I've purchased every AEW PPV from the start, even the RoH and Forbidden Door. I've been to live events. I have a wall of action figures on my wall. I'm not buying this PPV. Punk no-selling an injury to get his win back over Moxley and get crowned in Chicago, leading to months of a face champ Punk ruining AEW TV, is not worth my money. I'm not paying to watch him blow a Paradigm Shift and slowly crawl over to pin Mox. When Ace Freaking Steele is an important part of you main event angle, things have fallen apart. Signing Punk was a less successful WCW signing Hogan.

I was a lot happier when I didn't have to see Punk on my TV.

I'm curious how many members of the AEW roster were in Chikara's King of Trios tournaments...

I know this was a go-home show and not the time to demonstrate the new direction, but I was not impressed. I'll watch next week to see where this is going, but it was a slog.

I don't know if there is anything I hate more in wrestling than promotional pics and event posters with a wrestler's face bloody. It makes the blood feel like a given or an assumption and takes me right out of it.

I'm genuinely afraid they will put the belt on Punk. I don't find him entertaining or engaging. I don't care for his character nor his ring work. I'm not saying he is bad, he just makes me apathetic when he is on-screen. If he's champ, I'm likely to watch less AEW.

Feeding into all of this, I feel like sportsmanship in wrestling, and society at large, is dead. You can't get heel heat for cheating the same way you used to because if a fan likes you, they want you to win no matter how.

So, with all of my moving and stuff, I lost all of my old wrestling tapes. That means no more Osaka Pro when I'm having a bad day or early Toryumon when I'm eating ramen. So it goes. But, it made me realize that I never got to see ZIPANG tapes. All I even know about it is that one of my favorite wrestlers, Black Buffalo, wrestled as Rojo Del Sol and there was a guy with a watermelon for a head. Is there anywhere I can find some ZIPANG or even Osaka Pro to watch?

She was the first wrestling woman that I ever found myself attracted to. Just a beautiful, beautiful woman. It is a shame to see where things are now, but so it goes.

The Living Miracle Mike Von Erich hurts my heart physically when I just think about it. The footage tears at me in a visceral way. This kid was clearly not right and they exploited him. His only family. His father paraded a mentally and physically damaged boy before the world and used him. I can't even type this without tasting bile.

I love David. He is like Pops from Regular Show as a wrestling announcer. He values good and justice and the American way. He celebrates the value of fans cheering their heroes. He is the best part of Crockett.

They should just run a tournament that ends with Roman winning, then reveal that he is now the... number one seed in the next tournament. After he wins that one, he is now the... new numberest onest contender in the new BattleBowl tournament. That should take another two months. Then he has to beat the winner of the Royal Rumble at Wrestlemania to become the first entrant in a Mortal Kombat style gauntlet tournament. He wins the finals at the post-Mania PPV, leading to him being the number one entrant in the Brawl4All! The finals have Roman facing the King of the Ring at Summerslam. The MITB is cashed in as soon as he wins, then he retains. The Authority walks to the ring and announce there's one more match. Seth's music hits and he returns, destroying Roman and taking his belt back. There, 9 months of booking and only 5 minutes of Roman Reigns as World Champion. Plus, lots more tournaments.

I don't know if anyone else is in upstate New York, but 2CW is going to be putting on some big shows this weekend. I'm going to the Monday show in Binghamton: Young Bucks vs. American Wolves, Dalton Castle, Veda Scott, Roderick Strong vs. Kassius Ohno err Chris Hero. Can't wait!
