AWA TV @ The Hammond Center 1-23-91 Footage from last week is shown as AWA Commissioner Magnum TA announces War Games to the Horsemen. Larry Nelson: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. Well, newly appointed commissioner Magnum TA rocked the show last week. That's right, on February 14th the War Games comes to the St. Paul Civic Center. How fitting for Valentine's Day. On that note, both Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair will be here tonight. We're all still feeling the aftershocks from SuperClash and I'm sure both men will have a lot to say about War Games and the AWA world title. We've got a lot of action tonight, so let's get to the ring. Los Boricuas vs. Samson Smith and Kenny Issacs Los Boricuas come to the ring wearing black pants, red tank tops and Panama hats. The fans immediately take a liking to them as they show off some great chemistry. The match ends when Perez executes a snap suplex as Castillo follows with a sling shot splash. Impressive debut. Commercial Break The Hangman w/Nell vs. Frankie Wilson Hangman brutalizes poor Frankie and finishes him off with the Hangman's neckbreaker. Nell gets in the ring and says something. Hangman lifts up Frankie and drops him with the Heart Punch! Nelson: Come on Nell, what was the point of that? Look, that poor kid is being stretchered out of here. Nell: That poor soul got off easy. Larry Nelson, one by one the Hangman has terminated each and every lost soul we've targeted. Our latest victim Cactus Jack relished in violence. Cactus Jack was a sick and troubled soul, so we put him out of his misery. We did him a favor. Now, the big question is, which poor soul is next? Hangman puts the noose around Larry's neck. Larry is scared to death and runs out of there. Commercial Break Bobby Blaze vs. The Equalizer Equalizer attacks at the bell and gives Blaze a pounding. He punches him down, then follows with a good stomping. Equalizer hits a big knee drop but Blaze kicks out at 2. Blaze weathers the storm and fires back with a comeback. Blaze slams Equalizer down and follows with a jumping elbow drop 1..2..Kick Out. An eye rake changes the tempo and Equalizer tears into Blaze and almost gets the pin after a big boot to the chest. Blaze mounts another comeback with a back drop and dropkick. Blaze has things going his way until the bell rings, signaling a 10 minute draw. Afterwards, Equalizer gets up and pushes Blaze. Blaze pushes back but several officials run in to break it up. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, joining me now is Konnan. Konnan, at SuperClash you had the biggest win of your AWA career when you defeated El Canek. But first I have to ask, where is Gary Hart? Konnan: Gary Hart was on a mission. He saw the talent in me and he wanted the world to see it. Gary fulfilled his mission and brought me to the level I was always meant to be at. You're looking at a man who's standing on his own right now. Konnan pauses and then takes off his mask! Nelson: WHOA! I was not expecting that. Commercial Break The Guerreros vs. Carl Kellerman and Neil Jordan The Guerreros are breaking rules and taunting their opponents. Chavo springboards Jordan into a flying press by Mando for the win. The Guerreros cut a promo and say they hated to stoop to the Tribal Nation's level at SuperClash but had to teach them a valuable lesson. They talk about the British Bombers chain match at SuperClash and say if they ever want to have an old fashion clean and pure match, then the Guerreros would be up for the friendly challenge. Commercial Break 'The Rocker' Shawn Michales vs. Harrold Bannister Michales shows off some incredible moves and skillset before finishing things off with a superkick. You show up at SuperClash and assault Kerry Von Erich then last week you helped the Horsemen attack the AWA world tag champs Dick Slater and Ron Garvin. Well, now you're involved in the War Games. What's the deal? Are you a member of the four Horsemen? Michaels: Oh just shut up Nelson and let the Rocker tell you a story. For the past couple of months, Shawn Michales has been at a crossroads, wondering where my career was going. Then, out of the blue I get a call from my fellow Texan Tully Blanchard. He offered me an opportunity and I took that opportunity and kicked Kerry Von Erich's head into a steel post. I mean, he deserved it anyways for giving the state of Texas a bad name. Hanging around the Horsemen has given me a whole new outlook on life. I've already learned so much valuable knowledge that it's priceless. So, you better believe I'm going to help them win it all at the War Games! Commercial Break The Tribal Nation and The Missouri Tiger vs. The Andrews Brothers and Todd Rooney The Tribal Nation put Rooney down with a double chop. Rooney staggers up as Tiger nails him with a flying shoulder tackle for the