  1. Ignore my former post, it's working normally again. No idea what that was...
  2. Hey guys, I have a problem. I can't watch the Network. Neither the livestream, nor the videos work for me. I click on anything, it opens a new page and then nothing. It just shows the background, no player, no other vides, no navigation up top, just the bland background. Has anyone else had the problem and knows how to fix it? Is it just me or s there currently a general problem? I wasn't able to find anything online.
  3. Yes, it's that time again. And since we all love a good speculation, I thought a thread for that would be good. What's your predictions? Be it winner, entries, debuts, returns... Winners: For the women, I gotta go with Asuka. She's just the uber obvious choice, but sometimes that choice is the right one. I could even see her going the distance to further underline her dominance. For the men... In an ideal world, Braun wins the title pinning Kane and AJ keeps it 'til WM. Brock and Reigns get it on at WM without the title, and somehow (porbably a lazy Fatal 4 Way) Joe becomes Nr. 1 contender and wesee Braun vs. Joe for the title. The Rumble is won by Nakamura, that way one title defended in a hoss match and the other one in a technical masterpiece. In reality... Roman wins it and gets to beat Lesnar at Mania. Crowd boos the shit out of the building at the Rumble. I'm still going with Nak vs. Styles, with the former winning a Nr. 1 contender's Elimination Chamber. Debuts/Returns: This time starting with the men. and honestly, I have no idea. We know Cena's coming back, so that's no surprise. So is Miz next week, and I'd guess he'll be entering too. But with surprises? I'd guess one or two NXT call-ups. Black comes to mind, but I guess he'll stay in NXT for the Mania Takeover. Who else is ready? Maybe Jericho, I think that would shock some people. Who have you got? With the women, I think 1 or 2 Attiude Era alumni are a given. I think Lita is a possibility, she's in good shape. Maybe Trish for a one off deal, but I don't think that's too probable. One woman I really could see is Kairi Sane. She's barely used in NXT and can really make it on the main roster. Maybe even with Asuka as 1 & 2 and going the HBK-Bulldog route. As with the men, the rest is completely open to me. That#s about it. What's your opinions/hopes/expactations?
  4. So, I have no idea of business ongoings and such. Yeah, I know, he makes money of it. But does this mean anything for WWE? Has he less power over things or anything like that?
  5. It seemed that Hunter got hurt on the backbreaker deal he did on Nakamura, and for a while guys were just kind of improvising while he surveyed the damage. He also kind of disappeared for a while after, I assumed the doctors were checking him out on the floor or something. Yeah, thought so too. He kind of awkwardly moved from the corner to the steps htrough the ring while performing a move. It all just looked really odd. Threw me out of the match completely and I wasn't able to get back in afterwards. One thing I love though after the main was the building of tension. Braun just doing nothing while Hunter tried to celebrate with him and you could sense the "Oh shit, Braun doesn't like this. Not at all. First he was confused, but now he is pissed. This is not going to end well". I thought that came across brilliantly.
  6. The friend I watched this with and I had a feeling of something being off during the main. Trips really seemed out f it for some time in the beginning, and around the same time some transitions were really weird, like the one to putting BRAUN through the table. We kind of wondered if something ad happened there that wasn't supposed to happen. Anyone else had the impression?
  7. I remember Kane not using the Tombstone quite a while and it being to issues with his knees. Am i right there or totally off? If so, why is he using it again?

    WWE TLC 2017

Gosh my stream was awful for this show. 3 or 4 times it just sjipped a minute (for example, I completely missed Rollins and Ambrose climbing the ladders, it skipped from Kane an Strowman laying on the tables to the crash through the tables), and after these skips some 30 seconds or so were shown two times. This happened mostly during the main, and it really put me off. didn't watch it live but On Demand. Other tan that, AJ is GOAT.
  9. I would assume AJ goes after him once SS is over, with the next PPV being after teh indian tour, so he can relieve us all form this reign of terror, once that tour is over.
  10. Real clever move, having Zayn diminish Bryan this week. His promo was way more heelish this time around, too, I think. The ending to SmackDown felt a bit weird, though. Kind of convoluted.

To be fair though, robbing the rest of humanity of the, at least theoretical, chance of having Lana is kind of unforgivable.

