  1. Gilbert must have been sitting in the crowd hiding. Nice angle here with Rich/Gilbert who along with PG13 might have been 2 of the best tag teams in the country at the time.
  2. Besides a couple dives, I didn't care much for this. Juvi is no Psicosis and it just seemed to be a lot of junior moves without much thought put into them. Best part of the match was probably Psicosis cheerleading at ringside.
  3. Apparently Brock wasn't too happy with Cena's promo after the match at Extreme Rules thinking he got double crossed. If they hadn't done the HHH angle, I would have though he would be done. I wonder how they calmed him down?
  4. Just to change the topic a little bit, I'm interested in Loss's thoughts on Sheamus/Bryan and Jericho/Punk? I really liked both matches although Jericho/Punk was kinda sloppy but worked.
  5. Did Vader always wrestle in UWFI without the mask? This was great. Takada was brutal with the kicks and Vader sold them well. Then you have Vader just throwing Takada down and the awesome powerbomb and punches. And Lou Thesz is even there.
  6. Another example why Regal is so great. He goes toe to toe with Hash and lives to tell about it. Like the big elbow he gives Hash after the match.
  7. This was a good intense match. I've never thought much of Otani but he's impressed me on this set. Loved the slaps after the match that seemed to be a sign of respect.
  8. I liked Terry Funk's shirt that read "Cactus, My ass". What does that even mean? This wasn't very good at all. Cactus took a lot of stupid crazy bumps and the match ends in DQ when Sandman interferes? Was this one of ECW's random DQ's?
  9. So Shane wants to go somewhere where he can wrestle huh? Pretty iconic moment for the history of ECW here.
  10. This was a good match but Ditch is right about this feeling like so many 2000's indy matches. Some of it move for move. Way better than the final match they had together in ECW.
  11. Dreamer doing his best Jerry Lawler circa 1992 with that piledriver. Some of the weapons were funny, Dozen eggs and a plastic Dinosaur.
  12. Beulah was a "dermatologist dream". Got a laugh out of the stage hand trying to duck under the camera but his attempt not quite working.
  13. 1995 truly was Taue's year. Such a great performance by both guys. Nice finish too.
  14. Apparently WWE released Tough Enough winner Andy Leavine a while back. That's not shocking since he was easily the worst guy in FCW. It's kinda funny that out of all those Tough Enough people, the first one to make tv was the "My favorite match of all time is Melina vs Alicia Fox" girl.
  15. So GAEA seems to be ECW to AJW's WCW/WWF is that a fair assumption? Ozaki was really good in this. Just beating the hell out of Chigusa and looking like a mad woman. The ring breaking towards the end had a very Memphis feel.
  16. The booking isn't as stupid as it once was and things aren't as rushed as it was during Russo. Still everytime they build up something right(Roode/Storm) they screw it up with bad finishes.
  17. I really liked Patriot being almost even with Vader. Nice back suplex he did to Vader too. Flair was awesome just being crazy. Got a big laugh out of all three heels attacking a Hogan foam figure. Good group Vader/Flair/Arn made. Too bad it didn't last long.
  18. The German guy looked like he couldn't stop laughing the whole time. Nice to see Calm voice Hogan make an appearance.
  19. They couldn't even get Hogan to record his voice for this? Weak. Kim was hilarious in her getup.
  20. WWE has tried to do stuff like this with Rey and Cena but this was great. Announcers calling for a doctor over the mic is so southern wrestling.
  21. Does the whole match exist on tape? I'd like to see it. Anyways, some good clips here. Just surreal seeing Undertaker go toe to toe with New Jack. Bob Armstrong with the Wendy's cup is a nice touch.
  22. WWE, FCW, TNA, CMLL, Arena Coliseo Monterrey. I sometimes watch AAA and whatever IWRG is uploaded. I also try to follow DEAN's 2012 MOTY topic over at DVDVR.

  24. The crowd and the fact that the match wasn't that long helped this a lot. Snow and Unabomb made a good team. Sometimes you forget how agile Jacobs is as a big man. I liked the save of the botched powerbomb to headscissors by Morton and Snow. Good match and one of the better Coal Miner's glove matches I've seen.
  25. Rich is in full Big Don mode here. It's kinda sad that a Dundee/Lawler match ends in a weak punch and ref bump. But yeah this was all about Tommy Rich being awesome yelling at fans and running.
