Best Tag Team Names?

Some more that I don't think have been mentioned yet:

The Sheepherders

The Bushwhackers

The Hart Foundation

Vicious and Delicious (Buff Bagwell and Scott "Flash" Norton - shit team, but good name)

As much as I adore RnR Express, I always felt the name was incredibly corny. I mean, I know some of the ones I have mentioned are hardly cool, and its wrestling after all, so calling something out for being corny is a pretty preposterous notion in and of itself, but the name and the gimmick always reminded me of an embarrassing Dad taking his teenage son to his first gig and declaring that he's "rock n rollin' baby!" at a Bauhaus gig or some shit. Or Cliff Richard imploring people to "move it and a groove it" in comparison to Jerry Lee Lewis smashing up your medicine cabinet and setting himself on fire accidentally after downing the bleach from under your sink.

Admittedly, growing up in inner city northern England, there may have been something lost in cultural translation, because as I said, its not like they weren't obscenely over. Just always kind of cringed at the name, whereas something equally silly like Miracle Violence Connection or Minnesota Wrecking Crew just didn't seem quite as risible in context...

I think it's a cool as hell name, and a perfect mirror to their all-time archrivals, the Midnight Express. Could be a cultural translation thing - I have no idea - but far be it for me to tell you that your opinion is "wrong" somehow, when you're perfectly entitled to disagree and feel the way you do.

Orient Express is forever #1. I'm big on Express and British Bulldogs ripofffs, unless they're corny like Edwards/Richards. Alliterative names rarely fail.

If I were an Indy promoter I'd run with the British Bullfrogs. Two guys who sound like '50s radio jockeys.

Because "American Wolves" is lazy as shit. It reminds me of a superhero I came up with when I was 9, American Werewolf, but without the inherent schlock factor.

Seconding Best Friends and Motor City Machine Guns (though I preferred the original MURDER City name).

Super unofficial name, but Excalibur once called the team of Roderick Strong and Eddie Edwards Team Chop-Chop. Infinitely better than "Dojo Bros."

How can the British Bulldogs sound just so right and perfect, and the American Wolves sound like shit filtered through an STI?

A couple of things, but I think that it's too much for a homage name, like they have to be a canine that could beat a bulldog in a fight because... Final Battle GIF. They were the "American Pitbulls" for the NXT tryout in 2013 and that was decent enough.

"American Airedales" would be a great name. "Italian Greyhounds". "Irish Wolfhounds". Definitely has to have multiple syllables in the dog part.
