

You are not wrong there. They have chemistry as friends so it isn't adversal it is just they operate on the two ends of the optimist-pessimist scale.

Back in September I kind of had a mild dust up about the idea of Mia Yim having a shoot and Highspots Diva Diaries series. But I have to say Daffney's Diva Diaries shoot interview end to end is the best shoot interview I've watched all year. Even though she signed settlement papers her discussion of her TNA run and the TNA lawsuit is really interesting. TNA's view of women and Eric Bischoff in particular comes across as particularly vile. Her reveal that she has suffered from bipolar disorder since 2003 is pretty brave and admirable. The highlights seem like a really downer but her personality and perspective mitigate against those things.
-
All completely valid but The Shield as a collective at very least have a cool factor/serious street cred with the hardcore Bryan and Punk audience. They aren't perceived as a Corporate factory creation. Although that could change if the Cena or 1995 Diesel him.
-
So... Rumble win and Mania title win? Or a Streak match with the Undertaker. WWE put over Reigns particularly strongly on both Raw and Smackdown this week. He gave Punk his first TV loss since like February or something like that.

I know but that isn't really the criteria as I already stated.