win. Could we be seeing future contenders to the 6-man titles? Commercial Break Iceman Parsons w/Jacquline vs. Otis Robinson Parsons nails Robinson with the Hip Attack and it's all over. Nelson: Jacquline, your man seems to be in top forum tonight. I'm hearing rumblings of a world title tournament coming up and you better believe the Iceman's name will be in it! Nelson: Ok, I have to ask. What went down last week between you and the Soul Patrol? It seems they attacked Tommy Lane to get your approval. Jackie: Wow, you're a lot more observant than you look Larry. You know, I've been watching the Soul Patrol for awhile and it always made me sick to see them pandering to all these fools out here. They had to prove to me that they had a mean streak. After I saw that, then I would lend them my services. Well, they showed me something. Oh and they're no longer the Soul Patrol, no sir, this is a team that gets things done. Please welcome out TCB, taking care of business. Jones and Walker come out wearing white vests and gold chains. Parsons and Jackie high five them. Jones and Walker fold their arms and give Nelson a mean glare. Jackie: I can see it now. The AWA world champion Iceman Parsons and the AWA world tag team champs TCB. Oh yes, it's gonna happen! Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, after all the chaos that went down at SuperClash, we know that Commissioner Magnum TA and the AWA committee have decided to start fresh and have a tournament to decide the next AWA world champion. I understand details are still being worked out but I do know that Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan will be given first round byes. More on the tournament in the weeks to come. As for next week, Gama Singh will defend his AWA TV title against 6-Man champ Gary Young. Also, Latin Desire will square off against the Bunkhouse Boys. Ok, lets get to the ring for another debut. Masa 'Tokyo' Chono vs. Ray Glader Chono enters the ring wearing a black leather trench coat and sunglasses. The fans think he's pretty cool. Chono impresses in the ring and the fans start chanting TO-KY-O during the match. Chono hits an overhead suplex and follows up with the STF for the win. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, for the first time since SuperClash, please welcome out the immortal Hulk Hogan! The place goes nuts as Hogan enters the ring and immediately rips off his T-Shirt. Nelson: Hulk, SuperClash was marred with controversy and nobody was affected more than you. I know you've been beyond livid and have a lot to say. Hogan: Well you know something Lethal Larry, I've got so much going through my mind right now, I don't even know where to begin brother! I'll start with the scum of the earth Gerry Morrow. What he did crossed all lines. I won that title fair and square and that greedy pig screwed me and all my Hulkamaniacs! And for what? Money? Gerry Morrow! If you're listening, I want you to know that if I ever see you again, I'm going to snap you like a twig and break you in half brother! Nelson: I don't blame you at all Hulk. Morrow has caused the AWA a multitude of problems and shame. Ok Hulk, you heard about the upcoming tournament but before that on February 14th, it's you, Kerry Von Erich, The Magnificent Muraco, Ron Garvin and Dick Slater vs. Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Larry Zbyszko, Shawn Michales and Tully Blanchard in the War Games! So much hate in one place. Magnum TA wants this all to end and I'm sure the War Games will do just that. Hogan: It all comes down to the War Games! I can tell you.... BOOOOOOOS as Ric Flair, the Enforcers, Shawn Michaels and Tully Blanchard stroll into the ring. Hogan's so mad, he's ready to fight them all. Nelson: Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Not here and not tonight. Tully snatches the mic from Larry and pushes him out of the way. Tully hands the mic to Flair. Flair: Hogan! How dare you come out here and say that you won the world title! My hand was raised! I walked out of Denver with the world title! The AWA world title belongs to me! This whole thing was nothing but a frame job just so the AWA could give the title back to their golden goose. Hogan! You failed them big man! And now you're out here crying that you got screwed. Well screw you Hogan! Hogan hits Flair but the Horsemen immediately attack Hogan. Flair gets up and joins in. Hogan's taking a beating. The fans go wild as Dick Slater and Ron Garvin hit the ring swinging chairs! The Horsemen get out quick. After a moment, Slater and Garvin help Hogan clear the cobwebs. Hogan grabs a mic. Hogan: Flair! Horsemen! Come hell or high water we will end all of you at War Games! So whatcha gonna do when the power of Hulkamania, Von Erich, Muraco, Slater and Garvin run wild on youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!

