Matt D
The Everyone-in-the-Ring stuff has been kind of fascinating in this though.
hammerva
It is a difference of mentality between the two matches as the veterans (except Cesaro and Shemaus) are really playing it safe until it is absolutely necessary for the sick bump. The first match was guy just trying to have the sickest match possible
Dylan Waco
I actually think the first match is being comically overrated by everyone. If that exact same match had happened in TNA it would have been completely shit on by everyone. I'm not saying it's impossible to like it, and there were some great individual moments, but as a whole I thought it was much closer to bad than good. I've liked this main event much better
goodhelmet
Unless this is a John Cena heel turn, Reigns better grab that belt.
goodhelmet
You will be the heel because this match is the 2nd one to be hurt by Kane's involvement.
Dylan Waco
To be clear (I think I was but maybe not) the first match I refer to above is the first ladder match, not the Usos v. Wyatts tag which I really enjoyed
hammerva
Orton is a bloody mess now. That cut is opened up again.
sek69
Oh yay, Cena again.
Matt D
I'm not sure I loved the first ladder match. When I said I was desensitized I meant that it felt longer than usual and there was SO much ladderness to it, so when I saw them make the ramp again in this match it seemed weird. The first one being frenetic didn't mean that the second one was better for being plodding. That said, I liked the Rollins/Ambrose stuff for the most part. Also, and I kind of hate saying this, but blood does make everything better.
hammerva
Cena does almost nothing in the match and wins the title. Not surprising
goodhelmet
New Champion Ladder Match - This one does not feel as epic as the earlier one early on. The Authority story just isn’t as compelling as the Ambrose-Rollins feud. Man, when Kane is the center of attention, the match dies. I loved the Reigns-Cesaro-Sheamus spot that was ruined by Kane coming back into the ring. This really picked up at the end with finisher-o-rama and the point where you had no idea who was going to win. Oh well… go with the devil you know. Loss
Cena is a placeholder for Brock and is the only guy in a position to do that without losing something in the process. I have no problem with him winning. I also see no problem with Cena not doing much in the match. If he got injured right now, they'd be fucked. Strummer
I would agree Ambrose v Rollins feels like the hottest feud in the company now
Jmare007
The Brock match is gonna be fucking awesome, can't wait.
Dylan Waco
I liked the main event, the opener and Big E v. Rusev a lot. Naomi v. Paige was a solid effort, but if we are judging it by the standards of all matches and not grading on a considerable curve it was no better than decent. The finishes of the two ladder matches just make you shake your head (though I understand the logic of the main event finish at least) and I had a lot of problems with everything else on the show. Loss
Regardless of Cena winning, the match was clearly laid out to let Roman Reigns shine more than anyone. Even though Cena won, it now feels like Reigns is being positioned at or possibly above his level.
Dylan Waco
I would agree Ambrose v Rollins feels like the hottest feud in the company now Ambrose has passed Bray as the hottest active, non-Bryan performer. Reigns is right there with them. I don't like Rollins as a heel, and I don't think I ever will, but I will enjoy those matches
Matt D
I'm kind of looking forward to Rollins stalking Cena and Heyman's promos on Cena.

I actually thought they did a great job making Sheamus and Cesaro come across as incredibly relevant too, which is a big credit to them
Cox
The best part of the main event was that the crowd was so relieved that Orton wasn't going to win that they actually cheered Cena when he won.
Loss
Did anyone else notice Bray Wyatt being put in a babyface position in that Orton sequence? The turn I suspect is coming fairly soon.
sek69
I'm just beyond tired of Cena the character. I can't wait for Raw tomorrow and him giving his usual poopy joke laden promo to build his next serious feud.
Strummer
Just hope that Brock goes over at Summerslam I guess Bryan really is hurt worse.
Matt D
Cena gets cheered in Boston. I kind of wanted Reigns to win and Rollins to immediately cash in (and I didn't want that at the start of the night but after Reigns took everyone out, I kind of did).