Yeah, fits perfectly. Roman wanting to get rid of him for one reason or another leads to a much deserved face turn for Rusev. I like it!

You're probably right. But what about Roman getting himself an underling (say, someone from NXT) whom he doesn't have to share the spotlight with (Miz and Sandow like, but without the comedy) that only serves as a hand against Rollins and Ambrose and who gets thrown to the side after that or gets blamed for losing the feud. immediate transition into the next feud, which Roman can win to set his sights onto the title.
  14. This is it! This is Punk's return. He brought them initially at SS, so they bring him back now.

Go the Rollins route. Everyone expects Ambrose to turn this time around, so let Reigns be the one. The reason being he doesn't want to be cheered when he's part of a group and is universally hated when by himself. That way, he ruins something everyone loves AND blames the fans for it.

Thing is, he was right in everything he said. That was not the promo of a heel to me, that was a very justified reasoning for his actions.
  17. I thought this was a good to great show. Until Reigns vs. Cena, which was just meh. And that sendoff moment after such a mediocre match on a B show just made me wonder what the hell's going on, norhing more. i refuse to talk about Enzo at this point. Liked him with Cass, have grown to despise him. Brock vs. Braun was horrible. Slow, plodding, no suspense whatsoever, had me yawning throughout. And after that one F5 finish I legit got so angry at this company that I screamed at my TV to fuck off. Yeah, nothing more to say about that. But, as I said, thefirst good half was really enjoyable, with the Tag match the clear MOTN by far.
  18. Kizarny. I was So hyped by his vignettes, and then he had this one match and it was bad. And then he is gone. To this day I'm sad because of this.
  19. So, I watched the complete 8 epiosdes over the weekend and, having read all this and seeing the comparisons between this and CWC there is one thing that really stands out to me. While, mostly, being fine matches, sometimes better than that, what's missing to me is the emotional attachment. I didn't know most of the CWC participants, but around the quarter finals I was involved, rooting for someone in most of the matches, really into everything. With this, I just sit back and watch the shows, no favorites, just seeing who will win. I don't know why this is, or if some of you feel the same way, but it's the biggest diffrence when comparing the two tournaments.

    NXT talk

Strange coincidence, the same tihng happened to me,also... Btw. i loved Itami's face after the low blow, really stuck out to me. I dunno why.
  21. I've nothing to add that hasn't been said, really. Hated the show up to the Banks/Bliss match. Had a break, ate something, came back and the show started to pick up from there. That indian Guy winning against Nak is BS and I really didn' want Lesnar to leave te main as champ as it unfolded, it felt kind of flat to me, and I think Raw needs a champ who's there all the time. One thing I want to mention is the virtual indestructibility of the german announce table. The other tables become flattened regularly, but ours keeps on standing. Out of the three tables at ringside, two got destroyed this time around. And then Braun's standing there like "Yeah, I'm not gonna be able to destroy that one. i'll just throw it on Brock, he won't be able to lift it." It's become a running gag with a friend and me and has me laughing every time.
  22. So glad Wolfe got to show hat he deserves this spot in WWE. I knew he was better than what we've seen from him until now since I've already seen him on multiple occasions, but that was really impressive. Aleister Black is AMAZING. At this point he's the one I look most forward to whenever I know he's on NXT. Roode's title reign is over. Thankfully. I haven't really enjoyed one match of his. The one tonight wasn't bad, but still the worst of the night. Although Drew was in it, which is saying something. Also, ma I the only one who finds it strange that Itami, the guy with the GTS (which is, especially in WWE, associated with Punk) now has a story where he keeps on demanding respect? After all, that is what Punk's big heel turn in 2012 was centered around.
  23. So, scenario: Ambrose and Rollins win the titles at SS. Huge pop, everybody loses their shit. Main event time, The new champs come in and destroy everybody but Reigns, helping him win the title. Instant face turn for Reigns becauee of the full return of Shield or instant heel turn for the other two because of aligning themselves with Reigns?
  24. A 10 episode secon deason has been confirmed. I'm so happy about this!
  25. Well, that sucks. Talking Smack has pretty much been my highlight in weekly WWE TV...