OMG, Berzerker, Tugboat and Andre are a lot of weight to take out. You know it's going to be a fun show when RPG and Alberto are in the opening segment. Alberto sure has a way with words LOL Great time for Tommy Gilbert to come out of retirement. I know that sold more tickets. I have to admit, I think it would be hilarious getting RPG back on commentary Boutwell Auditorium Now Garvin's really in the doghouse Armando always finds a loophole, Hmmmmm, who can the Bullet be??? Southern Rockers give the fans some excitement but the Harris Brothers spoil it A beer bottle shot, damn! I think Stubbs enemies have become Olympia 2's as well Looks like a rematch for the tag titles is coming Budro shines with the figure four but the celebration doesn't last long as Dundee takes a big time beating. That chair shot by JC has started a family blood feud WOW! It takes a fireball by the Bullet for Embry to retain and it also gives RPG his old job back. I wouldn't want to be the Bullet when JYD comes back. After all this, I can't wait to tune in to see what's next.

AWA TV @ The Hammond Center 1-16-91 Larry Nelson: Hello everybody and welcome to AWA Major League Wrestling. Well, 1990 ended with controversy, chaos and confusion. The AWA had to act fast, so with that said, let me introduce to you the new commissioner of the AWA, Magnum TA. The fans cheer as Magnum heads to ringside. He's wearing jeans, T-shirt and leather jacket. Nelson: Magnum, on behalf of the AWA, welcome. I know you've had more than enough to deal with the past couple weeks. Can you enlighten the fans on the world title situation and the investigation into former AWA C.O.O. Gerry Morrow. Magnum: Thank you very much Larry and it is indeed my pleasure to be the acting commissioner of the AWA. I've never backed down from a challenge, and I sure am in for one here. First off, what Gerry Morrow did was inexcusable and unforgivable. There was enough overwhelming evidence to prove that Morrow took the bribe and sabotaged the biggest main event in AWA history. Morrow, your days in the AWA are over and I'm here to clean up your mess. As for the AWA world title. Next month we will begin a tournament to crown a new champion. More details on that in the weeks to come. I'm happy to be here and I'm ready to get the AWA back on track. Nelson: Ok, there you have it. Fans, as a new year's treat for you, we're going to kick of tonight's show with a huge AWA world tag team title rematch from SuperClash. Let's get to the ring. AWA World Tag Team Title Bout Ron Garvin and Dick Slater (C) vs. The Enforcers w/Tully Blanchard Tully arrogantly leads the Enforcers to the ring. The Enforcers look pissed. The fans cheer as Garvin and Slater enter the ring with their newly won titles around their waists. The Enforcers attack at the bell and we got a pier six brawl going. The Ref lets it go for a while. Slater and Garvin get the upper hand and punch the Enforcers out of the ring. Tully runs over and regroups them. Garvin and Slater take turns pinballing Zbyszko around the ring. Moments later, Zbyszko tags in Arn but he doesn't fare any better as Slater and Garvin rough him up pretty bad. The Enforcers finally turn the tide, thanks to a distraction from Tully. The Enforcers do a number on Garvin in the corner. The Enforcers double suplex Garvin and Zbyszko follows with a swinging neckbreaker but Slater breaks the pin. Arn runs in but Slater bionic elbows him out of the ring. Garvin eventually tags in Slater. Slater cleans house. Slater hits a Russian Leg Sweep on Zbyszko but Arn breaks it with a knee drop. Garvin comes in and clocks Arn with a hands of stone punch. Garvin and Slater swing Zbyszko to the ropes and double clothesline him. Slater hoists Zbyszko up for a piledriver...WHAM! SHAWN MICHAELS nails Slater's back with a chair! The Ref signals for the DQ. Garvin runs in and hits Michaels. Arn attacks Garvin. Michales gets up and him and Arn put the boots to Garvin. Tully runs in and joins in on the stomping. Arn swings Garvin to the ropes and hits the Spinebuster! Tully and Zbyszko hold Slater as Michales superkicks him! Tully picks up Garvin and gives him a slingshot suplex! Arn, Zbyszko, Michaels and Tully give the champs a few more stomps before leaving. The fans let them hear it and start throwing garbage at them as they head up the aisle. Commercial Break 'Tidal Wave' Tommy Jammer vs. Carl Kellerman Since SuperClash, Jammer seems to have a new and improved attitude and the fans notice. Jammer works the crowd and shows off some high octane offense before winning the match with his California body splash! Nelson: Tommy, you seem to be a whole new man since cutting ties with the Vin Man at SuperClash. Jammer: Exactly right Larry. I went back to the beaches in Cali to clear my head. As I was sitting on the beach watching the waves, it occurred to me that Vinnie was holding me back. I need the energy from the fans and I get a rush from that. I'm reenergized and revitalized and ready to bring the tidal wave to the AWA! Commercial Break Maxx Payne vs. William Hillman Maxx destroys his opponent and easily wins the match with the Payne Killer. Maxx plays his guitar at ringside. Nelson brings up SuperClash and what he did to Leo Burke. Maxx just gives Nelson an evil smirk as he continues to play his guitar. Very eerie scene. Commercial Break AWA National Tag Team Champs The Heavenly Bodies vs. Vic Dutro and Willie Lopez Newly crowned champs the Heavenly Bodies put on quite the show and win the match with the double flapjack. Prichard and Del Ray have a blast at ringside, bragging about their title win at SuperClash. They say if those greaseballs Latin Desire