  1. Matt, It's come across to me from time to time you have a personal issue with Rovert. You hounded him over at DVDVR in the past. What's the beef? You took issue to Rovert saying that Devitt was respected in the industry from memory.
  2. What value? NXT information primarily but overall he's a wealth of knowledge who sees things in a logical manner.
  3. I saw it as a joke, which I have publicly stated to you Charles. I don't agree with your decision, but you have your reasons and I have to accept them. I would however like you to potentially reconsider down the road as Rovert ultimately adds value to this board.
  4. I got a big batch of stuff from your source the other day and will be in British wrestling heaven once I get through all this 2000s puro. But you really have done a great service laying the groundwork with your reviews. John Lister is another good resource for information.
  5. Tom Magee for his look, he looked a million dollars. For people who had talent though, but didn't fully achieve I'd go with Pillman.
  6. Going to see the Regal spoken word show tonight. Should be a fun time
  7. People are just listing poor workers now. Clearly some of those mentioned are not the worst EVER.
  8. They've just uploaded some new ECW Hardcore TV from 1995 and 1996.
  9. Sting advancing to the King Of The Mountain when Scott Steiner was DQ'd for interference by Jeff Jarrett.

    Roddy Piper

He's someone I always enjoyed but not sure about anywhere near top 100, I would like to see more of his LA and Portland work though before I write him off though just in case. Great character however.
  11. Chad, do you not find 1.5x speed off putting? Is it just something you get used to?
  12. SenorLARIATO joined PWO last month as well, so hopefully he'll post in this thread too. His GIFs are great when I'm not watching a show at the time, and not bothered about having it spoiled.
  13. I'd start by checking out Lister's review site: http://www.prowrestlingbooks.com Amazon reviews are good also to gauge a book in my experience. Also, I'd check out The Raw Files e-books as a cheap fun read. Same for Greg Lambert's book if you're interested in the UK scene over the last 15 years.

  15. I subscribe to 20+ podcasts, most which have more than 1 new episode a week. I find it really hard to listen to everything I want to, and now not having a long commute to work compounds this. I find it very difficult to listen to spoken audio whilst trying to concentrate on something else otherwise I could probably listen to much more than I do. Most of my podcast listening is via BeyondPod for Android due to it having the ability to auto download new episodes of shows. I always prioritise WOR about other audio due to it being time sensitive, but then I just listen to something that peaks my interest. For example, this week it was the SuperShow with Parv, Will, Johnny and Steve. I am just interested in others listening habits such as when/where they listen, how much content to they listen to etc. Edit: I find Joe Gagne's Podmass articles a great help to decide what to listen to also.
  16. Really fun show. I really enjoyed the baiting of Steven for being a Canadian. Had some laugh out loud moments. Good effort guys!
  17. The Grado one is a rib, it has to be. Charismatic as hell. Yep. But wouldn't even factor in to a top 1000. I can think of at least 25 UK guys better than Grado currently.
  18. Steamboat is a lock for top 50. Like others have said, arguably one of the great babyfaces.

    Money Inc.

I really loved the SummerSlam spectacular cage match vs. Steiners at the time, not sure how it'd hold up now. Even if it's not aged well it will be head and shoulders over other matches of theirs. Not going to make my list.

    Tommy Rich

    Tied with Brock Lesnar.
  21. I'm going to this after RAW on Monday with a buddy. Should be a hoot, especially as I am from Blackpool too, love to here some old stories about the scene around here in the 80's such as the Bobby Baron stuff at the Pleasure Beach.
  22. If there was no Brian Christopher there'd be no Brian Christopher Album. Brian Christopher
  23. I'll probably watch the Randy Hales shoot just because I am a big Memphis fan, but outside of the niche niche bubble we're in, I can't see this selling at all.
  24. http://wrestlingeye.libsyn.com/wrestlingeye-podcast-8-breaking-news-audio-on-wwe-network-being-delayed-again-in-the-uk Talking with Brian Elliot in a fun 15 min break news audio on the WWE Network debacle.
