There has been little talk of minis during this period. I wouldn't be apposed to voting for any but we are getting down to the wire and none have been talked up to the point of forcing me to plop down and watch.

Okay just got done watching him and Fujiwara vs. Taka Michinoku & El Samuari which is a match that makes me watch more "low-key" Great Sasuke matches. The probablem that people have pointed to is that he never comes off as the better guy in a lot of his great matches and sadly that is probably also true in the match I just mentioned. Sucks to have Fujiwara in there who will rule the world in this instance. The things I loved that Sasuke did though was him doing wild things at sometimes wild times. When he threw out stuff he came off committed to seeing it through. El Samurai is getting up but I, Great Sasuke, wants to throwing a flipping kick? Yeah, we are going to worry about that and just do it. The older the get the more clinically insane he becomes. That probably doesn't mean much for most but there is something far too endearing about that for me to ignore even if that doesn't lock him onto my list.

Your "So So Good" Top 100 Matches of All Time

Admittedly I feel like sort of a scumbag doing this but self-interest forces me to say a GME project in the vein of GWE will be going down for those interested. It is over at VoW but I'm essentially organizing it. If that needs to be deleted so be it but I thought it would interest those that are looking/posting in this thread http://voicesofwrestling.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=12&sid=5420680e68f3ac8477834af104d875de -
I get the argument. I'm not going with it but I understand it. My only thing is that when I think of the art of pro wrestling the idea of promos, drawing, ect. don't ever enter my mind. So I would never be viewing the "whole package" because when I think of wrestlers plying their craft it is the actual wrestling for which I'm accounting for. The "whole package" argument also feels like something that feels a lot less engaging as a project on the whole which has far less baring on what the argument is.

We Don't Know Wrestling SUPERTHREAD!

http://wrestlingwithwords.com/podcast/we-dont-know-wrestling-southern-wrestling-star-ratings/ Southern wrestling and star ratings go together about as well as the American justice system and Steven Avery. Yet here Sam and Tanner are joined by Devon Hales this week talking probably a little too much about both. Devon this prior weekend had gone on a southern indie tour to WrestleMerica, Universal Independent Wrestling, and Atlanta Wrestling Entertainment. We talk about the switcher-a-roo that occurred at WrestleMerica as well as the HOT Chip Day vs. Tommaso Ciampa match from AWE. Somehow things unraveled into a topic about star ratings and the apparent subjective nature of the meaning of any and all symbols. Fair to say that Tanner was incorrect. OTHER THINGS THAT GET MENTIONED: ROH is running a inflatable tube man card in Atlanta, Virus vs. Jushin Liger still feels like a dream, EVOLVE has a Style Battle Tournament that no one is really talking about, and Tanner does not go to indie shows. Plus more that I am probably forgetting while typing this up. Also, if you want to tweet about the show use the hashtag #WDKW so I can FIND YOU AND RT COMPLIMENTS CAUSE I AM POTENTIALLY NEEDY! -

When I say I can eat a horse you better darn believe I'd a whole horse! It was the "inauthentic age" bit which is where the real humor lies. -
JVK, that will probably be out sometime soon after release hopefully. I suppose it depends on how much new STUFF is being added this year. Also, he says there will be a diary starting in February. 500+ new features.

http://wrestlingwithwords.com/podcast/we-dont-know-wrestling-2016-is-the-wrestling-twilight-zone/ Kris Zellner joins us this week for the most wrestling-centric podcast We Don’t Know Wrestling has ever experienced. The days preceding this podcast were absolutely nutty. You have AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Karl Anderson, and Doc Gallows leaving NJPW probably for WWE. You have a very nice lookingFantasticaMania lineup from NJPW/CMLL. You also have the tremendous weekend for Georgia pro wrestlingup ahead. On top of all that? Yeah, John Cena’s injury breaks on air. -
Not only booked but won. Who won the tag version of that tournament? Da Hit Squad of course.
-
Brian Fury is significantly worse for this tournament than Colby Corino. At least with Colby you can act like the kid is a prospect where Fury has been doing the wrestling for over a decade.

The very same. Did you post as Concrete there? Yep, that would be I. -
-Remember to cancel my hotel for Mania -Find a better flow to my wrestling watching and writing. This year, despite my best intentions, was probably my least productive in this way. Once summer started I just wasn't finding a groove in any shape or form. Hopefully I can find something that works so I can enjoy it to its full potential. -Post more on the forums, including this one.

We Don't Know Wrestling SUPERTHREAD!

This is our last show on our SoundCloud and that feed. Will plug away once I know everything is up and running. EDIT: RSS feed is up and will update iTunes and Stitcher next week. So if you are waiting to download past episodes, not sure why you would, do that before then cause those shows will go to the nether after next week http://wrestlingwithwords.com/feed/podcast/we-dont-know-wrestling http://wrestlingwithwords.com/podcast/we-dont-know-wrestling-always-bury-tanners-part-2/ Part 2 of the potentially award winning wrestling award show. Thought Part 1 was an epic disaster? We haven’t even scratched the surface. Sam and Tanner are once again joined by Dylan Hales, Fray, and TJ Hawke. Someone is steamrolled, narratives are questioned, stunning arguments are lost in the deep darkness of the interweb. Technical issues would not stop the Always Bury Tanners. Once again, feel free to tweet thoughts on the show with #WDKW so I can shamelessly RT or Like your tweets to give the illusion of interacting with the audience. Awards on this show are: Promotion of the Year Match of the Year Wrestler of the Year -

https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/always-bury-tanners-part-1 Award shows are happening and the Always Bury Tanners are certainly a couple of those shows. We brought in the big guns for our panel as Sam and Tanner are joined by Dylan Hales, Fray, and TJ Hawke. The rules of the awards are not very simple. There will be a top 3 decided for each category in Part 1 of the Always Bury Tanners. The top 3 will be decided by bantering, bartering, and general ruckus. Once the top 3 are set we put them in order to have a clear winner and two runner-ups. Awards on Part 1 of the Always Bury Tanners: Best Tournament HOOT of the Year Show of the Year Tag Team of the Year -
I'm not counting in promos because in 2K15 I more or less want the action. It is also a common ground between different countries. I also care more about finding the GREATEST WRESTLER EVER in the ring than trying to find a way to shoe-horn, which it would be shoe-horning for me, other elements.

Okay, so 2CW changed the link for their live stream of tomorrow's event. It is free. Mike Elgin, 2 Cold Scorpio, AJ Styles, Young Bucks, and more are gonna be there. First show starts at 3:30 and second starts at 7. At least that's the plan. http://www.ustream.tv/channel/live2cw

Are you the Cactus that used to post on Wrestling Forum (I would mostly know you from the MOTYC thread if so)? -
Is there any way to really finish

I think thebrainfollower's criteria in no way represents what the goal of this list is. Heck, over half the criteria is dedicated to stuff that has zero to do with what we've all been talking about.

https://soundcloud.com/wedontknowwrestling/we-came-for-hot-takes Sam and Tanner are joined by the ignorant Case Lowe and the kind Garrett Kidney. There's wrestling talk somewhere on this show. Sam lets Case talk about Dragon Gate which leads to some instant regret. We try and figure out how being a well-adjusted TNA fan is a possibility*. Video games are also discussed cause Bloodborne is the GOTY. *Not sure it is really possible. TWITTER LINKS: twitter.com/garrettkidney twitter.com/_InYourCase -
Omega is booked for PWS on the 19th. What other shows is he booked in NJ the night before?

Not entirely sure how I feel about putting Trish Stratus on a ballet in part because of her promo work... Though is second the hope that she throws in "stratisfaction" into everyday jargon.