want another shot, then bring it on and that goes for any other inferior team in the AWA! They finish by saying you're looking at the new and improved Heavenly Bodies and we got the gold! Commercial Break Scott 'Flash' Norton w/Ted Arcidi vs. Neil Jordan Norton makes his debut and immediately makes a statement by clotheslining his poor opponent and winning the match in a matter of seconds. Norton and Arcidi let out some roars and yells before heading to ringside. Nelson: Ted Arcidi, your man Scott Norton really took care of business. Arcidi: You know when the Power Twins decided to head on, I went back to the gym to pump some iron and think about what's next. Well guess what? You're looking at the next big deal and now you know why they call him flash! Commercial Break AWA TV Champ Gama Singh vs. Todd Rooney Gama's riding high tonight and wins the match with the Indian Deathlock. The fans cheer as Gama proudly holds up his TV title. Nelson: Gama, at SuperClash, you and David Sammartino put on a classic. David was a fighting champ and told me that he knows you'll be the same. Gama: David's a class act and defended this title with honor. I'm making a vow right now that I will do the same! Boos as the new 6-man champs Austin's Idols (Gary Young, JW Storm and Ricky Santana) walk out Nelson: Hey now, you guys are scheduled later on. And by the way, where is your manager Austin Idol? Young: The Universal Heartthrob is handing some unfinished business and trust us, it's a big deal. We want to let this chump (points at Gama) know that he's not the only champ around. Since he's so excited about defending his title, then why doesn't he put it up against one of us, since we're all champs, we all deserve a shot. Who do you want first chump? Gama: Well, since you've got the big mouth, why don't I start with you! Young: Fine by me, and until we meet, think about this The Idols jump on Gama! They pound him down but luckily it doesn't go on to long because the Tribal Nation and the Missouri Tiger run out and chase the Idols away. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, I know our heads are all still spinning from the SuperClash world title controversy. I can tell you right now that next week both Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan will be here to speak on the situation. Ok, big 6 man match up next. Jumbo Tsuruta, Mr. Saito and Shinya Hashimoto vs. The Soul Patrol and Tommy Lane It seems the SuperClash match bonded Tsuruta and Saito. They even called in Hashimoto to join their faction. Mike Davis of the RPMs suffered a knee injury at Superclash but will be back in action in a couple weeks. What's interesting is during the match Jacquline came out to ringside. She kept making comments at the Soul Patrol and raising her eyebrow at them. The Soul Patrol and Lane get in some offense but this night belongs to the Japanese. Hashimoto was ruthless with his chops. Saito was brutal with his nerve holds. All this took an extreme toll on Lane and Jumbo was able to finish him off with a powerbomb. The Japanese look united as they raise their arms in victory and exit. The Soul Patrol are checking on Lane. Jackie gets up on the apron, looks at the Soul Patrol then says "Show me something" Jackie folds her arms and waits. The Soul Patrol look at each other then down at Lane. They help Lane up then double clothesline him down! What's happening?!?! The Soul Patrol swing Lane to the ropes and double hot shot him on the top rope! Jackie gives a slight smile and nods in approval then gestures them to follow her. The Soul Patrol leave with Jackie, leaving the fans puzzled and stunned. Commercial Break Nelson: Fans, I don't know what to say. What got into the Soul Patrol and what's the deal with Jacquline. Ok fans, before we go, I understand the new commissioner Magnum TA has something to say. Magnum storms out. Magnum: I'm sorry Larry but something needs to be addressed and it needs to be right now! Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson, Larry Zbyszko and Shawn Michaels, get out here now! The Horsemen and Michaels arrogantly walk out. All of them are smirking. Tully: Well, well, well, if it isn't my old friend Magdumb TA. You might be the commissioner but let me fill you in on how it is around here. Magnum: Let me stop you right there and fill you in on something. So keep your mouth shut for once Tully because you and your buddies here are going to love this. I came here to clean up messes and the Horsemen have made a big mess of things. You Horsemen think your untouchable. However, some people disagree and so do I. The Horsemen are a problem and there's only one solution to this problem. That solution is the War Games! The Horsemen and Michales are thrown off by this. Magnum: That's right! Saturday February 14th at the St. Paul Civic Center. It's going to happen! On one side will be Hulk Hogan, Kerry Von Erich, the Magnificent Muraco, Dick Slater and Ron Garvin. On the other side, Ric Flair, Arn Anderson, Larry Zbyszko, since you like getting involved, Shawn Michaels and YOU Tully Blanchard! Tully goes nuts. The Horsemen try to calm him down. Magnum: Oh and here's a special twist. Due to your cowardly act at SuperClash, the first two opposing wrestlers in the War Games will be The Magnificent Muraco and YOU Tully Blanchard! The fans are going wild. Tully's losing it. Tully: Hold on Magnum! Wait just a minute! You can't do this! I'm retired! I'm a manager! Magnum: Well, dust off your wrestling boots, because you're going in and there's not a damn thing you can do about it! The show ends with the Horsemen throwing a fit as Magnum walks off with the fans cheering.

Adding Rich into this mix escalates things to another level. The Can Ams came to the right place for tag team competition Always loved the Hart/Muta combination. Hart will work wonders with Muta in Texas. Well, I'll give the Magnificent one credit for getting his name out there. Not sure he was expecting that response from Austin More surprises as Sullivan joins forces with Cactus Jack and Vader. Talk about a trio of destruction. Watch out! Steiner definitely has plenty of intimidating heels to work with Moondogs are crazy enough to go toe to toe with the Road Warriors Great seeing Mascaras back in the game. Pourteau brings the scientific wrestling credibility and shines Brett and Lenny get a nice tag team win but Bruce didn't think much of it I will definitely tune in next week just to see Vampire Warrior. Bedlam comes in with a brutal win. He's got some buzz going Looks like the GWF has started its first feud with Stetson and Demon Watts has the title and brings in the Big Cat as special enforcer. The GWF is ready to crown a champ. Tenryu overcomes all the odds and takes down Iron Mike to win the title! Bruce and Craig did a good job calling all the action along with some fun banter Abby will definitely attract fans to their first house show. The GWF is off and running. I hope it sticks around. I'm rooting for you

Battle Royals are hard to write but man you nailed it. Nikita and Hall earned their byes. Was a big fan of Pretty Wonderful so it's great seeing this team appear in our game. AWA SuperClash Fallout and News Controversy and Chaos surround the AWA World Title Chaos would be an understatement to describe the AWA current affairs. Needless to say, after the shenanigans that went down during the SuperClash world title bout between Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan, a protest was filed by Hulk Hogan. Not only that but an immediate investigation began on AWA C.O.O. Gerry Morrow. Sources say that a large amount of money was wired to Morrow's personal account just minutes before the match ended. Sources also say that the money was traced back to the accountant who also happens to manage all four members of the 4 Horsemen. At this time Gerry Morrow has been suspended and terminated as AWA C.O.O. Morrow has declined to comment and has hired a lawyer. There were no comments made by any of the 4 Horsemen regarding the alleged pay off. The decision has been made to hold the AWA world title up until further notice. Ric Flair was outraged by this and literally stormed out of the AWA offices. Hulk Hogan was disappointed but took it in stride. Plans for the world title are unknown at this point but a rumor is circulating that a tournament will take place at some point to crown a new world champion. AWA owner Verne Gagne has been in a state of shock and disbelief all week but did manage to comment that the AWA will be hiring a commissioner in the upcoming days. Other AWA News Both Kerry Von Erich and The Magnificent Muraco were released from the hospital this week. Apparently, Shawn Michales was contacted by Tully Blanchard prior to SuperClash. It seems that Michaels attack on Von Erich and Blanchard's vicious attack on Muraco with a chair along with the alleged Morrow pay off all tie in together. The Horsemen are looking to put an end to all their enemies and threats. The next scene is the two men walking down the beach with woman surrounding them. They run out and dive into the ocean's waves. The next scene is the two men cruising in a convertible down a lively and colorful street. They're wearing Pava hats, gold chains and red tank tops. Los Boricuas are coming to the AWA We see a Japanese man training hard in the ring and taking down opponents one by one. The next scene, he puts on a leather trenchcoat and sunglasses. He walks outside and gets into a Toyota Supra Turbo. He speeds out. As the car drives, we get glimpses of the Tokyo nightlife. The car parks and he gets out. Masa Chono is coming to the AWA We see a cobra slithering around then suddenly strikes at the camera The Cobra returns to the AWA A huge man stands with his arms folded as a volcano erupts in the background. Sheik Adnan Al Kassie steps into the picture. Adnan: Destruction! Devastation! Annihilation! Doom! Kokina Maximus is coming to the AWA AWA TV returns next week with a huge main event. In a rematch from SuperClash, Ron Garvin and Dick Slater will defend the AWA world tag titles against the Enforcers.

Tamura's patience pays off as he kicks the night off with a submission win. Johnson's power was impressive and he proved he belongs here. Strong finish by Hug gives him the decisive victory Kopylov got focused and that finish at the end showed he was on his A game Shamrock shined in the tag match. I would love to see Shamrock and Johnson battle it out The Koslowskis did their research and scouting and it paid off. It'll be hard taking the titles off these guys When Fujiwara clamps on the armbar it's over. Props to Suzuki for putting up an effort. I like that you now have two teams that could be considered challengers for the titles. Backlund showed he still has fight left in him but Han walks away with the high profile win. It's a big deal making Backlund submit. Fujinami and Sayama put on a clinic. Fujinami goes on a suplex rampage to get the exciting win. I know Sayama was beyond frustrated but he'll bounce back It all comes down to the match of the year. WOW! Karelin was on fire early on and had Maeda in serious trouble more than once. All time comeback by Maeda seals the deal! The match definitely lived up to expectations and I hope a rematch will take place someday. Congrats to Maeda. I'm sure he'll bring in a lot of money as champ. You had a tremendous year and I'm looking forward to an awesome 91.

It's the new year which means get ready for the Royal Rumble! Great promo by Jake. The snake has the advantage, we'll see if he can slither his way to a royal rumble win. Disco Inferno has one of the catchiest themes in wrestling There's no better way for the Funk/Dusty feud to end. One man leaves the cage world champ, the other leaves the WWF. This is going to be the epic showdown. All your new talent gets to shine and show off their finishers. We also get some vets looking strong. Nice mix here. Haku looks to be back in top form.

I was looking at your roster. You do have a lot of solid hands and credible workers that will definitely bring something to this unique territory. I think you'll have a lot of fun building something special from the ground up. I'm really looking forward to ECW. You got this!

I agree with the others, PnP are getting some nuclear heat right now, so smart move making them the focus. Also, Morton, Dog and Sommers will get a huge babyface shine going up against them. Perfect main event set up for next week. I know I will be tuning in.

New Year's Knockout ends in total chaos as the Memphis boys arrive. Thanks to Alberto, we're going to get a triple threat match for the title. I love that the champ JYD will be in the midst of all these heels trying to sabotage each other. I think JYD has the advantage here. The Memphis/Texas banter cracked me up the entire show. Fuller and Stubbs have their hands full with all these characters. Night court? Hahahahaha priceless I wonder what Mike Miller's angle is here. But hey, I would want a guy swinging an axehandle on my side. Whatley always gave a great fired up promo. I would but a ticket to see him and Kabuki in a lumberjack match All the teams will battle it out for a title shot. It'll be hard getting those Harris Boys out of there.

Sting and Sid in the main event scene kicks 91 off in a big way Paul E must be intolerable if it caused JJ to resign. Pillman's going to elevate the TV title to an entirely different level It's sad to see Muta go, but a big tournament to crown a new champ sounds pretty exciting

Even with the no shows, the USWA still gave the fans a pretty damn good show to end the year. Rich and Gilbert together are Memphis heel magic. This is going to get beyond personal with Lawler and son. It's good to see Taylor's still as arrogant as ever Austin and Wallstreet has been a gem of a feud. Your tag team division is stacked with top notch teams. The champs will have their work cut out for them. Savage remains strong as he takes his title reign into 91 I loved the year end review and awards. So many great Memphis memories. Congratulations to Savage on winning wrestler of the year. With all that talent, the USWA will no doubt provide more action packed wrestling and hot angles in 91.
